4 years on I still love them!
I bought these for plane trips and for studying online with young children in the house. The battery life continues to amaze me and the noise cancelling is perfect for constant drone noises (planes/cars etc.). I have used these while sleeping on long haul flights to reduce cabin noise and it's amazing how well they noise cancel and make the flights so pleasurable.
I did need to buy new ear pads which is understandable after 4.5 years (ebay leather ones are perfect). Also I have an issue with them connecting and reconnecting to my iPhone 12, b...ut I suspect it's the iphone not the bose as no other devices have this.. the headset announces "connected to iphone" and "disconnected to iphone" which is really annoying when I'm on a call on the PC as you can't hear anything while it announces.

Can’t turn off phone calls!?
These are great except I can’t seem to stop phone calls coming through them. I use them for meditation and naps so this is really annoying and defeats the purpose!
They're the best
I listen to popular music from Dua Lipa, Eric Clapton, Marie Carey, to Andrea Bocelli.
The noise cancelling is super; they sound good too.
I like the on-off switch, so you know when you have turned them off, ensuring you're saving battery life.
The wireless range I can go from my study to the kitchen before the Bluetooth gets flaky.
If you need to connect to an iMac or iPhone to achieve lossless music, the cable is a secondary thought, unlike the Beats studio 3 headphones, which is super.
I gave away my old Beats studio 3 headphones and replaced them with my Bose QC3511.
The Bose headphones are light and comfortable and work well with Apple devices.

This is my first headset and also my first Bose product. I listened to several other sets including Sony which was also impressive but decided against because of the (to me) emphasis on the bass line.
I loved the articulation and clarity of the Bose, you receive a whole of music experience and they are also very comfortable.
Noise cancelling is excellent. I could not hear anything other than what I was playing. Simple easy controls.
Simple easy and straightforward setup to an Android phone.
Excellent build quality. They give every impression t...

Very good quality
These are made in Thailand and not China, good quality, easy to use. Much better when you turn off the voice mode (it's not quite siri...). Very happy with the noise cancelling, but not as good as the helicopter headset I have (but they are 5 times the price...), The band on the head not as good as the flight set, but very comfortable compared to other brands.

This is a perfect product. 100% amazing.
If you are looking for beautiful, crystal clear & fabulous sound together with an excellent quality product - look no further. Absolutely love these headphones. I tried most of the higher end range from all major headphone companies in several local electronic stores and was glad to have settled on the Bose QC35 II. They are extremely well made, packaging superb, awesome storage case, excellent battery life and the connectivity is utterly perfect. Oh, these is more! The sound (vivid, warm and sublime). The noise cancelling was far better than ...some others that I tried and didn’t give me a weird feeling like the others. What an awesome product. I use it at work and socially. 5/5. Only comment is it is heavy on the base and I wish the app would let users adjust treble and base. That’s the only miss.

Not enough base wish I didn't buy them
Title says most of what I want to say. How can bose mass produce these without checking the base is ok first. And they're meant to be an upgrade from first model?

Faulty voice chat
If you receive a good product - you will be really happy. I was, first half year. If you wont - well you will stay alone with this. There is no customer support. Here you can see a problem which exist at least 1,5 year and Bose ignored it. Check their forum, other problems remains without solution as well. If you are unlucky like me, It is not possible to have an audio call in them and you basically have faulty device. My audio input is silenced after some time (in my case 4 seconds in call, other wrote even 20 minutes) and you can do nothing....You can still hear people talking to you. This is why I am giving a vote 1/5 because I have these headphones two years but faulty microphone according to bose is not a reason to claim money back. In Europe it is as fault hidden in a moment of purchase and a reason to get your money back. ear cushions? They will survive up to one year, later they need to be replaced. I don't had a problem with products of other manufacturers. https://community.bose.com/t5/Around-On-Ear-Headphones/Bose-QC-35-II-Microphone-drops-after-25-min/m-p/616454#M79261

Good sound and noise cancelling but not comfortable for long periods of use.
The headphones are comfortable when you first wear them, provide great noise cancelling and good sound, but just 5 mins after wearing them I started having a headache because of how much pressure the arc was putting on my head. I didn't realise this straight away, but it was after getting a headache after multiple extended uses that I was convinced it's from the headphones, and by extended use I don't mean hours. I don't understand why such professional headphones which are expensive, aren't properly designed to be light on the head. Moreover, the fabric on the ear pads is in a terrible wear and tear condition now after 4 years of occasional (not heavy) use.
Fantastic....until they weren't
These are very comfortable with fantastic sound pick-up for phone calls, and good noise cancellation. Bad point - until I upgraded phones ( from A7 to A10), they would drop calls whenever I received a notification. Unacceptable point - Unfortunately my microphone has just failed after 14 months.

Brilliant sound and very comfortable
I have had several headphones over the years and these are by far the best. the sound is so clear and the base is awesome. I go walking with them and the comfort is superb and also the noise reduction is great especially when flying. Nothing beats them

Battery charge terrible
Sound is okay, and comfortable to wear but they don’t stay charged. I get approx 6 hours which is annoying. My last pair of Sony’s last for weeks so I am constantly trying to recharge.

Stopped working reliably after 1 year. Just after warranty expired. Right after Bose pushed a latest firm ware update.
Sounds were good from this. However the problem is unfixable. Head phones turns off automatically after few minutes of use. Very expensive headphones to fail so quickly. Contacted Bose but they saying nothing they can do. Understandable given that warranty expired. However putting this info out there to warn all. I took care off this headphones very well. Still this happened.

Comfy, Easy to use, moderately good NC headphones but 0 support from Bose
Edit: ZERO 0 support from Bose when it comes to repair or fix. Headphone hinge is broken and they charging $335 for replacement. Not receiving calls. Voice quality is just OK and not very good.
Bose is one of the best choice when it comes to Noise Cancellation headphones (if not best). They're cheaper than Sony flagship WHM1000X3 headphones. They are easy to configure, comes with user friendly app, quickly connect, long battery life, most importantly very comfortable to wear and you wont feel a thing on your head. You can wear them for hours w...ithout sweating or irritating and wont feel any pain around ears. However if anything get broken then they are hell expensive to repair, almost cost you price of new headphones. Controls are good, but alexa doesnt work for me. Casing is good but cable is very short and can only be charged from laptop. Noise Cancellation is great but still you can hear noise, if you're at crowded place. Overall good headphones.

Perfect for outdoors and indoors
Really great, comfortable headphones. I use them when travelling on long flights to listen to audiobooks. They have a very long range between having to charge them( I have flown from Amsterdam to Australia without charging. I use them outside wirelessly connected to my iPhone in my pocket and also for walking. Very comfortable with soft pads for the ears. Love them!

Since Bose invented noise-cancelling headphones, the pressure’s high for the brand to produce a creator of quiet. With 20-hours battery life and built-in Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, the QuietComfort headphones sound appealingly convenient.
- Acoustic noise cancelling headphones
- Battery life of up to 20 hours (with a quick 15-minute charge providing another 2.5 hours of playback)
