Absolute rubbish. Nowhere near enough volumetric flow to suck out snot, but too much vacuum if it gets blocked off.

Not as I expected – I purchased the nasal aspirator for my 3 months old baby. I was expecting a higher sucking as it is Braun brand which is more expensive rather than other products. If the nose is fully running it is sucking well however for the solid blocked you need to use nasal spray and make it running nose.

Thank you for contacting us regarding your Braun Nasal Aspirator and I am sorry to hear that the suction is not as effective as you had expected. The aspirator is designed to have a gentle suction, and the mucus does need to be a soft consistency before trying to remove with the aspirator. Depending on the type of mucus you are trying to remove, this might have an impact on the performance. If the mucus is harder, we do recommend the use of a saline solution (purchased from a pharmacy or or you can make your own at home: simply mix a quarter teaspoon of salt into a cup of warm water.) as this will help to soften and break down the mucus, making it easier to extract. If you are concerned that it is not operating correctly, you can reach out to our Customer service team at warranty@fgb.com.au and they will be able to assist. Thanks! Braun.
