Poor Customer Service
In October 2017, I ordered online from Brands Exclusive a Bohabelle Paris Ode Dress in brown for $54:95. I was so shocked to find that the dress was such poor quality with the little cap sleeves being different lengths! The seams were stitched in very long stitches which would have cut down the assembly time and along with that the strength of the seams. wrote the different measurements of the sleeves on paper and pinned them to the dress. I requested on several occasions that Brands Exclusive pay for the return postage -$9:00 but no such request was even acknowledged but them. I have purchased many things over the years from this company but in future I am going to be very, very careful about the products I buy from them. I did finally receive a refund of the goods only. Note: I have seen this brand on sale quite often since but be warned about the quality.1 comment

Disappointed
Having used Brands Exclusive for the first time my experience has not been encouraging. I ordered goods on December 3rd which were due for delivery by Dec 17. The goods have not been delivered - after a few emails I have been given a tracking number which shows my goods are still sitting in Milton Keynes in the UK - well they're certainly not going to be here for Christmas Day as a large part of my daughters Christmas present!! Will not be using this site again as there are many more reliable & faster online options.

Complete waste of time
I put in an order on the 24/11 expecting it to arrive before Christmas. On the 18/12 I received an email saying that part of my order could not be filled. But the remainder would arrive on the 33/12. I then received another email on the 20/12 saying the other item I purchased would not be sent as it was now out of stock. This was a Christmas present. To soften the blow Brands gave me a $4,60 credit. What an insult! I have dealt with Brands before and have had no problems. I am extremely annoyed with this considering it is 4 days before Christmas. Yes the price was good - But good for nothing. I will not use their site again, no matter the savings.

Can not find a phone number that is connected or anyone to relpy to my email that was sent the 16/12
We have spent lots with your company over the past years and have never had any problems. We have told all our friends about our shopping experience with you with raving reviews.
Until now, we have never had a problem with deliveries or products, sadly however we now do.

Do not buy Adirondack Chairs from this site
I bought 2 lots of a white 2 chair & table Adirondack set from this site. When I opened the packages, the product was poorly painted (looked like an undercoat), the wood rough and marked with blue codes in visible places. It was also much thinner and lighter than I had expected. To say that the pictures provided on BrandsExclusive of this product were misleading is an understatement. They have had minimal use but in two separate incidents, two of the chairs have completely broken and seat slats in the others have been damaged. I have since discovered that the fir wood used is not suitable for outdoor use generally and is particularly unsuited to Australian conditions and is too flimsy for this purpose. The wood has simply split at the point where the metal threaded insert is factory prepared at the base of the seat, throwing the two young people seated on the chairs backwards onto my deck - we were lucky no-one was injured. I personally witnessed the second incident and it was shocking, a chair should not split apart from normal use. I contacted BrandsExclusive, sent photos and waited almost a week for a response where they asked me for the barcodes on the packaging. Are they kidding? The product is not fit for purpose. I pointed out that the chairs had been assembled and I was not required to provide packaging (they had proof of purchase) where the product was faulty. Another wait, then they tell me they will contact the supplier and let me know. Not good enough BrandsExclusive. The product is not fit for purpose, I am entitled to a refund. Refund my money and sort it out yourselves with the supplier. Better yet, withdraw these products from sale before someone is seriously injured.1 comment

Customer support is hopeless
I have purchased from this site with no problems unfortunately i had to return items and was given store credits (not really what i wanted) anyway trying to use them now and can't apply them. I sent off an enquiry yesterday and had some information returned - didn't work it took 20 -30 mins for an answer each time in the end i gave up at 12.15pm.
Not only did i keep loosing what was in my shopping basket but ultimately things sold out as well.
Trying again this morning but no reply since 8.30am this morning no phone number for help i am very disappointed.

Products quality could be better
There are some products sourced from suppliers who make good quality items. But some products are substandard and worthless. I have purchased a huge amount of goods from them and spent about 3k over the years. It's a 50/50 game, unfortunately. Highly recommend priducts made in Poland - always nicely made from good quality material. Prices are often too high - need to watch out.

Why a send a savings code if you can't use it?
Brands Exclusive provide customers with savings code occasionally. I am yet to receive a voucher code that actually can be applied as per the terms and conditions! Very disappointing!! Why not reward your customers as promised??

