Service is fantastic
I think your service is great but the boots I got last I’m not very happy with the size 8 was way too small when I usually take 7 1/2 - 8 I sent them back and got a 9 wore them two days in a row and the stitching came away from the zip. Won’t buy that brand again! And too expensive to send back by post

Slippers too small
Delivery Ok. Slippers too small to fit our orthotics. Refund processed quickly. Lee was terrific in helping me with my enquiries.

Terrible service
Ordered a pair of slippers, size was too small. Paid postage to have them returned. Waited 4 weeks for another similar pair to arrive, which I was not able to wear with the arch support. Called them and was advised I would have to pay to ship them back again and also pay for them to be shipped back. I asked if I could bring them in and pick up a new pair from their warehouse, but was advised no. So basically my $60 slippers will now be costing close to $100. Will never trade with this company again. Also after reading so many poor reviews, I'm most surprised how they have remained in business and disappointed I did not see these prior to ordering.

Normally quick and easy.
I waited nearly 2 weeks for my shoes with no reply to my email asking what the hold-up was. I assumed Christmas Holidays as the reason for delay and lack of response? Normally they're great - quick and easy.

Really nice shoes
Have bought several shoes over the passed year or so, have had areally good experience. The last pair I bought only this week, were definitely sized incorrectly so had to return them.

Great shoes. Great brands. Great prices.
Problem when I put in size, then clicked on a shoe to review. Then I was put out on a general screen again and had to reload re size. Not happy with the returns. I thought it would be like bonds and they sent you a pre paid return envelope. So not worth taking the chance on buying some.

Horrible experience with this store
I purchased 3 pairs of shoes, then saw that in the confirmation email, it stated one pair was not in stock and was a pre-order. I needed those shoes fast, so decided to cancel my order in order to buy elsewhere. Tried phoning, could not get through, then finally a vague person picks up and says, she needs to confirm with someone else before agreeing to cancel order (which was not yet sent out). I would be phoned back...I then decided to email to cancel order. I also involved Paypal. They then sent out the other two pairs, even though I wanted t...
Read moreo cancel the whole order. One pair was 2 sizes smaller than I ordered, so had to return. I was told to pay postage myself (Paypal refunded shipping, thank goodness). Weeks later I received a refund for the shoes, but less the $10 discount I received at checkout...so paid $18 postage for basically one pair of shoes and they were too cheap to even allow for the $10 discount. Cost me a lot of time to get my money back and feel that this is not a professional company, never come across such bad customer service before! Terrible shopping experience, never ever recommend to friends!
I had bought a pair of school shoes for my daughter, first time they sent the wrong size(too big) , second time sent totally wrong pair! Poor service! Don't recommend to friends.

Why am I not receiving my “ store credit” access code?
I have complied with the instructions from Jennifer the manager or appointed spokesperson from “brand house direct” ( or “yoursfit” company ? ) and have been waiting since the 23/5/22 to receive acces...
Read mores my store credit! I am not receiving any confirmation emails or return phone calls from her or anyone, and this obviously is preventing me from using my store credit. I need that access code as they are holding onto $207 of my money! All I am told is “if I don’t here back from her to call again ”! I have been calling every week, as advised to, ( as well as a few emails ) only to get the same ( lame ) excuse, “ call again next week if I don’t hear from her! “ Please help me as the call centre girls and man, said only the manager can provide me with that access code.Hi can you advise the order number?

I purchased boots and they arrived damaged and unwearable. All my attempts to contact you and get a response has failed. Will you honour a full refund including postage as you supplied damaged goods? You should provide the consumer what they paid for, and take responsibility when there is an error at your end.
