We purchased the Como Motion Modular Sofa and the Seta Armchair and we love the quality. The Melbourne store is easy to navigate and the interior designers are so helpful, everything we chose was in stock and were all delivered in a timely manner. The delivery went smoothly and they carried the furniture in, both purchased were easy and simple to assemble. Would highly recommend Brosa and looking forward to another purchase!

I ordered the Clovis set of 2 low bar stools online. I was skeptical at first because I normally go to a physical store but decided to get it online. When I received it, it was packaged really well. The furniture is so easy to assemble. And the quality is amazing. I have been to different shops but this one did not disappoint. It is timeless, classic, simple and elegant. I can't wait to put it in my new house. I would definitely recommend it. ❤
I was looking for something that suited my small mid-60s house, was pet friendly and in a colour I've discovered is hard to get (green). Brosa's products ticked all the boxes, with their style, size and fabric range. Even better the price was less than many competitors offering similar products. Loved that I could choose cushion firmness and have a swatch delivered to confirm that the colour and fabric suited. My delivery arrived earlier than expected and in a handy flatpack. No struggles getting it into the house. Easy to assemble, fantastic quality, comfortable and looks great.
Excellent range and quality.
I found Brosa's website after being frustrated with what was available at my local furniture stores. The range of styles, colours and fabric options available on the Brosa site is impressive , easy to use with lots of pictures and specs which made deciding a lot easier.
I was really apprehensive about buying a lounge suite online without seeing it in the flesh first, any fears I had though were quickly allayed when it arrived. The quality of materials and finish is amazing and has exceeded my expectations.

Pathetic Customer Service and Delivery
I placed an order 13 Dec 2020. Was promised delivery between 10 May to 15th May. Then it was re-scheduled to Late May , then 1st week of june (as per tracker), then got a email message from Brosa on 8th June to book the delivery. I booked for 10th June, early morning at 6:09am got the message that "Our team is not able to locate your item in the warehouse". All this while there has been no communication from them to advise or acknowledge that there are delays etc. I have been chasing them and everytime you call, there is a wait for 15-20 minute...s or to call them back later. I don't know about the product as this my first time ordering with Brosa. I generally don't post negative reviews but this time I thought it is warranted to let others know.
Terrible Post Purchase service and outcome for faulty products
Appalled at the post purchase service. I received my 2 x Kipling coffee tables. Issue 1: they both have this strange reflective glare when the lights are on. I've never seen this on tempered glass or glass in general.
Issue 2. One of the tables has a defect - some particle is embedded into the glass making it slightly bubble up. This would have occurred when the glass top was manufactured. The delay in replies has been unlike anything I've experienced and not once have they taken the initiative to pick up the phone and call to discuss the situa...
WORST customer service
Poor quality customer service, they made an error on our order and overall a really bad experience. Would never order anything from them again. They have now 'lost' two Palemero armchairs that were due for arrival to our home. How can your company have two seperate chairs going missing from your warehouse? Poor systems in place and even worse customer service. Still waiting on a team member to respond to my missing delivery.
Extreme delay. Failed delivery, twice, of damaged items. Argumentative customer service.
10 month delay on a 3 month ETA at purchase…….still don’t have the item.
They attempted to deliver the item on two seperate occasions but it was badly damaged each time.
Customer service ignore you after purchase & are argumentative.

After a long wait to get delivery unfortunately when goods arrived they were significantly damaged inside and outside of product. I’m also very disappointed with the overall quality of the product which is very poor
Excellent Range and Quality
I found Brosa’s range of furniture and homewares to be extensive and the workmanship and quality of their furniture to be second to none. All this at exceptional prices. I visited their showroom and then ordered on-line – such convenience. I also found their delivery service to be efficient and their staff very courteous, caring and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Brosa.
Waited almost 8 months for item, and no clue from company about delivery. Disappointed i wasn't warned of wait time
The customer service here is impeccable (I've noticed a lot of companies lack in this these days) the service is 5 star and the designs are excellent
Very impressed with the look and quality of our Brosa table
We visited the store a couple of times and on-line, made good use of the virtual imaging to trial the table in our house and was able to decide on the correct colour and style. Brosa made the experience easy and hassle free. The table is exactly what we were looking for, price was exceptionally good and so far everyone is impressed.

Ada swivel accent chairs
I had been searching high and low for a couple of chairs for our very small living room. The Ada chairs were different than anything I had seen (didn't look like all of the knock-off versions of famous designers' creations) and had a footprint that was much smaller. Hence, they were exactly what I was after. While I did go into the Sydney showroom to see the chairs in person, the AR tool that allowed me to visualize what the chairs would look like in my house was invaluable (as was the return policy in case even that was wrong). Therefore, I wa...s confident about making the purchase. In the end, I wasn't at all worried about being stuck with chairs that I didn't like -- the chairs look terrific and I couldn't be happier about having made the decision to purchase from Brosa.

Visited their showroom in Sydney to try out some sofas. Got one online later. Great service, well organised, great sofa, easy to assemble, all good!
Really happy with our lounge, Ashton at the Roseberry showroom was incredibly helpful and gave 10/10 customer support. It was delivered and almost completely put together so very easy to do the final assembly. Very clear communication throughout the entire purchase process.
Terrible quality and service
Ordered the Greta desk and it arrived faulty and was horrible quality after being 6 months delayed. They told me it was going to be another 4 months to receive the new next but when the desk never arrived in their eta I followed up to find out that it was be a further 3 months. Basically I have waited over a year for a desk. Do not order from Brosa
Good quality product with good service
Although my initial purchase of bar stools was via the web site, I subsequently visited their Sydney showroom and purchased a lot more product including a lounge, lounge chairs and dining chairs. With Covid there were some delivery delay issues but they always kept me informed and offered a refund if I didnt want to wait. Assembly was pretty easy, quality and pricing was great.

Easy to navigate website and was able to quickly chat with people for any further information. Products received as described. Very solid and durable. Not much assembly required.

We just took delivery of the Osaka extension table and upon assembly the table doesn’t extend enough to put the extension piece in. What do I do now?
