Mixed feelings. Love the design, however the quality can be POOR. Returned a desk due to a fault, the replacement was also faulty! However we've bought another item which was lovely.

Poor after sales experience
We’ve ordered a few things from Brosa in the last couple of years and the latest experience has been a disappointment. After waiting a while for four dining chairs to be delivered, a pair of them didn’t come with the screws needed to fit the legs. A trip to our local Bunnings revealed that the cost of buying enough screws for both chairs would cost >$30 (and Bunnings didn’t stock enough of them), so we contacted Brosa via the chat and asked them if they could send us the screws. The chat assistant said yes. This was weeks ago and still nothing...
Read more. Insisted again today. It took ages for the rep to understand what we needed, but eventually we were promised a quick confirmation by sms that it’d been handled. Nothing. We’re close to giving up. Everyone’s overwhelmed with covid but it’s disappointing when companies don’t take responsibility for faults in the delivered product and can’t even communicate that they’re having issues. Very poor service
I ordered a sofa and an ottoman on Black Friday i.e at the end of November. Was told it would be in stock within 1-2 weeks. After I paid, I was informed there was a delay with it. Their courier company ANC with a call centre in the Philippines informed me that both items would be delivered down stairs on 29.12. I asked them to call me back an hour later so I could organise a friend to get it upstairs for me. They never did. She was highly annoyed with me for not wanting to deal with their call centre and offered me 30.12. delivery of both items. Yesterday they gave me a delivery time of 2-5pm. Today they showed up at 11. Lucky that my friend was available to take the goods upstairs for me. Driver showed up with 2 boxes, assuring me I got both items. Turns out I only got the sofa!!!! The ottoman was delivered hassle free by an Australian a week later, as scheduled. Inspite of themselves having the impression that they are a first class company, they have terrible customer service and obviously can't handle an influx of orders. Have wasted my time in their chat room, they ignored my request to talk to a manager. It's to be hoped that their service improves this year.- 39 reviews

Okay if you're patient enough to wait 4 months for delivery. Made in China not Australia.
We went to the Brosa showroom to check out the gaslift double beds and the floor staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Was advised that the wait time would be about 4months(!) for the bed. Okay - we still ordered online the same day anyway. Note: Despite the Brosa staff clearly explaining to us that 'the beds are made in regional Victoria' they are not - they are actually Made In China. I messaged and rang Claire at Brosa delivery section many times (9?) that day for the details but to no avail - only a repeatedly busy answering machine to which I left a message many times. (She never called back - ever) Bed arrived at the very end of the day anyway - delivered by 2 friendly delivery guys. Bed assembly was fairly easy but there were no instructions supplied - only a link to instructions which then have to be printed out! Weird. The 3 cross pieces of the bed base had developed a film of mildew during the long transit so I had to clean and repaint them myself. Awful Service - Nice Furniture
Purchased 2 Wingchairs and I was told 2-3 days delivery. 1 week later I receive a text saying one of the chairs is missing in transit and the other is 2 weeks away. It is now 5 weeks later, and I still only have 1 chair. I have emailed and called over 10 times and get no response. I will never be purchasing from you again.

Very poor after sales customer service.
Whilst products appear to be of good quality, it's mostly cheap board with a really thin coating of paint. Screws are flimsy, some holes do not align. Products chip very easily with minimum effort, and there is very poor customer follow up to any inquiries on this. I'm still waiting after 2 weeks to hear if I can purchase a replacement part for a cabinet. You will likely notice blemishes on your product when unwrapping because of inconsistent manufacturing. No real difference in qaulity as opposed to Ikea, just trading off the latest on trend fad.

Ridiculous wait for delivery
Ordered the Frank 2 seater lounge in blue, matching armchair and ottoman in September 2020. Lounge was delivered in October, and is a nice product to look at but not comfortable to sit on, there is not much cushioning on the seat, making it quite hard to sit on. The chair was delivered in February and is similar to the lounge in terms of comfort. Seven months on, I am still waiting for the ottoman. Apparently it may be delivered in May 2021. Read more emailed out a message from their CEO twice now to apologize for the delay, blaming it on COVID and industrial action at the ports in Australia. I can only assume that this means that numerous customers are affected by this extreme delay in delivery times.Related Articles

I bought 2 Dianna Armchair & they're very pretty , love the color.Experience online was much better , Instore experience was definitely unpleasant . Great Value, Horrible Experience.
I purchased a John 3 seater couch, paid up front and accepted the 12 to 14 week lead time. It arrived today, one day short of 26 weeks. I was offered to select delivery date and time two weeks in advance, they changed that PM before the scheduled next morning, reluctantly agreed between 3 and 6 PM, arrived at 1.30 PM. Huge box left behind. Great unit for the office and a good price - would pay more for same product next time from another supplier - we had a game with our customers called sit in the invisible couch. Great business model with my cash for six months while I waited and waited.

Bed looks great but assembly is appalling
Ordered the Scot bed from Brosa. It came on time and looks nice. Big problem though. The two men who assembled it didn't have a clue how to do it. End product is a bed that is missing bolts, no nuts used at all, head board is wobbly and some of the wrong bolts in the wrong place= substandard, unsafe piece of furniture. My husband is 80 years old and we are sleeping on a mattress on the floor until they can get someone back who hopefully knows what he/she is doing. Customer service very nice but so far no action. Concerned about our safety as well. Be ware.
