the purchasing and wait time is not the problem, returning faulty items is. I have had to wait for over a month on one product that was supposed to have a cover and came without, only to be told a month later - sorry no bag, here's a little refund - they do not make the sellers responsible at all. Now again I have been waiting to return a watch that does not work - and the service is once again sporadic and pointless - Honestly guys there is so much competition out there, with the deplorable wait time and the useless responses for faulty or r...eturn items don't waste your time or money! June 22nd 2017 Update: Terrible customer service continues I have a number or orders right now, but the one Im concerned about was ordered in may, told it would be delivered by the 14th June, nothing then I write to these guys on the 18th and it takes over 2 days to reply! then the answer is i have to wait another month! no reason no explanation no nothing! So now BE you have moved your customer service overseas! are you kidding me you have people who seem to know very little! this is awful Im waiting till all my orders are delivered then thats it no more Im cancelling my membership - you have been given chance after chance and all we hear is so sorry "we don't keep stock here so it takes time" your competition is walking all over you. I feel you don't care about your customers at all, but without us you are nothing! I should not have to wait for my products to "possibly" arrive on the 11th July when I can clearly see you ordered them from your supplier on the 24/5, this is a joke right?? and then to tell me oh so if they don't come by then please email us back! what and have to wait for 3 days for a response!
Order cancelled without any notification
I am a member from 2013/2014. This website was good and now always late on delivery sometimes it takes months to receive the order. But this time I placed the order on 2/12/2016 for a hand bag (Italian Handbag Clearance) order No 1000-2577018 which was cancelled without any notification or email or call or nothing at all. Why this was cancelled I don't know where is the refund or the credit note. No correspondence at all. I emailed more than 4 times customer service without any response at all.
Brands exclusive have not paid me!!!
I will write a review everyday to make sure consumers are aware of what a terrible company this is. I ordered an outdoor umbrella well before xmas with the assurance by brands exclusive it would be delivered before xmas however it wasn't for ing me to purchase well elsewhere I'm still waiting for a refund the problem is you can't ring this company and your emails will be ignored when you do eventually hear from them they apologize and tell you your complaint has been escalated and nothing happens when all you require is a simple refund for good...s not delivered. I'm now having to take steps to recover my $120. Do not deal with this company. January 12th 2017 Update: Don't deal with this company I'm going to keep writing these reviews about this company. No goods no refund. Now I've had to go to accc, they're a terrible company.
Late items & Terrible customer service
I purchased LED shoes for my children for Christmas allowing plenty of time from the end of the sale for them to arrive. I emailed them three times two weeks prior to Christmas to get some information and received a generic email stating they had been delayed. The email was one sent out bulk to all customers, my emails were never answered. In the end I had to put in a claim to Paypal, the day before it was due to be settled BE emailed me to ask that I remove the dispute as my shoes were in the warehouse ready to ship (the day before new year). ...I can forgive the lateness as these things can happen but not the awful customer service so I did not remove the dispute. It was found to be in my favour and I received a refund from Paypal. BE need to up their game, ignoring customers will only result in fewer orders placed. Had I been treated as an important and valued customer I would have worn the delay however to be ignored in the hope that I would go away is not a good way to ensure an amicable solution.
Almost 5 Weeks - still no delivery?
I too have an outstanding round towel order - ordered 22 November and still not here! How do I get a refund if it is not going to be here because I need the Christmas Present - I am not going to give a piece of paper! Still no answer. - clearly not arriving before Christmas so how do I get a refund please?

I have ordered 4 round towels on Nov 22 and still have not received anything !! I tried to send an email but no one had answered. I did paid with Pay Pal and if I don't receive this order before Xmas, I will open a dispute and hopefully get my money back. Will never shop there again and will send warning on Facebook if I am not looking after better then this.

Brands Exclusive is OWING me money and ignoring my emails. The company received my recent return nearly 2 weeks ago (order #1000_2479388) with proof from the courier company of delivery acceptance forwarded to the company and I don't have my refund (or store credit). I am also waiting for my RAN to be sent to me with my return request lodged 4 weeks ago (order #1000_2495562) for a stained [name removed] cutlery set sent to me. Oh and there's the issue of the company not sending me an item from order #1000_2479386 (which I informed the company o...f 4 weeks ago) not even letting me know about the item being unavailable and I haven't received my store credit for that. Need to add also about the faulty solar Christmas lights I was sent 4 weeks ago that the company said have escalated to a different area for resolution. I am still waiting on a response. Not good enough. Take money from consumers but don't want to deal with the problems. These are problems that stem from being sold and sent faulty or defected items from Brands Exclusive. It's honestly not worth the hassle buying from BE when there are so many other great buying sites out there. Some of the sales and offers are great through Brands Exclusive but it looks as though now for me I will be having to file a complaint with fair trading/consumer affairs to retrieve my refunds owing. Weigh up the risks please.
Slow and deceiving!
I ordered Christmas gifts a month ago.
All items were in stock. With Christmas around the corner I have not received my purchases!!
They operate out of Melbourne so you would think that if an item is in stock it would take at maximum a week to receive from Melbourne!
Extremely annoyed! At this point in time I only have a receipt of purchase for my mother to open up on Christmas day!
Not happy. Very appalled!

