Waited weeks and weeks for a refund
Ordered slippers and they arrived promptly. The style was great, but unfortunately they were too small and were the largest in the style, so they had to be returned. Even with coronavirus, the tracking showed fairly prompt return to the company Then I waited and waited. Replied to their email and phoned. Eventually got refund about 6 weeks later.
Now I can go and buy a pair of slippers which fit.

Beware of shipping costs on returns
I owned a pair of sandals which fitted my difficult to fit feet. I therefore decided to order from Brand House Direct two pairs of the same sandals in different colours, black and blue. They arrived via courier in good time but I was disappointed to discover the blue shoes were a noticeably shorter size even though they were both stamped size 7.5. After numerous phone calls and emails including photos, BHD informed me the blue shoes were made by a different manufacturer to the black shoes. . I returned the shoes but had to outlay $12.20 in postage. Anyway, eventually after more emails BHD agreed to refund the initial cost of the shoes but not the initial postage nor the return postage. Overall, my experience was fraught with frustration and cost me money in postage I should not have had to pay due to receiving shoes evidently stamped with the incorrect size. I can understand having to pay return postage if I had changed my mind or had ordered the wrong size but in my case, the shoe sizing was faulty so out of my control.5 comments
Hi Lee. My order number is 273569. I have already sent numerous emails in an attempt to fairly resolve this issue and have been told the cost of my shoes would be refunded but not the initial postage nor the return postage.
