Bose SoundLink Revolve
Poor design out of the box
Spend $450 roughly and doesn't even have a power adapter that fits into a standard double power point if something is in the other socket its to wide. Simple things cannot get correct poor design before l even start to charge it straight out of the box.
Purchased in April 2022.

Unable to register with bose
Wasted so much time trying to register this , tried even the US site , keeps telling me entered wrong serial number . Now I know why the local dealer ( Bose have cancelled all small dealers) said I would have trouble

Disappointing
Not good at all. I’m very disappointed. Especially after basing my decision on other people’s reviews. This speaker is not what they say it is. Sure it has better base sound than the UE Boom. I’ve got both now. An old UE Boom (which I paid much less for) which when played up loud maintains great clarity (yes with some less base). But! It doesn’t bounce off everything and get distorted like the BOSE does. You have to be careful where you place the Bose otherwise it deflects off what is closest distorting the sound you receive. Read morebest when you are far away. Don’t be close to it if you want it up loud; really poor quality listening for when played loud. I can hear differences depending on the music chosen but too often music I play sounds terrible and I need to keep the volume down in order to have a sound that is somewhat pleasing. I’m wanting it up loud to get into the music I like but I can’t have it with Bose. The UE Boom is much better for that. It holds the quality in small spaces whereas the Bose is obviously cranked too much in one way to lose the fullness of sound possible. I can’t believe it. I’m actually wondering if my speaker is faulty as everybody else’s review seems to glorify this speaker. It did sound better in JB Hifi although the larger option was far better again. Think twice before you buy this. I wish I had bought another UE BoomPurchased in August 2020 at JB Hi-Fi for $249.

Poor sound quality
Nice design but very poor sound quality. Very disappointed with the speaker. Not what I was expecting for $300 . The design was nice and the connectivity was very easy though

Amazing sound but totally frustrating to use
The sound from this device is truly incredible for it's size but we often give up trying to pair it and revert to our cheap as chips JBL. Seriously, why doesn't a $350 Bose product just pair when you turn it on in range of a Bluetooth device just like the el cheapo JBL does??? I've even had it paired and playing and the Bluetooth drops out with the phone sitting right next to it! The kids are more techy than us and even they say it's well below par. If it didn't sound so amazing it would be in the bin by now.

Charging cable broke in a day
Sound is fine
The cradle is cheap and very poorly made - pins bent after a day
The usb female side only accommodated half the usb male side and snapped also
First soundlink mini was made with far greater quality than this piece of junk !!

I bought the Bose Soundlink Revolve last week and like its perfect sound. The problem is that at most time it can not play VLC from My Apple iPhone. Meanwhile it can easily connect to any Sansung iPhone and plays everything. Do I have to change my phone or choose other device?