I purchased 6 Round Towels on the 20/11/2016. I have yet to receive my items, they were ordered from supplier on 28/11 and shipping date is 18/12/12. Am I thinking it will arrived after reading all of the review that I can be waiting another month more. I have contacted them on two occasions 16/12 and 20/12 and not sure if someone would reply to my email. Thank goodness I have paid by PayPal and will be opening up a dispute with them if my items don't arrive before Christmas. These were meant to be Christmas presents now I need to spend more money after already spending over $180. Would love to hear from someone but not happy.
I purchased some Grown products advertised as half priced on the 10/12/2016. I have yet to receive my items and wondered if this is too good to be true. After reading all these reviews I am concerned that I am not going to receive my items. Thank goodness I have paid by PayPal and will be opening up a dispute with them if my items don't arrive before Christmas. And yes- there isn't a phone number to ring to speak to anyone from he company.

Late product no resolution to help
I bought a bikini and one piece on the 26th of November 2016 it states next day despatch its now the 18 of December 2016 and I am still waiting I emailed them on there on line contact page on 13 December 2016 and I have not had a response I have been waiting for three weeks and I fly out to Bali on Christmas Eve. If the products arrive this week and they are of good quality I will write a new review.
Appalling customer service!
Purchased some suitcases for my upcoming trip, it stated it will be delivered from the warehouse between 2-3 weeks which is just in time for my holiday, however upon checkout I had issues updating my new address so as soon as I placed the order, I contacted brands exclusive to update my address and customer service assured me it will be delivered to my new address. 2 weeks later the item has been delivered to my old address, and customer service not only didn't apologize and try to help resolve this but kept stating what I already know, absolutely appalling!! I am over $100 out of pocket and I'm leaving next week, I will never shop there again!!!
Don't expect your order anytime soon, if at all.
While brands exclusive has a lot of great brands at great prices, they are extremely unreliable. I have put through many orders, without fail half of those orders have been cancelled/partially cancelled because they don't actually have the item in stock. I have tried them on and off for about 4 years, hoping each time that when I go back they will improve, but nope! After a year of not ordering through them I decided to give them one last go. I placed my order three weeks ago and today I find out that one of the items I purchased is out of stock. But they have so generously provided me with a $5 credit to my account with them!! They can remove the credit though as I won't be using it, I have learnt my lesson this time!
No phone number and late on delivery, also late with inquiry about late delivery!
I ordered an item which the latest approx date for delivery was 7/11/16, it's now over a month late and I have received no reply to an email requesting information about the late delivery: order no. 1000_2436881 - quick to take your money, slow to respond!

My delivery did not arrive. I was accused of using "safe drop", which is unavailable in my area. I am still out of pocket $70. Very very unhappy with your service. I will never purchase from you again.
Fake products; terrible complaints resolution process
I've bought things at BE before and my complaint previously was only that things took forever to arrive. Once something took 3 months. Recently however, I purchased a handbag which was advertised as leather. It arrived and was very clearly a fake. It smelled of plastic man made synthetic material. It was poorly made and the tag attached to it was stuck on with glue. I emailed them requesting a refund and provided photographs. I got an email back requesting more photographs which "show the issue" i sent more photographs but pointed out that ...photographs won't prove it's not leather. I never got a reply to that email. I contacted them again and they claimed to have no record of my complaint. I forwarded previous emails to provide correspondence. They requested even more photos. It's been more than a month. Still no resolution, still no refund. Just a cheap fake bag. There is no number you can to talk to anyone. You are bound by the restrictions of email and if they don't want to compensate you, they won't. I will definitely not be shopping with them again and unless you are willing to take a gamble and potentially waste your money, i'd recommend you don't either.
Very poor description and photos of Goods
Why do Brands Exclusive continually provide poor pictures and descriptions of goods?
Firstly, you see an item come up for sale and you think - 'those shoes/clothes/bags' look good. You go into the site - and the goods in the picture are not being sold. This is 'bait' advertising.
Secondly - why do they have just ONE picture of the goods - and mostly the picture does not show the item properly? Was interested in a pair of trousers - BUT the picture was taken from the side, with a flowing top over the top of the pants. So all you can see are t...

I purchased a couple of items at brands exclusive and it is still delayed. as its been so long I had to go out and purchase another present for someone and give them that instead. I have contacted this company over and over and they don't address the issue. I want a refund. They still have no idea when the product is available !!!! I have asked for a refund and I got a message saying they would check when available hahah I didn't ask that. I asked for the order to be cancelled and my money back. Going to ring department of consumer Affairs and report them if I don't get answer soon. they have no phone number that anyone answers, its so frustrating.
Typical - easy to purchase - impossible to return items
This is the first and will be the last time using brands exclusive. The shoes I ordered (which have recently ben delivered) are too big and need to be returned. The order number is 1000_2548936. When I go to the section of the website for return orders - this particular item won't come up (other orders I made and which haven't been delivered are coming up). The website will not allow a manual override. All in all I cannot return the item! Disappointing that there is no contact number - it is not acceptable when you go the contacts section to ha...ve someone contact you in 3 to 5 business days. People require immediate confirmation that the item can be returned and money refunded. Please be weary of ordering from this site given their shocking return process.
Poor customer service.
Has taken nearly 6 weeks for my delivery only to find that my delivery is going back 'return to sender' as address incorrect......address IS correct! I have received an email twice seeking information and have responded twice, seems my replies are being ignored. I have also followed up with another 5 emails. ........I WANT MY DELIVERY!!!, if you want positive comments, you should at least reply to customer emails as there are no contact numbers to be able to speak with an operator. My next step is to lodge a complaint with my Bank. So far no delivery...no refund either
