Loved the design of the table. Colour different than depicted online. Staff offered a replacement .Very courteous and professional. Will buy from them again because of the communication I received.
I ordered the Clovis set of 2 low bar stools online. I was skeptical at first because I normally go to a physical store but decided to get it online. When I received it, it was packaged really well. The furniture is so easy to assemble. And the quality is amazing. I have been to different shops but this one did not disappoint. It is timeless, classic, simple and elegant. I can't wait to put it in my new house. I would definitely recommend it. ❤

Quality bed and we love it!
We have the bed for a month now. Once we unboxed it, just had to add the legs of the bed which as easy as putting pegs in the holes. The bed is solid. The drawers open and close smoothly. The fabric used is nice and thick and doesn’t have a bad manufacturing smell. We usually buy our beds from Harvey Norman which have great quality but very expensive. Have recommended BROSA to our family. Thanks for a great product!
Camden Chesterfield 2 Seater Sofa Bed
The two Drivers carried the couch upstairs for me as I paid for the installation.
The Chesterfield is beautiful and the drivers were both extremely polite and helpful.

From beginning (initial contact) to delivery couldn’t fault Brosa. They offer assistance without being pushy and also offer decor specialists (highly recommend you take up offer of free advice). The Customer Team were exemplary, making the process seamless & kept me up to date! The delivery team (again recommend their ‘White Glove Service’ for for a small additional cost) the guys unpacked, carried and placed furniture in my home in perfect condition and I purchase cream colored items! I purchase 2 x French style Wing chairs & 2 x Sofas. Happy with both furniture items. Getting highly praised compliments. Great value at great prices! Highly Recommend Brosa
Excellent service... Quilty furniture
I purchased the Stella king slim bedframe. I was communicated through out the process and the bed was delivered within 2 weeks. The bed has easy instructions to put together and it was exactly what I was after. I would highly reccoment purchasing from brosa again.
Poor quality - Huber side and end tables
They must spend all their money on marketing. The Huber Side Table and End Table that I purchased took 22 weeks to arrive. The quality of the parts is poor. One part of the metal legs does not align with the frame and juts out slightly. There are dents and flaws in the metal base. The marble tops came with some slight scratches to them. They look as though I've purchased a second hand product. I wouldn't buy from this place again.

Prices are reasonable as items come with missing parts. We have waited 5 months for an order that said 4 weeks when ordered and we are literally sleeping on the floor and they can’t tell us when the parts will arrive. They can’t even get organised to send the parts as we have had lots of people contacting us about the issue. When you spend thousands on new furniture you expect to not sleep on the floor.
Do not purchase their floor lamps
I ordered a tripod floor lamp and noticed cosmetic issues with the lamp, Brosa was quick to exchange the product which i was happy with however the second floor lamp kept causing short circuits in my house. Brosa promptly refunded me for the lightbulbs bought in addition. Excellent customer service but would steer away from buying their lamps.

Very happy with our purchase from BROSA "Stella King Size Winged Bed Head" in Cosmic Anthracite, Outstanding quality & design with a luxurious feel & look that really lifts & complements our bedroom perfectly. Excellent pricing, you would pay way more in stores for this quality. As we live in Brisbane & With the item coming out of Victoria we were a bit concerned with delivery due to there current strict COVID restrictions in place but we had excellent communication with the BROSA team at all times from purchase until delivery which only ended ...up taking 1 week for us to receive it, which I was very impressed with. The delivery guys let us know within 1 hour of delivery & where they were via there vehicle tracker, they were also very friendly, polite & happily placed the well packaged bed head in our bedroom. Its hard to find an online company that goes that extra mile for the costumer these days but that's what these guys did for us so my hats off too you BROSA & thank you, we could not fault anything so we will be back.
Should not have passed quality control! False advertising.
Bought the small Martin buffet cabinet off this company. I went on here and looked at reviews before going ahead with purchasing as it had a good rating. On their Website/Facebook/Insta photos the Martin range looked lovely made out of mango wood which I had never seen and overall looked great. Ordered it and as this company is in Melbourne and I'm in Qld I think they were trying to palm off a dodgy one. I opened the box and I thought the stain they had used was faulty as the front piece was fluro yellow. Stuck out so badly! Called them and lon...g story short they said it was the unique colour of the wood and we could send it back but wouldn't refund us our postage which was nearly $240. Lot's of emails back and forth and in the end after I said I was going to take it up with consumer affairs they gave me $100 back so I'm still out of pocket. Not happy, it wasn't a "change of mind" return, it was false advertising and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. First pic is the buffet we received and the one off their website. Brosa if you read this update your social media photos to show all the "unique" colours!
Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and firm
I bought the Siesta 3 Seater Sofa bed, it looks great and is not too bad as seating but it is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The website lists this item as 'snug' not too soft, but not too firm, however it is very firm and painful to lay on. It is disappointing as if I knew it was actually firm not snug, I would not have purchased this. Waste of money!

If only I’d read reviews before ordering and PAYING for my Bedhead from Brosa!!!
Ordered in October 2021 along with an Ottoman. Both promised as in store and delivered within a couple of weeks. Ottoman arrived December and lovely. Bedhead… NOTHING!!!! January 14 2022 still nothing. Told collected by Deliverer from Warehouse in a note by email, 4 weeks ago and that I would be contacted!

My Question Is: How can some customers give glowing FIVE star reports and others ONE star? No one has chosen stars in between! Quality is not an issue. ALL complaints, too numerous to count, relate to LACK of DELIVERY!!!!! HELP ME.

I suggest you wait till at least February. Brosa is closed now and you'll deal with their call centre in the Philippines. They and their courier ANC are in total chaos. You have 21 days to change your mind. Pay with credit card too. I didn't have a pleasant experience with them and will get my ottoman delivered 6 weeks after ordering! It's all too stressful now, try them later.
We recently had to set up an apartment 2 days before Christmas. We were travelling from Adelaide to Melbourne and were only in Melbourne for 4 days, including Christmas Day. We only had one day for deliveries. They were great and the quality of the furniture is awesome.
The live chat was extremely helpful
And chased up delivery information etc for us. We chose products they had in stock
So that helped. We didn't have any complaints. The products were exactly as described.
