I bought a pair of Merrell boots the soul started coming off they expect me to cut them up send pictures and then wait to see if I get another pair of shoes. Or I could of bought another pair and then waited see if they would return the other’s

Faulty product and customer service
It took 15 days for the order to arrive. When received, one of the shoes seemed to be different to the other one, it seemed used or made from a different material.
I contacted customer support and returned the shoes as advised. I also asked them whether I will receive the refund of the cost of the returning the item. It has been 15 days ago without any reply or update.
Order still not here 3 weeks since purchase obviously took order with no stock available big no no Emailed twice rang 3 times with no replies on emails or first two calls NOT HAPPY product good bought before elsewhere won’t be buying from this mob again TOO SLOW
Very poor after sales service
I ordered a pair of Saucony runners back in May. They arrived but were faulty. It took until August, and a dozen emails, before a replacement pair were sent to me. You were very reluctant to accept responsibility for the faulty pair of shoes.
Still waiting for them to ship my boots and nobody answers the email sent!

2 WEEKS AND NOTHING!
I ordered a pair of Doc Martens 2 weeks ago and I Have not received anything. I have called three times with the first two calls ensuring me it would be sent by COB that day, after 7 business days on my third call they 'checked with the warehouse', i then received an email saying they were mistaken and it would take 8 Days max. ( I then saw this in the fine writing under the description so fair enough) however extremely poor customer service for the first two calls promising other wise?

Deceptive product reviews- their system seems to not accept or publish less that 4 or 5* ratings.
I just tried to leave genuine feedback for 2 pairs of shoes that I had just received and it seems that Brandhouse Direct's review system will not accept below 4 star ratings! I then realised that, ,up until now ALL the feedback on this site, on all their shoes is nothing less than 4-5 stars! ... how is that even possible?
When I raised this with Brandhouse Direct, they stated that " not all reviews are 5 stars" .... and it appears that a small percentage of 4 stars has also been allowed/filtered through.
This is misleading and deceptive conduct, buyers are influenced by feedback and we expect it to be genuine and NOT filtered and misleading!
Scholl shoes poor quality
Scholl shoes appear to be not same as shoes from store.Cheaply made with no or little arch support .Will not be buying from Brand direct again.They are very hard on the sole of your feet
Paid top price for product that was half price the next day; told I would be given a great price on another item and then I was ignored.
Bought another product and told it was shipped eight days later. Yet to arrive.
Might be being a little too hard but this mob cost me money.
pool quality and faked brand
Purchased a pair of shoes from their website and take more than 5 days delayed and then arrived.
Only put on the shoes for half days the products just have problems.
Wrote to them you won't get any quick reply. Ring them and they said you worn the shoes and can not return the products. The customer service is pretty bad. 30days return policy is a not applicable to this one and appears a job. As their explanation is 30 days return policy is not applicable( their excuse is after wearing, you can use return policy.) The product is really of poor quality represents the service I received.
The products itself does not worth too much money but the time and energy I spent, and, bad service made me disappointed and exhausted.

I love Dr Scholl as i have arthritis I find i can trust buying them from this website and they are a perfect fit and extremely comfortable I would recommend them to anyone that needs support in there shoes

Ringlets on shoes looked silver colour in pic online but were gold on shoes delivered, of which Im not a fan, however shoes are a great fit and so comfy to wear all day for work, Ive kept them
BHD Denied Product Flawed, Refused Full Refund
Family purchased a pair of casual white shoes as a birthday present. When they arrived they looked worn and purplish. This is a significant flaw! It was hard to get in touch with BHD Support but when we managed to get through to them about the issue they demanded photographic evidence, claimed this took several days to arrive, then sought to claim the flawed look was how they were supposed to appear - their site doesn't show the product looking like this. When told the payment would be cancelled they were very unhappy. They said they would agre...e to refund the cost of the product but not the postage and said stopping payment would cause problems for several months. For whom, and why? Australian Consumer Law means consumers have rights. I believe we are entitled to claim the return postage costs but we'll absorb them as the price of our lesson. We will not be dealing with BHD again!!!