Very unhappy
My first time using the site purchased items then all of a sudden asking me for identity. Unfortunately could not provide them as I was waiting fir my updated licence. I then only had a window of 8hrs to send them a utility bill. I was obviously too [name removed] refunded money but bad luck and lost all the goods I needed. I have emailed 4 times and heard nothing. Waste of time don’t bother using them !!!!

Nice clothing, great prices.
I have purchased quite a lot of lovely branded clothing from Brands Exclusive. Men, women and kids clothing all great value at bargain prices. Same with shoes. There is always at least one brand on sales. I just love this shop.

ut. Brands Exclusive gave me an apology and a $10 credit. All well and good until they advertise the dress for sale, the very next day! I couple of weeks ago, I ordered two shirts from Brands Exclusive. They were able to send me one but again, after weeks of waiting, the other is out of stock. I’m a patient person normally but this really annoyed me and I emailed them to complain. Again, I getaway apology, $10 and a further $20. I didn’t complain for gain but I am happy that they treat their customers with sincerity. Took my money and never received my products
I purchased products online to the value of about $200 back at the beginning of August. I was excited as they were slightly cheaper than standard retail rates and had brought them for a present for my Mum. A lady called [name removed] told me this would be done over a month ago and I have been lied too and palmed off. They have my credit card, bank account and address details but after me chasing them almost daily, they keep promising me this will happen and that again the "manager" needs to do this yet I have received nothing. Purchased 4 items of Seafolly ( 2 set of bikinis)
I purchased 4 items - Brand Exclusive only sent me 1 bottom - with excuse the other order were in backlog, however - I saw they advertised the same products range again after the Sale was completed on 6th Oct. I sent them email to ask when I'm going to receive the remaining 3 items. CS didn’t even bother to read my email – what they did was refunded me the money of 3 items and gave me $15 credit for the inconvenient. Seriously how I’m going to wear 1 bottom without the top to match? $15 is this a joke for my inconvenient - I don't want $15 - I want the items which I have paid and need to know when I will be getting the items. Cos I will never purchase from Brand Exclusive again, and by giving me $15 is just an insult!

Value of discount way out.
I am sick of lies generally in business. Brands exclusive recently advertised Declare skincare as having insane deductions. I blame myself to think a company would give so much discount

This company is dodgy wrong phone numbers listed and no one responds to your emails
I ordered products with brand exclusive on the 4th October 2017 I have emailed many times to find out when I will receive goods and no one has responded back and some emails have bounced back there is a phone number that is not valid in NSW??? Appalling I’m still waiting after almost a month for a response back from my many emails and I can’t get in contact with them.

Extremely Poor Customer Service
I made an online purchase from Brands Exclusive
Shoes were advertised in AU sizes. I ordered AU size 8 shoes. According to the Brands Exclusive own size chart which was linked to the ad size 8AU is 39EU.
According to the labels on the shoes I've received size 8US/38EU.
They are one size smaller and do not fit.
I straight away filled in the return items request. There was no answer.

Goods never arrived
I made a purchase back in July and i still haven't seen the goods. It was meant to be sent in August and I have followed up numerous times. I didn't get any replies until i said i would give them bad feedback online then i was asked could I be patient. That was over a week ago and i still haven't heard anything. It was approx $350 worth of goods so its not something I want to just let ride. It's frustrating that there's no number to call them. It looks like lots of people are having a similar problem. I would advise people to steer clear of this company; seems to be a bit suspicious to me. I won't be purchasing off them again.

They sell such terrible "fashion" like really terrible ones.
I love to bought online on this site to get handbags only then I ordered the "fashion" and I received wrong size, too small for me really... and the product it self doesn't look new. it does look like being used; second hands stuff for real!! I asked for the Return Authorisation Number and they declined. I wish I can just throw this product to their face! Bought wrong size won't exchange or refund! Terrible
Purchased 2 cosies, need to change size but even though they have it in stock, they are refusing to exchange. Terrible I've bought loads of stuff from them but won't buy anything again when they refuse to exchange! It's a simple request and I image lots of women would buy the wrong size. I'm normally a size 10 but they didn't fit. A refusal to change it to size 12 is totally unreasonable. Be warned ladies and avoid this store.
