Excellent service
I ordered the shoes online 25 April 2022 and it was delivered at my house in perfect condition on 3 May 2022. I am very happy with my shoes as it exactly what I ordered

Walking on sunshine
Ordered shoes end of March, received E mail there was a slight delay due to covid, shoes arrived 22/4 and I can not be happier with my purchase and communication with Brand house thank you

Product and price good but postage very poor (incredibly slow to send)
I ordered several weeks ahead of son's 18th birthday, and had to call and email repeatedly about why product had not shipped. Despite this, boots arrived after the birthday, so very disappointed customer. Excuse was 'moving warehouses' but no mention of this when ordering or paying. Unreliable service in my view.

Coming up to 4 weeks on and still not received
I have ordered through this company quite a few times, but this time around it’s been almost 4 weeks so far with no updates. I ordered 10/3 and emailed multiple times and rung four times in the last 2 weeks. Same vague answer each time - will be dispatched very soon or in a couple of days due to warehouse change or covid. Second and third time I rang there was a recording telling me to try another time as the lines were busy. I have asked for a definite date of dispatch or a refund - just to get the same standard vague response. It’s a shame, as I love their shoes (if you ever get them).

Waiting and still waiting.
Should have learnt after my first order but hoped that was just a once of, have now been waiting since 4 March for delivery, three emails chasing order and only one response blaming warehouse relocation. Order no 495432. Yvonne.

Read more fathom the difficulty of having goods delivered in a timely fashion. Are the goods actually available for shipment when orders are placed? Great shoes and great service
Another excellent purchase from Brand House Direct.
Ordered 2 pairs of Merrells (different styles) - they were despatched 2 days later and were delivered the following week. Considering the delivery disruptions in Queensland I was more than happy with this timeframe. Great shoes at a great price.

High quality shoes, good price and quick delivery
Not sure why some of the bad reviews on here. Ordered some Rockport shoes, great shoes and for a good price. They were shipped within a few days and arrived a couple of days later.

Slow delivery and poor communication
Goods were as described however they took so long to arrive! The website states 3-5 days deliver however it took 13 days! They were slow with communications also which was frustrating. I dont think I will use this company again.

Great Service
Perfect service. My shoes were delivered in 5 working days. ( This was the busy week before Xmas). The courier even sent me a photo of where he left my parcel. I was a bit apprehensive opening the box after reading the negative reviews but my shoes (I bought 2 pair) were perfect! Exactly what I ordered and perfect fit.
I highly recommend Brand House Direct and look forward to buying more shoes.

These are lovely for my wide feet!
The Orizonte shoes are lovely and a good fit for my very wide feet! I take a large size (42) and this size is very hard to find. Good website to use and very user friendly. Would recommend to other friends

Questions & Answers
I purchased boots and they arrived damaged and unwearable. All my attempts to contact you and get a response has failed. Will you honour a full refund including postage as you supplied damaged goods? You should provide the consumer what they paid for, and take responsibility when there is an error at your end.

Read more fired if this was the service given to consumers. One of the customer service reps even told me that she would provide the email/mobile of her Manager and I can call the manager to get a faster response.
I am still waiting for an email confirming despatch of my order. The 1300 nunmber you provide just rings out constantly. I plaed my order 9 days ago, you took the money and confirmed and I am still awaiting information on despatch.
Nothing even about delays.
This is oor service and makes me suspicious that this is not a legitimtate business.
