Never use this company
Ordered two chairs in the ready to ship tab for pre Xmas delivery. As a Xmas gift.
Less than 12 hours later the shipping date is..... six months later. Don’t be fooled. Don’t use this company. They publish inaccurate info to get you in, and rely on complacency to keep your order.

Great quality at affordable price
Very pleased with our Cece love seat. Easy to assemble and quality materials used. I got slight damage on the item which was addressed promptly and very satisfied with excellent customer service.

Do not purchase their floor lamps
I ordered a tripod floor lamp and noticed cosmetic issues with the lamp, Brosa was quick to exchange the product which i was happy with however the second floor lamp kept causing short circuits in my house. Brosa promptly refunded me for the lightbulbs bought in addition. Excellent customer service but would steer away from buying their lamps.

Should not have passed quality control! False advertising.
Bought the small Martin buffet cabinet off this company. I went on here and looked at reviews before going ahead with purchasing as it had a good rating. On their Website/Facebook/Insta photos the Martin range looked lovely made out of mango wood which I had never seen and overall looked great. Ordered it and as this company is in Melbourne and I'm in Qld I think they were trying to palm off a dodgy one. g story short they said it was the unique colour of the wood and we could send it back but wouldn't refund us our postage which was nearly $240. Lot's of emails back and forth and in the end after I said I was going to take it up with consumer affairs they gave me $100 back so I'm still out of pocket. Not happy, it wasn't a "change of mind" return, it was false advertising and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. First pic is the buffet we received and the one off their website. ssue. I have many home made and store bought wooden pieces and a "unique" part of the wood is still cohesive and compliments each other. I had many people see this buffet and asked me what was spilt on it. You guys put it down to a change of mind, didn't want to give me a full refund and only after I said I was going to take it up with consumer affairs offered me a $100 credit to your store. I then said that I was not happy but take that $100 and give that back to me as part of my postage. I'm still out of pocket $140! Next time make sure your quality control passes piece that look how there supposed to and you need to put a picture of that buffet on your website and see how many orders you get. Absolutely Dreadful Service and Faulty Product
I cannot believe the incredibly poor-quality product, communication and customer service from this company! The worst furniture buying experience that I have ever had.
First delivery: They deliver out a poor-quality faulty bookcase (taking 3 hours to assemble). They then proceed to tell me that they can’t let me know when it would be changed over until Monday (this is Friday afternoon, no one works one weekends there apparently) The next thing I'm getting a text message about delivering to me on the Saturday morning? When I happen to be out. I...Read more
replied to the text message N and advised that Monday would be a better day. That should be the end of it right? But no its not….. I then start to get text messages about a delivery being on the way this morning? I respond to those messages (as I am not home) but the responses go ignored and they end up turning up at my house and trying to call me several times while I am out at lunch. I ignore the calls. And finally, hours after their botched unscheduled delivery, I receive a text from them asking if I was available today?? No acknowledgment of the responses I had already sent or apologies for booking in a delivery without any form of consultation or contact with me. Finally managed to book another delivery to have the faulty bookcase replaced. Second delivery: The delivery guys turn up talking about trying to repair the original one delivered? Not physically possible and not discussed as an option at all with me prior to them turning up. Just more waste of my time. The original fault (delivery 1) constituted a major failure of the product under consumer law and thus, I, as the customer am able to determine what remedy is appropriate. Not Brosa. They finally understand that it can't be repaired and get started on assembling the replacement product. They advise me about 10 minutes in that their drill doesn’t have any charge and ask me if I have a power drill they can use? Ummm, no I don’t. Three hours later they finally bring in the replacement. And guess what???? It's FAULTY too!! This is despite being promised that they would check this one prior to delivering it out and me asking the delivery guys on the day to check it before they got too far along the assembly process. I end up speaking to them that afternoon, not helpful at all, only to be told that there is nothing they can do as they have nothing to be able to replace it with! She offered a refund for the other two pieces of furniture in the lounge that were also delivered last Friday (They were all ordered to match), but can do nothing for me about the other pieces of the same range that I had delivered last year? It was all ordered to match and ordered in good faith. She also hung up on me without providing her name when she was asked and I was requesting to speak with her manager.2 comments

Poor quality control
Purchased a chair from Brosa in beginning December 2019 , waited 5 months for delivery( Up from 12 weeks ) then COVID hit- All up 6 months later my chair arrives - absolutely filthy with 5 stains over that which l unpacked. Closed box and requested an in stock chair to avoid poor quality control and long waiting again. Upgraded Paying extra for another chair , wait another two weeks for pick up of first chair and delivery Of next chair to arrive . Open box and pull small piece of packaging to find a number of what looked like oil stains over the velvet material. Shocked and so disappointed- requested refund and gave feedback. Never again.

