Love it! – I am disappointed to see that this model has been discontinued. Granted that the bags are difficult to get but I don't think they are much more expensive than those of other brands.I love that the bag closes as you remove it from the machine: no dust in your face.It still has great suction after 3+ years.The plastic lids of the machine are getting loose with age so if I'm not careful the tools fall out sometimes. Great suction, expensive to maintain – I was sold this as the top mid range model. It has strong suction, I'll give it that and the unit is reasonably robust. I liked the fact that it has a HEPA filter. Best used with a turbo head, it is ok, but the retractable cord stopped working on it after about a year which is a major pain. It is a fairly noisy unit for one billed "Pro-Silence", starts out quiet, but as it ages the motor seems to gets noisier and noisier. Also the bags are way expensive, as are replacement HEPA filters and motor pre-filters. All up, I'm reasonably happy though it has given good service over the years.
