They start working fast after NSW Fair trading was involved
Many customers have given good reviews.
however, I have had not so good experience with this provider.
Two of my batteries started not working after 5years of installations. they have 10 years warranty.
It has been SIX months, the issue is still not resolved.
Three parties keep blaming each other. Bradford, Solaredge and Tesla.
I tried to contact the after sales technical service team manager to ask for quick resolution.
Their team would not put me thru to the manager.
I emailed the manager several times. No response.
So I had to involve NSW Fair Trading.
Once the person from Fair trading had a chat with Bradford manager, I immediately received a phone call from the manager who never bothered to respond to my calls and emails....
Brilliant After Sales Service
We had just moved into a new home and needed assistance to set up SolarEdge Monitoring. I contacted Bradford Energy and spoke with Karen. Karen was friendly, patient and knowledgeable as she stepped me through the entire process with a wonderful level of patience. So good to see "Old Fashioned Service" still exists. Thank you Karen!!
After service assistance
We purchased a home in March 2021 with Bradford Solar and Tesla Battery already installed.
On September 22nd 2021, we contacted Bradford Energy re an issue with our Tesla phone app that was not working. We spoke to Karen who was so helpful and went over and above to talk us through the process to reset the battery. Then the follow up to ensure it was working correctly was exemplary. Karen worked on this issue in her own time and was constantly in touch with updates. We couldn’t have asked for any more and thank her so much for the great assistance.
Don’t ever use Bradford for solar in Sydney
Absolutely disappointed and misleading company
We have had our solar system installed back in October 2020 with power wall Tesla
Our drawings showed 20 panels we have received only 19
The system is outdated the panels are no longer on market and Bradford don’t provide copy of Desing or calculated savings based on $20 k investment we are still paying $1200 power bill
When requested documents Bradford don’t provide any information don’t take any responsibility for system inspection we having from them we actually paid and the rude technician...

0 they are liars and cons. Would not recommend. So many issues. Would not issues bills. We paid out our solar straight away. Do not help resolve any issues. We paid out the solar straight away. Would not give us our solar to change companies. After going to the ombudsman we finally got it. We are trying to get the to pay us the solar we missed out on for the past 3 months that they promised us and now saying we never paid the solar out. Even though it never bounced back and we are connect to another provider
Absolutely useless and no one there is helpful. They all lie