Excellent customer service
Bought a 2 seater and armchair online as couldn’t go to a showroom due to covid. Furniture arrived beautifully packaged and on time but was unfortunately wrong for the space. Brosa were very prompt and efficient in dealing with my return, they offer a 21 day change of mind return policy which is amazing. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again

Do Not Buy From Here - Terrible Customer Service And Substandard Products
I ordered the Marlon Bedside Tables and Sideboard and the delivery was delayed multiple times - it took 6 months for them to arrive.
When they finally received them they were nothing like the pictures - they were very chunky and clunky. To say they were 'rustic' would be an understatement. They felt like they came out of a cheap balinese workshop, not the clean lines that are in the pictures. It is not Modern nor Contemporary as described.

be picked up our daughter was rushed to hospital in an ambulance with a medical emergency and BROSA gave me no assistance to re-book the collection - they basically left me to make calls to their courier service for hours on end whilst in the hospital with my daughter. Beautiful product, amazing service.
Brosa was there every step of the way with ordering, delivering and assembling our bed frame. The quality of the product itself was top-notch. After realising to our disappointment that the frame was the wrong height for our mattress (totally our own fault!) Brosa was incredible to deal with and were more than happy to collect and refund. We received a full refund in speedy time. Even though we never got to keep that beautiful frame (stupid high mattress!) I would most certainly shop with Brosa again. It's rare to have quality made products with even better personalised service.

I’ll never purchase again
Arranging delivery was difficult. Due to a weather event original delivery had to be rescheduled. Calls were unanswered and messages left unreturned. When delivery eventually did happen I had to have someone else receive on my behalf. I received a text that delivery would occur and that was it. The chairs were delivered and the drivers left. When I got home the chairs were not suitable and as per the return policy I filled out the online form immediately. I also advised that the drivers had not left the packaging. Love the quality and style of the furniture and the service
Having never bought quality furniture on line before, we were nervous about buying from Brosa. Our experience has been excellent. The quality and style exceeded our expectations, it is better in real life than the photos on the website.
We had an issue with one pair of the 6 dining chairs we purchased. It was resolved with minimal hassle and the correct legs were sent immediately.
You get to know a business in how they respond to an issue and Brosa were 1st class. They are now the first place we look when buying new furniture

Great quality for price
I order a lot of products from Brosa for work to be used in stores. I have found the quality to be fantastic and the delivery process is great. I unfortunately had a faulty item sent and the company issued a swift replacement which gives me confidence to continue using their products.

Beware of fabric
Website Is easy to use and product range is great. We purchased all our furniture for our new home from Brosa however after a few months of use the fabric faded so badly the grey looked pink! Was advised this is not faulty but offered to refund furniture minus the 10% delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill. I purchased the Pampero dining table and just over a year and a half of owning it cracks started to appear along the edges of each side of the table with some cracks running through the middle of the table. This would also explain the sagging of the table as well. They weren’t just “surface” cracks they are structural cracks. After contacting Brosa they requested images which I had sent for them to reply with “image evidence suggests the concrete is not cracked it’s the paint coating. Also due to extreme light, artificial lighting, temperature, humidity and radiation could have contributed to the damage”. So basically don’t take it out of the box is what they are suggesting. Would NEVER purchase from Brosa again!!!!

Wrong colour, leather can’t be cleaned
I ordered Zoe “leather” dining chairs in Walnut (warm mid brown). They took about a year to arrive in, Taupe (light grey beige). I returned/exchanged for new batch but had Taupe delivered to me a 2nd time. They won with “within industry tolerance” colour gradations. The only person that spoke honestly about what her eyes could see on my case was promptly sacked and replaced by people who read from the script better. I was just too tired to take it further, got a lousy 10% discount for my troubles. The “pure leather” must be particle leather. It stains badly when wiped with a minimally damp cloth. If food dries on it, you have to pick the food off, which removes the “leather”.

Disappointing and dishonest service
I purchased the Sondra Sofa bed for $600 in 2016. The couch was pretty but uncomfortable but we had issues with the couches legs which resulted in structural issues with our couch. My issue was when we asked for a refund, I had serious issues with organising the return and getting back the full refund of the couch. I was told I could not return the couch unless it was in original packaging which means I had to source a couch sized box. Looking at other negative reviews I have found a lot have people have had the same issue and haven’t known their legal rights like me. I would have sent at least 20 emails and had at least 10 phone calls regarding this return and refund. long process
We purchased a bed head and a bench seat to go with it. The bench seat is beautiful, the bed head however came in wrong colour. We are currently working with costumer service to get it reordered which will take at least 3 more months. The delay is disappointing, however the bench seat we have received is beautiful so I am looking forward to getting the rest of my order
