Products quality could be better
There are some products sourced from suppliers who make good quality items. But some products are substandard and worthless. I have purchased a huge amount of goods from them and spent about 3k over the years. It's a 50/50 game, unfortunately. Highly recommend priducts made in Poland - always nicely made from good quality material. Prices are often too high - need to watch out.

I have purchased quite a lot of lovely branded clothing from Brands Exclusive. Men, women and kids clothing all great value at bargain prices. Same with shoes. There is always at least one brand on sales. I just love this shop.
December 5th 2017 Update: Usually happy
I do all my shopping online and do a lot of it. I am usually pretty patient but the last two orders from Brands Exclusive have made me have a rethink. Having bought four dresses and received three in a reasonable time, the fourth one, after weeks of waiting , was sold o...ut. Brands Exclusive gave me an apology and a $10 credit. All well and good until they advertise the dress for sale, the very next day! I couple of weeks ago, I ordered two shirts from Brands Exclusive. They were able to send me one but again, after weeks of waiting, the other is out of stock. I’m a patient person normally but this really annoyed me and I emailed them to complain. Again, I getaway apology, $10 and a further $20. I didn’t complain for gain but I am happy that they treat their customers with sincerity. I will continue to shop with them because they have great brands for really good prices, When available.

Appalling Customer Service
I made a purchase with PayPal through the Brands Exclusive App on 03/09/2017. No record of the purchase is in my Brands Exclusive account. I emailed Brands Exclusive Customer Service because their phone number is disconnected to advise them of this with my PayPal receipt attached as evidence. Their email response advised me they received no money and to provide evidence of my purchase. I responded that I contacted PayPal who advised the money was sent and I did provide proof of purchase in my previous email. The funds have been removed from my...bank account and I have to try and deal with Brands Exclusive through PayPal. This may take weeks before I receive a refund. Be aware of companies that can't be contacted by phone and provide sloppy customer service. This experience is an expensive headache. Thanks to Product Review making contact with Brands Exclusive Customer Management matter was able to be resolved.
Could be better
I have not bought much from this site and I understand sometime it takes a while to receive the products as they are direct import, which I don't have a problem with.
However their return policy is shocking when something does not fit or meet your expectations, I have stopped buying shoes/clothing from them (no matter how cheap they are) after a few unpleasant experience. Being an online retailer it is impossible for our customers to try before you buy that's why BE needs to work on their return policies! for example offering free returns, l...ike Styletread (they even waive the shipping cost if you spend over a certain amount). And warehouse returns should be accepted as it is against the law for businesses to tell you or show signs stating that they do not give refunds under any circumstances, including for gifts and during sales. Be aware if you are buying shoes & clothes from BE.
Middle of the road
I have been using BE for a number of years now, to be quite fair this online shop is not too bad, there are negatives & positives to be said. I hardly buy any clothing from BE anymore, the sizing is completely a hit or miss, and of course you are out of pocket with any courier charges if you choose to return the item. I've had items delivered and they have been damaged, but have been packed securely, makes me wonder if the packagers are just mindlessly just throwing without care?! The BE representatives that I have dealt with have been very go...od with email contact and issues resolved fairly fast, although there has been times I have been given a store credit voucher instead of a full refund, it really should be the customers option of whether they want a store credit or a complete refund. BE you would of received a higher rating but your time delivery on your sales takes way too long. There have been occasions where I've had to wait 6 wks and longer to get my order and other times delivered within 3 days, all depends on time of the sale ending and how quick the supplier takes stock of delivery. There is a lot of repetitive items on BE so if you missed it once you can be sure to see it again for sale, so it becomes ... boring. Positives, well you are getting brand products at a very discount price but honestly there are some brands on BE that I've never heard of, I must not be up to speed with trends lol. But nothing beats walking into a shop, where you can touch & see exactly what you are getting. Okay, It's a good website to browse, if you want, do your homework, investigate the product and then compare it to BE and you can be the judge if you stumbled onto a bargain.
Poor Customer Service
I have been a customer of Brands Exclusive for several years and until recently would have given them a good rating. I have recently had four purchases delivered in the wrong size. The items sent were not what was ordered. It is their lack of an acceptable response to my concerns that disappoints me. Two pairs of boots supposedly size 37EU or 6 AU were delivered in size 6 US./36 EU. I shirt ordered in Large, size 12 received. I set of Mega Queen sheets ordered, delivered with 3 different sizes on the pack, turn out to be King. I have sent...messages to their Customer Service Team asking for postage be paid by Brands Exclusive to return these items only to be told to take a photo and submit a return request. I cannot photograph a sicker bearing the size of the boots as it does not show up in a photo. The sheets bear 3 different sizes on the sticker and I won't pay postage on the T-shirt. Brands Exclusive you have dropped your standards and become less that customer friendly, I will not be recommending your site to friends in future.
Shipping is s nightmare
I'm well aware of the shipping estimates. It's frustrating when they change. However it's annoying when the item specifies next day dispatch and 3 days on it has not been sent. Hopefully when I receive my items they'll be great.

