I phoned Bozzy Shades in November 2018 for a warranty claim on our blind, the person I spoke to took a message and non-one returned my call. I then emailed them, no-response, emailed them again in December 2018 saying I will make a complaint to Consumer Affairs if they didn't fix my blind. They then replied to my email and said they were fully booked for 2018 and would schedule the work in January 2019. Emailed them late January and didn't receive a reply. Should have smelt a rat!
Bozzy Shades are officially insolvent 15th Jan.
I had shade blinds installed by Bozzy in December. The only complaint I had was the mechanism of one was not working properly. They asked me to wait till after Christmas to get the problem fixed which I did. Now I find out administrators were appointed on 15th Jan. I’ve gotten off lightly as I think there will be others who have paid money and don’t have blinds.
Worst after sales service
Unfortunately they were installed incorrectly and multiple phone calls but no help and now their number is disconnected. Have tried to contact them but no luck
They sent a letter before Christmas to say they were coming but I think that was a delay tactic.
First contact with Bozzy Blinds was the 17th October 2018 regarding some storm damage to one of our existing blinds, to which we were told to download and fill in a claim form. Whilst we were not claiming, only wanting a repair, downloaded the form, filled it in, and returned it. Two weeks later they attended our residence and took away the damaged blind, stating that it was an easy weld type repair and it would be returned at the latest in two weeks. Then four weeks later and so close to Christmas of 2018, we were still waiting for the retu...rn of the blind and when my sister contacted them again, they said that they were closing for Christmas and that it would not be returned until early 2019. Now there is no answer of their phones, no web page to contact them on and all we want is the return of our blind, which had been paid for years before. By not returning our blind, not returning our calls, their intent is to not return it. This is stealing.
Lost all our money and no blinds provided
We were asked to pay 50% deposit in November 2018 which was over $3000. We paid. Bozzy kept coming out so many times to remeasure. We were promised blinds by Christmas 2018. They then demanded the full payment totalling over $6000. Which we paid. They kept changing the installation date because they forgot to order the tracks, or it was the wrong colour, or because they asked us to pay for additional infrastructure for a simple pergola. We paid up for the extras and still no blinds. They set up yet another installation date of 9th January 2019....No one showed up On 15 January my husband went to their office. A removalist van was there clearing out their office. The removalist said they’ve gone bust. So we have lost all our money. We initially thought they were grossly incompetent, now we realise they were committing fraud, taking money knowing they would not be supplying our blinds. We are devastated and embarrassed that we fell for their lies.
Has given us another room for entertaining
From inquiring about the product to it being installed the whole experience was excellent,the quality of materials through to the installation was off a very high standard.
Beware shocking after sales service
Payed nearly $2,00.00 for 2 x motorised outdoor blinds.
On installation day I had to take the day off work, they had the wrong size so had to schedule another day to install and another day off work.
A month later the motor on one of them would not close the blind properly they came out in a couple of weeks and readjusted it.. all good until a few months ago same thing, rang them I filled out a warranty claim form first week in Nov. Didn't hear from them so called them a couple a few weeks later they said it can take up to 4 weeks form lodgem...
Love Love Love My Blind
Thank you Bozzy. I love my blinds. We have a large patio area that is very hot in summer and very cold in winter. We decided to go with Bozzy because of the customer service we received and the competitive price . We have been looked after from start to finish and nothing was a problem. We were contacted to advise when our blind would be installed and our installer turned up on time . Our blind was installed professionally and he cleaned the area when he was finished . I could not recommend bozzy enough. Some of my family and friends have commented on my blind and have now decided to look into have a blinds installed . Thank you Bozzy

We were recommended Bozzy by friends who had shade sails installed and after seeing one of their roof systems installed at Bistro 21 cafe in South Fremantle we had to have one!
Steve (salesman) was a pleasure to deal with, he visited us at home and went through the design, fabric options, colours etc. It was very clear he knew his products and had been with the company a long time.

Terrible customer service, incompetent installers, poor management One pole, three anchor points took 4 months, nothing for the whole of Summer. Shade cloth was wrong size after installation. Be very wary of this company. This is an honest review, not a set-up.
Fabulous product with excellent service
Installed Bella Vista classic blinds on my veranda to block wind. Have been fabulous and save my deck from sun and rain too. Service was great. Bob gave me all information needed and was quick to install.

Take your business elsewhere!!! Terrible product and customer service none to speak of! Damaged product wrong colour and just a mess with a refusal of refund.
Blinds for our Alfresco
Following up on a recommendation - we now have blinds installed for our Al Fresco area which we are delighted with. From the onset all staff involved were polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This company were the only ones that could make the size blind that we required. We are extremely satisfied and would readily recommend this company.
