Great Aussie Company, Had An Issue Initially But They Took Care Of It!
Initially had some issues with my order from Brand House Direct and wrote a much less flattering review. Brand House Direct's customer service reached out to me and their CEO even called me and they took care of everything for me. Great Aussie company, really doubt I'd receive service like this from any overseas company. Happy customer in the end, appreciate all your help! I've recommended you guys to a friend of mine who needs bulk workwear for his staff. Thanks again! - Azrai

Normally quick and easy.
I waited nearly 2 weeks for my shoes with no reply to my email asking what the hold-up was. I assumed Christmas Holidays as the reason for delay and lack of response? Normally they're great - quick and easy.

Good prices, and a good service. It is always chancy buying shoes online as it can be difficult getting a good fit, however they made the process as painless as possible. I had to return the first pair of boots, and order another style, this was no problem, and the new style arrived reasonably quickly Thank you

Ok experience - good customer service, but returns process could be better.
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Brand House Direct, and it was a reasonably straightforward process ordering from the website. My only disappointment is that their returns process could be improved -they do not refund the shipping costs, but
direct you to go through PayPal who are currently offering free return postage for incorrect items. Whilst there wasn't anything horrendously wrong with the process, there was just a lot of faffing about.
