We had our Bozzy crank blinds for several years. Sales person and installer both excellent in their role. We live opposite the estuary so have considerable winds. Product is excellent and we have recommended to several people who have looked at them and purchased them. They are well worth recommendation.

Great motorised outdoor blind
I had a blind installed by Bozzy for a large span outdoor drop blind to be fitted with a Somfy motor. It was a 3 step process; quote, measure, and installation.
All 3 times we had the tradesmen from Bozzy come to our house they were courteous and explained everything very well and cleaned up after themselves. The blind was installed today and it looks great. There were no hassles from the time I paid the deposit until final installation less than 6 weeks later.
I would highly recommend Bozzy.

Great Product Great Service
Our Blind developed a tear, we called Bozzy to repair it fully expecting to pay for it. After looking at it they said, its a fault that they would repair free of charge. The returned all our calls and emails immediately. The blind was fixed on time by two very friendly and competient installers.
The service was efficient, friendly and unfortunatelly what we in Perth have grown unaccustomed to!!!!

Wow, reading a lot of mixed reviews. Personally I can only speak compliments of the team at Bozzy and are very happy with the sunshade they recently installed on my patio. We had requested quotes from a few other companies - some of which never actually emailed through the quotes even after saying they would. [name removed] who provided us with the quote was professional, knowledgeable and never pushy. The staff over the phone were very responsive, provided clear answers and provided us with updates. The installers were quick but did an excell...ent job of the install. Very pleased with the final product and definitely happy we chose this company. Their payment terms (50% on confirmation/50% on satisfactory completion) also provides good peace of mind. Overall would not hesitate to recommend Bozzy and use them again!
Awesome product, awesome sales and great company to deal with
After getting a few quotes from other companies we had John come out for a quote. He treated us as if we were his only customer with great explanation of the product and installation, friendly and genuine. Within a few weeks we had the blinds installed quickly and professionally by happy friendly staff with John also coming out to make sure all ran smoothly and we were happy. Great product, great price and more than happy to recommend Bozzy Blinds to anyone.

Fantastic job Bozzy. 9 blinds at 3m each were installed. A few minor issues which Bozzy fixed immediately. Great communication from this company.
Worst service and product ever!!!
After paying full price ($5000) for 2 blinds in may last year, we recieved a faulty product that took 3 1/2 months to repair. We had to phone regularly to chase up correct size handles and where repeatedly lied to and ignored. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Should have bought them sooner
Great blinds!!! Everything went well from start to finish, with the quote, the measure and the fitting. Everyone arrived on time, they were all really helpful, and full of knowledge. Wish I'd got them years ago, best thing I ever did!!!! I've passed their name onto everyone, and told all my mates to get them.
Shocking after care service
Purchased $6000 worth of shade blinds. Had them installed in Jan 2012.
1. The installer showed up and not all the parts were there, resulting in my wife having to take another day off
2. The channels were the wrong colour and installed anyway. I have grey posts on my patio and now white channels with my blinds. Apparently that is the colour I chose!!
3. One of the blinds is not level, the first time I saw it I could tell, but apparently its my paving that is not level! The fact that I can't tension this blind up evenly doesn't matt...