A little bit worried.
I'm new to BE, never shopped here before so I thought I'll search the reviews on this website, and as I'm reading through- customers not happy with their orders makes me a little bit worried. I've ordered a few things of this website, and im wondering if the items are authentic as stated on the webiste? If its not I'll be more then happy to refund.
by the looks of things BE is loosing a lot of customers and I'm hoping I'm not going to be on of them. Fingers crossed i get what I ordered with no drama

I order my handbags with other number 1000-2473664 on 11/11/2016 . Already 3 was but I have not received tracking number order when my order can reveived . Missing or not . I have sent email to request on application but no respond from customer service . Please help me to check . Thanks a lot
I have previously made two successful purchases from Brands Exclusive. This time, not so lucky. It seems that when it comes to furniture, this company has bitten off more than it can chew.
I ordered & paid for an ottoman on September 21, around the end of the sale period for this item. Once the campaign has closed, they are supposed to start processing the orders for shipping. My confirmation email states 'estimated arrival - 2-3 weeks from sale end'.
On September 27 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped via EPARCE...L and that i could track my order via the Auspost tracking service. It even gave me an order number. But nothing came up when i entered the tracking number so i rang Australia Post and they told me they hadn't received anything with that number. I contacted Brands Exclusive again around October 4 & they responded that "Please note that as per the estimated delivery time mentioned on the offer page, the product will be delivered to you in approximately 3 weeks from the end of the promotion. This promotion ended on the 21 of September, as such you can expect to receive your order within this delivery time frame." So i should have received the item by October 14 at the latest. It was really important for me to be home when the product was due to arrive as i don't have a car and therefore picking it up at the PO would be problematic.

I purchased a 5 piece outdoor setting from Brandsexclusive Alfresco Sale which was described as "simple" assembly, however it required "complete" assembly as it was a pile of wood with nuts and bolts.
Happy with service so far only thing would be the delivery. when I orderd and it says next day dispatch, I thought it would of arrived a little earlier. Although I can understand why..
Product not delivered
I ordered ladies business trousers online in April. After three and a half months there was no product delivered and no email sent to me about difficulty of supply. I emailed and received a quick response with an explanation as to why the product had not been delivered. Although I was disappointed that the supplier had short supplied Brands Exclusive the customer service I received after emailing was excellent and a refund was issued immediately.

Dispute process could improve
I've been a satisfied customer for 4 years with no issues until my last purchase, where I received the wrong size product. I had to send multiple emails before I received a reply, but once I did the resolution process was reasonable.
I would have preferred a phone option for support as it is more direct and allows for better information exchange rather than sending multiple emails back and forth.
Good customer service but needs more range in products
Great customer service, typically respond to email queries in a few hours or within the day. The range of products however could be improved on, as well as stocking brands that more well known. I find the lack of pictures the biggest deterrent to making a purchase, as it's hard to make a purchase based on one picture sometimes. More product info could be good too.
I got excellent customer service & resolved my dispute from [name removed] at Brands Exclusive customer support it's a shame you can only contact them by email, it would be a lot easier if they can be contacted by phone instead of sending a dozen email.
Only received half my order - when I emailed to ask what was happening, I got a generic answer about wait times. Had to repeat myself as they obviously did not read my email properly. They said I should get my items soon. A month later, still haven't received the order - I emailed again and they decided to actually look into it this time. They didn't give me an explanation but have advised my order is on its way. The service has been good since they looked into it, I just wish they had have listened to me properly the first time and looked into it a month ago.
Good site but delivery far too long.
Purchased on line. Selection of goods excellent, but the defining point for me is delivery is just too long. Customer service good but prefer sites with a faster turnaround..

Really good quality stuff but to wait for 7 weeks for an item that was in an Australian warehouse was ridiculous. Apart from that, value for money.
