Not bad at all.
I have started to shop with Brands Exclusive about 3 years ago .I have bought many items, from clothes to shoes and pots etc. It is true that their sizing is far from perfect. Out of all of the items I have ordered there were a few that was damaged, but I have always gotten my refund ( and in the case of damaged items I never had to send it back) in a very short time and also answers within a few days. rder they have apologized and given me a 10 dollar voucher and put my money back into my bank account .My recommendation would be only with the sizing , they should ask all the different brands to measure and give their sizes according to Australian sizing guidelines ,especially on shoes! I know we all have different experiences but mine so far has been good and I felt like sharing it after reading all the negative ones.Probably my biggest no is with the posting, ordering 4 different items and being woken up 4 times by the delivery man is not much fun and to be truthful many times keeps me from ordering.1 comment

Three orders that never arrived - and I had to chase them to get a refund 2&1/2 months later
I ordered three different orders within a week of one another for different sales and then waited. And waited. And waited. All three had blowouts on their delivery estimates of around a month but still I waited. Finally, when I got tired of waiting I enquired about the orders. Apparently they all were unable to be fulfilled. But I had to send multiple enquiries before they actually let me know that this was the case for all three orders. Essentially they took my money, sat on it for over 2 months and only gave it back when I complained. This is a scam.

Middle of the road
I have been using BE for a number of years now, to be quite fair this online shop is not too bad, there are negatives & positives to be said. I hardly buy any clothing from BE anymore, the sizing is completely a hit or miss, and of course you are out of pocket with any courier charges if you choose to return the item. I've had items delivered and they have been damaged, but have been packed securely, makes me wonder if the packagers are just mindlessly just throwing without care?! od with email contact and issues resolved fairly fast, although there has been times I have been given a store credit voucher instead of a full refund, it really should be the customers option of whether they want a store credit or a complete refund. BE you would of received a higher rating but your time delivery on your sales takes way too long. There have been occasions where I've had to wait 6 wks and longer to get my order and other times delivered within 3 days, all depends on time of the sale ending and how quick the supplier takes stock of delivery. There is a lot of repetitive items on BE so if you missed it once you can be sure to see it again for sale, so it becomes ... boring. Positives, well you are getting brand products at a very discount price but honestly there are some brands on BE that I've never heard of, I must not be up to speed with trends lol. But nothing beats walking into a shop, where you can touch & see exactly what you are getting. Okay, It's a good website to browse, if you want, do your homework, investigate the product and then compare it to BE and you can be the judge if you stumbled onto a bargain.1 comment

Terrible customer service
I have had an ongoing issue with a product I purchased in may - I have copied my last email to customer service that I sent again. The so called support has been terrible, you are lucky to get a sporadic reply, and then you actually get very little information. The order I'm waiting on has 2 items, as far as I can make out 2 products have been at the warehouse for over a month, but I item has not shown up yet. then when the last one arrived, 2 months late, they could have sent that one out later.! BE you do not have clear policies that transcend to your on line shop, if the next date of goods to be sent is June 14, and then after much chasing up of my own someone finally tells me well actually it will be July 17th - then something is very wrong in your business model! At least when you had your customer service people in Australia we would get answers back within 24 hours, now we wait a week, and even if I reply back within 10 minutes I still did not get a reply for another week. I'm extremely frustrated and now worried about the last few orders that I placed, will I ever actually see these items in 2017.... Dear ..., Please see my invoice order for the very late products I’m still waiting for. As you can see on the invoice it clearly states June est delivery not July. Your last email said that it was only the magnets that you are still waiting on, so I'm assuming that the wall hanging and clutch was waiting to be sent. If that is the case why can’t the 2 items you already have be sent to me and the magnets sent at a later date? WHERE ARE MY ORDERS? WHY SILENT?
In regard to Order Nos. 1000_3123654 and 3210900 made on 22nd May and 21st June 2017. The expected delivery dates for both have been long past, but they are not even shipped yet. I have contacted you 4 times since 4th July and as of today 12th July, still have not got a response. I cannot cancel my order because they are deemed to be "in progress".

