These are Junk
I have had three of these....they are damn good when they are going... but the batteries last about a month past the warranty.... I replaced the batteries in my current one (32.4V) model.... quite a job though... going good now. Show detailsVery disappointed with purchase and the customer service
Purchased on the 21st December and was told i had a 30 day money back guarantee, Went away for a week or so over Christmas/new year, and when I finally got around to actually using the vacuum I was not happy at all with it. To use the vacuum as a handheld is a huge hassle, and being 6+ months pregnant it is just heavy and awkward. I sent an email on the 20th of January expressing my opinion of the vacuum and asking for consideration for the 30 day money back guarantee, I got an email back almost immediately stating I would get a response within... Read more 24 hours....... almost 2 weeks later I finally got a reply saying that I was way out of the 30 day money back guarantee period!! Really?? It was like a day or 2, and I just thought given the Christmas period that they would of given me a bit of leniency..... and then when I argued my point, the man then said that the purchase had to be made from the 30th of December 2019 and as I purchased on the 21st of December it wasn’t under the 30 day money back guarantee..... then why was I told in store when I purchased that it had 30 day money back guarantee if the promotion had not started yet. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service I have received from Bosch, I have previously always owned a Dyson and their customer service is outstanding compared to the service I have received from Bosch. Dyson go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and to me that is everything.Disappointing
I was really excited to purchase this product as I currently have a little Black and Decker stick vacuum which jams up on my Persian rug and shag pile rugs. As the Bosch is advertised as doing ALL surfaces, I purchased it on that basis. Not true! It is no more efficient than my cheap Black n Decker and jams just the same on those rugs.EDIT: to be fair, I have found it will tackle my rugs if I turn the brush off. It seems to be reasonably efficient using it this way. Show details

Regards, Bosch Home AustraliaVery good
I purchased this as I had a store credit that I had to use up - I honestly didnt think it would be as good as it is.My main reason to purchase this was to replace a Dyson handheld that was struggling to pick up bits of kitty litter and kitchen mess (say, popcorn kernels as an example) - they would just flick around the brush-head then drop out when you turn the vacuum off.
This has absolutely no issue whatsoever and is powerful enough to do a quick whip around the whole house (Tiles and Carpet/Rugs) and still have some charge left.
It is very... Read more, very easy to move around and it STANDS UP BY ITSELF!!! so it doesnt fall over if you have to stop part way though vacuuming. What I also very much liked about it is you can take off the floor head and handle and then turn it into this ghost-busters style backpack vacuum to do the car/dusting etc. Did a very good job on the car. I mainly use mine on power level 2 and get about an hours worth of vacuuming done. I do not believe it will ever replace my Rainbow vacuum but it does keep the carpets and tiles very clean in between. Also if you are like me and like to leave vacuum 'lines' in the carpet, this does an awesome job of that. I highly recommend this product. EDIT - I have updated my review from 5 stars to 3. Unfortunately it seems to have died. Wont turn on, wont charge. Will have to take it back and see what happens. Have now changed back over to a Dyson handheld again, with stronger suction. It was however a very good stick vacuum while it lasted

The blue light is on but vac not working. When plugged back into the charger the light goes off and won't charge, what could be the problem?
The vacuum is charged but when i go to start it the battery is flashing
Hi Rebecca
That is exactly how mine died, I hate to tell you :( I think that the batteries in these aren't as robust as other cordless vacuums. I ended up returning mine and taking a store credit and replaced it with a Dyson handheld (again)
