Absolute frauds, you don't have anyway of contacting them, they don't supply receipts, the mattresses don't have the dimensions they advertise them to be they're not as thick as they claim, they only have one 'feel' and that's hard as a rock no matter if you order plush or medium or firm. purchase you've just handed your cash to crooks.
They'll try and have this review removed too, they will produce reams of fake positive reviews to try and make you out as a liar and the only customer they've ever had that wasn't satisfied.

find that independently. In addition the company doesn't list any reviews under 4 stars. Dishonest, unethical company with misleading advertising. Wasted money and now have to replace. Avoid.
Poor experience – Terrible customer service and horrible mattress. I do not recommend. We bought based on Choice recommendations but regret that decision as we now have a bad bed that needs to be replaced within only a very short time
Do not recommend – I'd rate lower if I could. Avoid at all costs! We only purchased from this company based on Choice review - huge mistake. Terrible product and terrible customer service.
Very good matrress – We looked at Choice magazine to purchase a mattress recently. Choice had Breeze Home as a recommended product based on longevity and price!!! week I think on Australia day. The guy even helped me get it up the stairs. So yesterday I bought another queen size. I ordered it about 10 am and it arrived at about 2pm!!! LOL these guys are brilliant with an excellent product and price. Thank you.
Terrible Service – Ordered the mattress on the 7th Jan. 2024 and delivered on 2nd February, but the mattress was sent to the incorrect address. We requested the courier to collect and deliver to the correct address but with no success. We were asked to arrange our own people to move from the wrong address to my premises as it may take a long while. No follow ups… Read more
received. Lack of communication from both courier companies (Hunter Express) and Breezehomeau. I would not recommend Breezehomeau to anyone.
Stay away ! – Rated one of the best by choice - and I just went and purchased this sight unseen . Such a shocking mattress that words can’t describe . The top layer is paper thin and you can simply run you hands on top and feel the springs . It gets better - as you sleep on the mattress you can hear click of the plastic thats covering the springs . idea how choice rated this highly - and the only explanation is that they got a golden sample . Don’t trust breeze’s website reviews it’s all fake as I put a negative review and it didn’t get displayed . You have been Warned.
