Good quality but 6 months to deliver!
Purchased the marble white Huber End table in late Oct 2021. Had an ETA of 3 to 4 weeks. Delivered 23 weeks later in April 2022! However I was kept informed of the delays in shipping throughout this time which was of little consolation as I needed this table and would not have purchased had I known this.. There were multiple emails each pushing back the ETA. When the marble table finally arrived, it was of good quality and easy to assemble. The marble was expected to be white in colour but unfortunately it had moderately large yellow and oran...ge natural marks which were not as described in the Brosa website. These looked like ugly stains. Raised this with Brosa and they ssid it was a natural marble color despite their "white" description. Overall, I am not happy..

I ordered a couple of pieces from them a few years ago:
* an ottoman
* a "concrete dining table*
* a bench
All items were stocked, so I did not have to deal with lead times. However I'm a little bit disappointed with the quality.
The dining bench I sent back immediately, and to be fair to them they made it relatively easy. It did not look anything like what I was expecting, but also it was wobbly, which is just a big nono, for such high traffic item (or anything you seat on really).
The ottoman is quite nice looking, but one of the feet just fell off I had to fix it. Not great quality there....The concrete table is quite a disappointment. It is not really concrete, it's painted cement. the paint, is reacting very strongly to any cleaning product, it marks easily and not in a nice way (not like what you can see in some concrete tables in restaurants for instance). Since it's painted the usual concrete treatments won't really help. I was considering sanding the paint out at some point and redoing the treatment. Interestingly, the removalist damaged a corner once and it turns out the cement is white (definitely not concrete), so I'm glad I did not try that it would have been quite a mess. The table was not cheap. The price is in fact in line with some competitor that provide true concrete (and come with a repair kit). I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone as frankly I'm quite disappointed. Oh one last thing, delivery was terrible for the dining table (they left me alone to deal with the crate in the building's lobby)
Very poor service
I ordered a sofa and an ottoman on Black Friday i.e at the end of November. Was told it would be in stock within 1-2 weeks. After I paid, I was informed there was a delay with it. Their courier company ANC with a call centre in the Philippines informed me that both items would be delivered down stairs on 29.12. I asked them to call me back an hour later so I could organise a friend to get it upstairs for me. They never did. I made a number of calls the next day, dealt with different people in the call centre who had no idea what to do. When I f...inally got hold of an Aussie person, they no longer had deliveries on 29.12. She was highly annoyed with me for not wanting to deal with their call centre and offered me 30.12. delivery of both items. Yesterday they gave me a delivery time of 2-5pm. Today they showed up at 11. Lucky that my friend was available to take the goods upstairs for me. Driver showed up with 2 boxes, assuring me I got both items. Turns out I only got the sofa!!!! The ottoman was delivered hassle free by an Australian a week later, as scheduled. Inspite of themselves having the impression that they are a first class company, they have terrible customer service and obviously can't handle an influx of orders. Have wasted my time in their chat room, they ignored my request to talk to a manager. It's to be hoped that their service improves this year.
Faulty product, zero service.
Bought a sideboard which when it first came out of the box I was delighted with. It looked to be really good quality however once I'd put the legs on and stood it up I saw one of the doors won't close, the hinges weren't attached properly by manufacturer so it just hangs open.
Sent email photos and video to Brosa explaining the issue and 10 days later zero response except an email saying it would take them up to a week to respond.
Thats far below the minimum standard of service I'd expect.
There was also a payment glitch where the money came out of my account but no order confirmation, item still showing in my cart however that got fixed up in a few days.
Delay and no communication
We ordered our sofa at the start of April. ETA was July. Each time we checked the order tracker the ETA was pushed out further, however zero communication from Brosa. Last update indicated ETA mid-September. Meanwhile the same sofa on their website still showing 10-12 weeks delivery. Took several emails/calls/online chat to finally get a resolution and received a full refund. Brosa definitely needs to improve on after sales service and communication.
Very poor after sales customer service.
Whilst products appear to be of good quality, it's mostly cheap board with a really thin coating of paint. Screws are flimsy, some holes do not align. Products chip very easily with minimum effort, and there is very poor customer follow up to any inquiries on this. I'm still waiting after 2 weeks to hear if I can purchase a replacement part for a cabinet. You will likely notice blemishes on your product when unwrapping because of inconsistent manufacturing. No real difference in qaulity as opposed to Ikea, just trading off the latest on trend fad.
Ridiculous wait for delivery
Ordered the Frank 2 seater lounge in blue, matching armchair and ottoman in September 2020. Lounge was delivered in October, and is a nice product to look at but not comfortable to sit on, there is not much cushioning on the seat, making it quite hard to sit on. The chair was delivered in February and is similar to the lounge in terms of comfort. Seven months on, I am still waiting for the ottoman. Apparently it may be delivered in May 2021. Overall, products are stylish, not comfortable to sit on and take many months to be delivered. Brosa has...emailed out a message from their CEO twice now to apologize for the delay, blaming it on COVID and industrial action at the ports in Australia. I can only assume that this means that numerous customers are affected by this extreme delay in delivery times.
Poor quality - Huber side and end tables
They must spend all their money on marketing. The Huber Side Table and End Table that I purchased took 22 weeks to arrive. The quality of the parts is poor. One part of the metal legs does not align with the frame and juts out slightly. There are dents and flaws in the metal base. The marble tops came with some slight scratches to them. They look as though I've purchased a second hand product. I wouldn't buy from this place again.
Bed looks great but assembly is appalling
Ordered the Scot bed from Brosa. It came on time and looks nice. Big problem though. The two men who assembled it didn't have a clue how to do it. End product is a bed that is missing bolts, no nuts used at all, head board is wobbly and some of the wrong bolts in the wrong place= substandard, unsafe piece of furniture. My husband is 80 years old and we are sleeping on a mattress on the floor until they can get someone back who hopefully knows what he/she is doing. Customer service very nice but so far no action. Concerned about our safety as well. Be ware.

