I ordered several weeks ahead of son's 18th birthday, and had to call and email repeatedly about why product had not shipped. Despite this, boots arrived after the birthday, so very disappointed customer. Excuse was 'moving warehouses' but no mention of this when ordering or paying. Unreliable service in my view.

Goods were as described however they took so long to arrive! The website states 3-5 days deliver however it took 13 days! They were slow with communications also which was frustrating. I dont think I will use this company again.

Shoe sizes are very inconsistent purchased the same sizes as previously purchased but they are smaller than original. As they have been tried cannot return.

Brand House gave me excellent service, my product was what I wanted, and exactly as advertised, also came on time.

Purchased a pair of Comfort Shoe Co - Plato and while they are very comfortable, the actual rubber sole is smaller than the actual base of the shoe, and because of this I can not see them being long lasting. This is the only pair of shoes I have purchased from you that I have been unhappy with.

Ordered a pair of Keen hiking shoes which after 2 weeks hadn’t been dispatched. I rang and spoke to someone who told me they were out of stock. It would have been nice if someone had contacted me straight away to give me options like a refund, or swap order for another shoe. I ordered a different shoe, paid the difference in price and these were then promptly shipped ie on same day. I think that because I was allowed to order shoes which were out of stock, and then not contacted to advise that they were not available, I shouldn’t have had to pay extra for the other pair

Quite happy with the product but price was the same as RRP and it took AGES to arrive from the warehouse. Had to send them a follow up email after a very lengthy wait, which did not prompt the delivery at all.

Extremely happy with my Fitflops! Not only are they comfortable and dressy, they arrived quickly and efficiently, with no hassles!

There is a large choice and the products on sale are at a really good price. I found the site a little slow but generally easy to navigate. I was surprised that regardless of how much you spend with them there is still a freight charge, and if you have to return something another freight charge. So take care with your selection or you bargin purchase can become not so bargin. Overall would go back again.

I ordered and received fairly promptly a pair of Saucony runners.
The service was excellent. I have received items in the past and would not hesitate to recommend your company to others.

I LIVE in Skechers and find them the most comfortable shoes ever.... I recently bought Skechers Energy, Retro Vision and they are as hard as rocks ?? Not the quality I expected.. Won`t be doing much walking in them.
