I didn’t like the quality was too hard and uncomfortable To wear it And slightly too big on me But I still continue to look for another shoes

I've had good experiences with Brand House Direct until recently. I had to return one of two pairs of women's shoes (Scholl Orthoheel) because they were a poor fit. Eight days after they were received at the Broadmeadows warehouse I hadn't heard back or received a refund. Both customer service phone line and online chat were unavailable at 2.30pm on a Wednesday. Still waiting!

I purchased a pair of Homyped Sari shoes and to my disappointment, discovered that my usual size was too big. A smaller size was not available I was provided with links to alternative styles and offered further help if none of those w. ere acceptable. I am very happy with my new Homyped Superfly in sage green. Great service.

Lots of good brand name shoes to choose from. The shoes fit well and are very comfortable. Would use again.

A huge range of shoes available and suitable styles were easy to find. Unfortunately the quality of the pairs I received was not what was expected for the price and they were returned.
It took quite a while to receive the refund (apparently there was an email which I did not receive asking if I wanted a refund, even though it was clearly stated on the return form sent back with the shoes). The refund was only processed after a follow up phone call 2 months later.

Great pricing and delivery, range is fantastic, the quality offered is excellent, easy site navigation and purchase process. Loved my purchase.

The reviews against the 2 shoes i bought were lies and made up. The shoes where crap and I had to pay $16 to send the first crap shoes back - "Rockport World Tour Classic Womens Wide Fit Comfort". There like wearing cement. Absolute crap and definitely no good for nurses or anyone standing for more than 5 minutes. Then their other advertisements lied and they sent me- "Homyped Lauren Womens Comfortable Supportive Thongs" - which are faulty and your toes hang off the end. And - "Asics Womens Leather Gel-Foundation Walker 3 (Extra Wide)" - which are advertised as the wrong size. And now they want me to spend another $16 or more dollars sending them back so they can rip me off more.....

Choosing, ordering and paying were easy to navigate. Excellent communication regarding order and delivery. Prompt and efficient delivery. Sturdy packaging. Love my shoes!

Have bought a few prs shoes from Brand house Direct., but usually Planet brand. No probs at all. But last pr, diff brand, but too big, had no probs returning n exchanging 4 another Planet pr. Rang them, spoke 2 a very nice helpful young lady. She organise exchange n am waiting 4 exchange.

Customer service unprofessional they’re hangup the call before finishing the conversation there’s products half faulty and they expect to pay return shipping from your own pocket this way make you losing money of the faulty product I don’t wish any one to face what I am experiencing disappointed with this company.
