Products quality could be better
There are some products sourced from suppliers who make good quality items. But some products are substandard and worthless. I have purchased a huge amount of goods from them and spent about 3k over the years. It's a 50/50 game, unfortunately. Highly recommend priducts made in Poland - always nicely made from good quality material. Prices are often too high - need to watch out.
Why a send a savings code if you can't use it?
Brands Exclusive provide customers with savings code occasionally. I am yet to receive a voucher code that actually can be applied as per the terms and conditions! Very disappointing!! Why not reward your customers as promised??
My first time using the site purchased items then all of a sudden asking me for identity. Unfortunately could not provide them as I was waiting fir my updated licence. I then only had a window of 8hrs to send them a utility bill. I was obviously too [name removed] refunded money but bad luck and lost all the goods I needed. I have emailed 4 times and heard nothing. Waste of time don’t bother using them !!!!

I have purchased quite a lot of lovely branded clothing from Brands Exclusive. Men, women and kids clothing all great value at bargain prices. Same with shoes. There is always at least one brand on sales. I just love this shop.
December 5th 2017 Update: Usually happy
I do all my shopping online and do a lot of it. I am usually pretty patient but the last two orders from Brands Exclusive have made me have a rethink. Having bought four dresses and received three in a reasonable time, the fourth one, after weeks of waiting , was sold o...ut. Brands Exclusive gave me an apology and a $10 credit. All well and good until they advertise the dress for sale, the very next day! I couple of weeks ago, I ordered two shirts from Brands Exclusive. They were able to send me one but again, after weeks of waiting, the other is out of stock. I’m a patient person normally but this really annoyed me and I emailed them to complain. Again, I getaway apology, $10 and a further $20. I didn’t complain for gain but I am happy that they treat their customers with sincerity. I will continue to shop with them because they have great brands for really good prices, When available.

Took my money and never received my products
I purchased products online to the value of about $200 back at the beginning of August. I was excited as they were slightly cheaper than standard retail rates and had brought them for a present for my Mum. After a few weeks I wondered why I had not received them so sent the company an email just to follow up as they conveniently have no contact number. I was told they would be shipped the following week as their "manager"'was sick. After waiting another 2 weeks again I followed up and was given the same vague response. My Mums birthday came and...went after over 2 months of waiting. I was so upset so I asked to have my money refunded. A lady called [name removed] told me this would be done over a month ago and I have been lied too and palmed off. They have my credit card, bank account and address details but after me chasing them almost daily, they keep promising me this will happen and that again the "manager" needs to do this yet I have received nothing. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, they should not be allowed to trade or run a business. So happy to take your money, but they are a bunch of absolute crooks.

Purchased 4 items of Seafolly ( 2 set of bikinis)
I purchased 4 items - Brand Exclusive only sent me 1 bottom - with excuse the other order were in backlog, however - I saw they advertised the same products range again after the Sale was completed on 6th Oct. I sent them email to ask when I'm going to receive the remaining 3 items. CS didn’t even bother to read my email – what they did was refunded me the money of 3 items and gave me $15 credit for the inconvenient. Seriously how I’m going to wear 1 bottom without the top to match? $15 is this a joke for my inconvenient - I don't want $15 - I want the items which I have paid and need to know when I will be getting the items. Cos I will never purchase from Brand Exclusive again, and by giving me $15 is just an insult!
This company is dodgy wrong phone numbers listed and no one responds to your emails
I ordered products with brand exclusive on the 4th October 2017 I have emailed many times to find out when I will receive goods and no one has responded back and some emails have bounced back there is a phone number that is not valid in NSW??? Appalling I’m still waiting after almost a month for a response back from my many emails and I can’t get in contact with them.
Extremely Poor Customer Service
I made an online purchase from Brands Exclusive
Shoes were advertised in AU sizes. I ordered AU size 8 shoes. According to the Brands Exclusive own size chart which was linked to the ad size 8AU is 39EU.
According to the labels on the shoes I've received size 8US/38EU.
They are one size smaller and do not fit.
I straight away filled in the return items request. There was no answer.
I noticed that the sale was still on a the bigger size 9AU was available. I tried to locate a contact number on google (02 9046 4400 ) and call Brands Exclu...
Goods never arrived
I made a purchase back in July and i still haven't seen the goods. It was meant to be sent in August and I have followed up numerous times. I didn't get any replies until i said i would give them bad feedback online then i was asked could I be patient. That was over a week ago and i still haven't heard anything. It was approx $350 worth of goods so its not something I want to just let ride. It's frustrating that there's no number to call them. It looks like lots of people are having a similar problem. I would advise people to steer clear of this company; seems to be a bit suspicious to me. I won't be purchasing off them again.