Prices are reasonable as items come with missing parts. We have waited 5 months for an order that said 4 weeks when ordered and we are literally sleeping on the floor and they can’t tell us when the parts will arrive. They can’t even get organised to send the parts as we have had lots of people contacting us about the issue. When you spend thousands on new furniture you expect to not sleep on the floor.
Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and firm
I bought the Siesta 3 Seater Sofa bed, it looks great and is not too bad as seating but it is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The website lists this item as 'snug' not too soft, but not too firm, however it is very firm and painful to lay on. It is disappointing as if I knew it was actually firm not snug, I would not have purchased this. Waste of money!
Awesome team in Fitzroy showroom, but terrible product and after-sales experience
Awesome team in the Fitzroy showroom. Great quality furniture for the price! Biggest let down was the muck around with a confirmed delivery being cancelled without any contact, essentially wasting an entire day waiting. Online customer service didn't help the situation by twice confirming the delivery when we suspected it wasn't coming, only to be informed at the end of the day that the items were not going to be delivered for a further month. Disappointing delivery experience after a great showroom experience.

Looks good but needs replacing after 18 months.
I brought a chesterfield about two and a half years ago. It looks beautiful and still does. Problem is the foam has gone completely flat. I first contacted them a year ago about how flat it was and then life happened. Yesterday my elderly mother came around and couldn't get up as she sank into the flat bit. I was under the impression there was a ten year warranty but no - only one for the cushion. I rang brosa today and was told it was the way I was using the couch that was the problem. I use it to watch tv at night and it is mostly just me and...my dog. I told them this but they kept saying its how you use it. I am bewildered at how else I am meant to use it. I think it was meant to be just looked at. I did buy another single chair I gave to my neighbours son as it was too small for an adult but figured that was my bad for not measuring it up. Anyway by the couch if you are happy to pay a yearly upgrade for the foam in the seat - if not save your pennies and buy something of better quality that you wont have to ditch after a couple of years. These days things shouldnt just end up in a landfill.

Lots of complaints regarding your delivery service. Have these been addressed? I'm hesitant to purchase anything from you because of these complaints.
I can honestly say Brosa is a brilliant company they addressed some of the issues I had with the delivery company & the last 4 items were on time & intact not a mark on the box it did make me hesitant...to keep purchasing as the first few unbelievably the box looked like a dogs breakfast but the furniture not a mark on it I took photos & let Brosa know they were great offered compensation but I thought no need as furniture was fine but just so they know how I received it so I then bought lots more furniture as I needed to fill a new home so I will continue to purchase as their furniture looks fantastic & is comfortable Zac
My experience has been shocking. I literally got an email today saying they were passing my issue onto a third party customer service team!!! This is after waiting nearly 3 months beyond the promised ...delivery date. I think that says it all about how much they care about resolving issues (i.e. they don't!).
