I have this fridge, an have trialled it on 2 separate 12v setups (both of which have had no issues with running other, much bigger portable fridges).
The fridge will stop running after a while. it looks like is inrush current drops the voltage too much causing a reset and it continues on this cycle typically indefinitely. sometimes it manages to start its compressor without resetting itself and can break free from this cycle. I know when it is happening because it will beep every time it resets. quite frustrated as it ruined our only 2 camping trips so far this year.

Another peculiar thing is the battery display. when the compressor is on it shows the battery voltage (its hard to gauge a battery voltage when it is under load), and when the compressor is off the battery icon cycles (1bar, 2 bar, 3bar, 4bar 1 bar....). like it is "assessing" the battery (or charging a battery). you would think this would be the other way around. (indication of charge when there is no load and "assessing" whilst the battery is under load.

also, when the fridge is actually working. it draws 3-4A in steady state on a heavy duty cycle (say 70%) this is with both sides at 3degc. my previous fridge was a brass monkey 80L stainless one. it was much more efficient.