They sell such terrible "fashion" like really terrible ones.
I love to bought online on this site to get handbags only then I ordered the "fashion" and I received wrong size, too small for me really... and the product it self doesn't look new. it does look like being used; second hands stuff for real!! I asked for the Return Authorisation Number and they declined. I wish I can just throw this product to their face! Poor quality and totally ripped off return policy! where is the customer satisfaction like they promised?? Please guys be careful to selling stuff to your customers, just sell decent products ...please... they are know the quality. I will go get somewhere better to shopping online with decent and better products from now, if you keep selling things like the product you sold to me, trust me you will lost trust. and you need to consider about your Brand Exclusive name!!!
Bought wrong size won't exchange or refund! Terrible
Purchased 2 cosies, need to change size but even though they have it in stock, they are refusing to exchange. Terrible I've bought loads of stuff from them but won't buy anything again when they refuse to exchange! It's a simple request and I image lots of women would buy the wrong size. I'm normally a size 10 but they didn't fit. A refusal to change it to size 12 is totally unreasonable. Be warned ladies and avoid this store.

Purchased item delivery terrible
Purchase online after one despatch terrible by tracking numbers still waiting and keeps say item on the way. Not good.
Just Terrible they mess you around!
I purchased an electrical appliance through BE on receipt of this item it was faulty and not working at all. I contacted BE the next day after receiving this item and advised them that this was faulty - so for weeks and weeks they messed me around - even told me to cut the cord off! Luckily I paid through PayPal and was able to get my money back after raising a dispute! Thank goodness I paid through PayPal otherwise I don't know what would have happened. They claim on their web site that they will pay for return postage when an item is faulty -...which they have to by law under the consumer affairs guidelines well no nothing - as this was a large heavy item it was expensive to return- so I am not only disappointed - they waisted my time - and it has cost me to return. There is no way I will ever deal with this company again they are dishonest with there returns and promises.

Appalling Customer Service
I made a purchase with PayPal through the Brands Exclusive App on 03/09/2017. No record of the purchase is in my Brands Exclusive account. I emailed Brands Exclusive Customer Service because their phone number is disconnected to advise them of this with my PayPal receipt attached as evidence. Their email response advised me they received no money and to provide evidence of my purchase. I responded that I contacted PayPal who advised the money was sent and I did provide proof of purchase in my previous email. The funds have been removed from my...bank account and I have to try and deal with Brands Exclusive through PayPal. This may take weeks before I receive a refund. Be aware of companies that can't be contacted by phone and provide sloppy customer service. This experience is an expensive headache. Thanks to Product Review making contact with Brands Exclusive Customer Management matter was able to be resolved.
i purchased shoes online. They were advertised as leather...they are NOT. I paid close to $100 for them and they will accept responsibility. I can't wear them and my shoe repairer can't help either - consequently I have to throw them out. These people are scammers.They are probably the same people that call on your home phone to scam you. Why are they still in business?
They are selling fake items
The Versace scarves they are selling are fake, please do not buy. I asked the to provide CLG number to authenticate as the material was a bit off (and the label looks fake as well), they refused to give it to me. I went to Versace store and unfortunately, the scarf was 100% fake. I confronted them about it and the only thing they said was that it is real and if I do not like it I can refund for a credit. I will definitely go through ACCC and Fair Trading.
Been waiting for 3 months for a credit for goods
Returned mens clothes size "M" that were actually small small mens that they agreed I could return after requesting I take all items out of bag and measure and supply photos of item, tags and bar codes. I returned as per their instructions and have requested that they supply my $300 plus credit now 4 times. No luck, still no credit since May. I am now going to Dept of fair Trading. This company is a complete con.
I have purchased from B.E. since it started. Customer service was wonderful when you could phone them. However, this service has ceased. I purchased a Sass and Bide bracelet. When I received it appeared second hand, badly scratched and dirty. I did everything they said but they would not refund. I eventually went through Paypal and received the refund. In their terms they state return postage will be refunded for faulty items. Not true, I have emailed them for the refund for months. They do not respond to the emails nor I have received the ret...urn postage charge. Very disappointing. August 13th 2017 Update: No More Chances I placed another order with BE. $396.95. When the items arrived 3 side tables arrived they did not match the description. To advertise something as timber and send something that is made from plastic is beyond wrong. When I asked for a refund it was denied. I then contacted Paypal and they found in my favour . However I have to pay for the return postage. This is unfair as BE sold me and many others a fake product. After many years of purchases this will be my last. I am so very annoyed at the deterioration in customer service and product descriptions. January 5th 2018 Update: Getting worse. I thought I would try shopping again with BE. I purchased several tops. I wanted to return one. The return is still pending after a month. I gave the top away. I purchased items in September received them in December. It was a gift. It didn't fit and appeared to have been worn. Asked to return the clothing (over $100). Denied. I have now claimed through Paypal. Have to wait and see how that goes. Never again and I will inform as many people as possible not to shop with you.
Products never arrived, nightmare getting a refund.
After three months of waiting for the products I ordered that never arrived, I asked for a refund. That is proving hard to get too!!
Could be better
I have not bought much from this site and I understand sometime it takes a while to receive the products as they are direct import, which I don't have a problem with.
However their return policy is shocking when something does not fit or meet your expectations, I have stopped buying shoes/clothing from them (no matter how cheap they are) after a few unpleasant experience. Being an online retailer it is impossible for our customers to try before you buy that's why BE needs to work on their return policies! for example offering free returns, l...ike Styletread (they even waive the shipping cost if you spend over a certain amount). And warehouse returns should be accepted as it is against the law for businesses to tell you or show signs stating that they do not give refunds under any circumstances, including for gifts and during sales. Be aware if you are buying shoes & clothes from BE.
