Unfortunately this is the third pair of shoes and all have not been sized correctly.
I kept the two that were a bit big but returned the small pair. I haven’t had any confirmation from Brand direct or have not received my replacement.

Brand House Direct's website is easy to navigate and there is a reasonable range of products. However, there is a serious lack of half-sizes. In brands I have purchased recently I have later found half sizes at other sites. Merrell and Skechers both list half sizes and I will probably purchase elsewhere in future: the most recent pair of Merrels I purchased at BHD were not available in half sizes so, as usual, I went down a half size and the experience has, to date, been painful. As my son is disabled by a stroke it is difficult to get a good fit; returns make this easier.
I also buy all of my shoes and know brands that fit me
Currently waiting for response to returns ( my son) sent a week ago ; need replacement for my son.
Range good but missing Earth brand for me.

I think your service is great but the boots I got last I’m not very happy with the size 8 was way too small when I usually take 7 1/2 - 8 I sent them back and got a 9 wore them two days in a row and the stitching came away from the zip. Won’t buy that brand again! And too expensive to send back by post

My shoes were fab, but a tiny bit too small, sent them back and got a new pair in the next size super quickly. I’ve bought a couple of pairs of shoes from this store and they have always been great.

Bought Merrill waterproof hiking shoes and they are perfect for winter walks with my dog. First delivery were too tight so returned with no issues and received second delivery very promptly. Excellent service.

These slippers are very comfortable. I did have to go up one size but found the whole return process to be very prompt.

Sizing of shoes is inaccurate. They were too small even after I sized up because they were boots. Had to return. Was not happy with the product.
