The adjustable height setting makes this press so versitile, a cripsy toastie, pizza melt or to warm up a scone. I prefer to toast my sourdough bread in the press as it doesn't dry it out compared to a normal toaster. It is quick to heat up and the high temperature ensure the cheese melts. The 4 slicer is the way to go
