After receiving faulty dr martens that let alone cost me $200, it has taken over 2 weeks just to get a refund and get ahold of the team. After numerous unanswered phone calls and emails, I finally got told that I would be put through to the management and they’d be with ASAP. It has been over week since and not a single email or call. Still no refund or communication. Honestly never been so angry in my life considering the price I paid for the shoes and the fact I paid shipping on top.

Returns have extremely long reply time, but staff were polite.

The shoes I saw were on a Face Book ad and I just clicked on it, actually navigating the site though can be a bit frustrating as it will flip back to women's shoes when you back arrow.