Change of mind is not shoes too big!
Purchased 3 pairs of shoes all of which are the wrong size.very big for the sizing. I had read the returns policy and thought i could return if unsuitable.however cannot as its a 'warehouse' sale. Not even a credit offered. It is not right and very poor service as its classed as change of mind...ah no..theyre too big.
Be very careful when selecting goods. Poor policy.

Terrible!
I ordered some nail polish and hair care products, sent the nail polish which was the cheapest item on the list and was sent about two weeks later. I am STILL waiting for my order and have demanded a refund however they still have not credited into my bank account. They make continual excuses and am disgusted that this place is still even operates. I will never again order from these people and am getting consumer affairs involved as I want my money back!

A Complete Waste of My Time!
Placed an order a month ago. When order not received I contacted Brands Exclusive to be told my order would be received in 5-7 business days. The next day they cancelled the order, blaming the supplier. I am told I will get a full refund and if I don't receive it promptly I will write another review. Waste of time.

Solid company
Reading a lot of the other reviews on this site, I believe that they are quite unfair. This is a good service.
Brands Exclusive is a "middle man" meaning that when you place an order, they then need to acquire it from the supplier, which is why delivery and returns are generally slow. However BE warn customers of this.
I have been shopping with them for around 5 years now, and, while I have occasionally had to return items, their customer service is prompt and they are reasonable and consumer orientated.

Wrong item sent. Yet again!!!
Ordered a 210cm plant. Got one half that size. I've tried contacting BE however last time this happened it took weeks to rectify and fair trade had to be involved. Hoping this is sorted reasonably fast...

I have returned three orders at the end of April and still have not yet received a refund (or a credit) or an email from BE that they have received the stock.

Poor Customer Service
I have been a customer of Brands Exclusive for several years and until recently would have given them a good rating. I have recently had four purchases delivered in the wrong size. The items sent were not what was ordered. It is their lack of an acceptable response to my concerns that disappoints me. Two pairs of boots supposedly size 37EU or 6 AU were delivered in size 6 US./36 EU. I shirt ordered in Large, size 12 received. messages to their Customer Service Team asking for postage be paid by Brands Exclusive to return these items only to be told to take a photo and submit a return request. I cannot photograph a sicker bearing the size of the boots as it does not show up in a photo. The sheets bear 3 different sizes on the sticker and I won't pay postage on the T-shirt. Another Nightmare!
Do not order! I have ordered a few times over the years with Brands Exclusive, after receiving damaged stock 2 years ago and terrible customer service, I swore I would never order again! I caved, my current order is still sitting as pending and I ordered the items 2 months ago! Have emailed with no response, this company should not be operating.

DREADFUL - DON'T GO THERE
I would definitely not recommend Brands Exclusive as a shopping experience. No one will respond to my emails. Paid $200.00 and they have not delivered the goods

number Brands Exclusive gave on 1 June 2017 does not exist in their system

Brands exclusive customer support will not respond to my previous two emails of asking why the PBT tracking number is not valid.

incorrect sizing debactle
yes and have used them for years and have had no problem until this year But now we have found them to be dishonest - got dress showing a certain size too small - but last purchase should be a size 12 - information on dress changed and huge - wont use them ever again

NO STAR RATINGS - THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT
I purchased make up with these guys forgot about the order and when I ordered something else saw that I was still waiting for the makeup to arrive I e-mailed them and asked for a refund or the product there response was "I’m really sorry for all the hassle this matter has caused you, and that we couldn’t assist you further." So I definitely did not get what I ordered and they had no intention of helping. I do not recommend this site and will have already stopped all advertising e-mails.
I would give them no stars but to submit this review I had to give them one.

Extremely disappoint!!
I have made four separate attempts to email/contact BE regarding a purchase I made back in March 2017 where the goods I paid for have never arrived, every attempt has been unanswered.
I then proceeded to call the company only to find out there number has been disconnected. I found a complaint from a customer dating back to last year where they reported the number was disconnected yet they are still advertising the incorrect number today.

No Refund if it doesn't fit; store credit only.
Ordered online, I waited five weeks for shoes to arrive; they were too small so I received a return authority where I said I would be happy with a larger size. Emailed BE ten days after return sent to see when my credit would appear at the bank. Two days later they said it would be done when they received the goods. Sent them the tracking number which showed they received the goods more than ten day ago. All they gave me then was a 'store' credit which will expire in twelve months ie no refund of money.
