Brosa Amelia Armchair Sags
We purchased the Amelia Armchair online and it sags terribly and is very uncomfortable. We have tried calling Brosa customer service and can never get through. We have also sent multiple emails to support with no response. After care and customer service is absolutely terrible at Brosa. What good is a warranty if Brosa completely ignore customers once the purchase is done!
We also purchased the Mila 3 seater and that sofa is fantastic! So if your happy with your purchase Brosa can be great. However if your product is faulty expect to be put through the ringer. It’s been over a month and we are still waiting for a response re: warranty.
Beautiful but some faults
Easy to assemble. Love the Memphis console but one of the drawers is slightly warped. Had to move the marble top forward more to cover gap. I also thought the marble top was going to be polished to a high gloss but it's matt finish instead, which is a bit disappointing. Overall though I love my console table.
New damaged sofa delivered on the 26 June - Terrible customer support services
I had purchased the Mila 3-Seater Sofa on 19/06/2021 which has been delivered on 26/06/2021, however, the one we were provided with has been damaged. I had reached out to customer support with the relevant photo evidence (attached) as soon as it was delivered to sort out an exchange where I had asked for the new replacement to be inspected before delivery. The customer support had confirmed with me that the replacement will be checked and how the warehouse team will be reaching out to sort out the exchange.
As I had not heard back from the war...ehouse team for a week or so, I had reached out to confirm if this exchange was still taking place. The customer support had advised that they are checking in on it but have no further updates. I had asked to speak to the manager as the representative I was speaking to had let me know that there was nothing else they could further do to assist. They advised that I be contacted in the next 24-48 hours (I assumed 2 business days as this was on a Thursday). The 2 business days had come and I had not been contacted to sort this issue. I would never buy or recommend anyone to purchase furniture from BROSA again.
Terrible Product Support Services
I’ve placed 2 orders with Brosa. I’m nervously waiting for my second order to arrive and have had nothing but problems with my first order. An item replaced twice - communication response times were terrible & I had to do all the follow up to get a resolution - still not perfect however rectified. Since placing my second order, I recently had to contact Brosa about a broken hinge on the second item from the first order and received an automated email saying their support function was extremely busy (that’s a red flag in itself) & that their ...response time will be up to 2 weeks. In my opinion, this is unacceptable & Brosa does not come close to other major online retailers in relation to service and after sales care. I did what I thought was the right thing, I provided direct feedback (low rating & specific feedback) after receiving an email from ‘David W’ from Brosa - no follow up or response received after being invited to offer feedback. With regards to my broken Brosa item, I’m still waiting to hear something from someone 15 days later (longer than they indicated would be my wait time)...
Still waiting 34 weeks after order
Ordered two office chairs in early Nov 2020 and chose them because estimated delivery time was 6 weeks. After ordering, delivery was pushed out, and then further again. I eventually received one chair after 4 months and was told the other was being made. BROSA's contact has been limited and I not happy that after 33 weeks the chair seat arrived with no contact from DHL to arrange a suitable date (as was meant to happen) and the swivel base I ordered has still not been delivered. I have contacted BROSA, and their reply email states they are busy and their response might be two weeks away........Exceptionally poor service and this is my last order ever from BROSA.

Shocking customer service so far. Was very quick and efficient when I was buying! No surprise there.
But had a delivery last Wednesday of a coffee table that came with a crack through the centre of the whole thing. You cant contact them over the phone for this surprisingly (they only want to take your calls when ordering). So I followed the procedure online to get an automated email to say they will come back in 2 business days!! That is terrible but thought OK let's wait. Now I'm four working days in and still no contact.

Avoid Brosa at all costs!!
I paid for the Harvey chairs upfront, not payment once dispatched. Some of them were in stock but I had to wait for the others to be manufactured before they’d all be dispatched, but I was assured the ones that were in stock would be held for me. After 5 months of Brosa having my money I arrived home from work and some of the chairs had been delivered, just left on my doorstep while no one was home - something they say they don’t do. Then after a few days of chasing Brosa support (they won’t contact you, you’ll do all the chasing) and getting t...old there were no more chairs in stock and I’d have to wait months, the rest of the chairs turned up in bashed up boxes. They clearly hadn’t been held for me as they had another customers shipping label on them scribbled out and had clearly done many hours being kicked around the warehouse and various delivery vans. As you’d expect from such bashed up packaging, those particular chairs were damaged. But it didn’t make much difference as the quality of the non-damaged chairs wasn’t much better. You could buy factory seconds from Target and the quality would be 10 times better than these. Gaps in the joints, some weird orange stain (not duffle brown), marks and dents all over them, patches of varnish missing and the rounded ends are not round at all, just made up of lots of flat spots. After 2 weeks of back and forth and a no show after I waited in for the confirmed pick up, Brosa’s courier finally arrived on a different day to planned to collect the chairs. After a few days of no contact from Brosa I called to check they’d been received but the customer helpline asked me to leave a message then hung up. I left a message but no one returned my call or replied to my emails or text messages. I tried calling again and was told they couldn’t confirm if the chairs had been received, but they’d email me in 24-48 hours. They didn’t. I called them back and was told that as long as the courier picked them up that was enough for the refund to be initiated and I’d have the refund within 7-10 days of the pick up. When I said a few days earlier no one could confirm with me that the chairs had been received he very rudely insisted again that the refund would be with me in 7-10 days of pick up. Today was day 10 and I finally get some contact from Brosa...not to tell me I’d been refunded but to tell me that the finance team had been contacted to issue my refund!!!!
Como Modular Sofa - super comfy
Bought the Como lounge after having seen it in store. Although delivery took a while, I was kept up to date with order tracking and delivery date. And it was delivered when promised. Lounge is very comfy and we love the feature of movable backrest.
Dont Waste Your Time Or Money
Terrible customer service! Would not recommend Brosa. I have sent multiple messages them to them with no response other than them resending me old emails from months ago absolutely nothing to do with my issue.
Quality of my bed is beyond poor base looks cheap and nasty and not solid or sturdy at all. Bed was advertised as bed frame instead has a base and separate bed head that doesn’t attach to the bed itself. After paying $1000 for a bed frame you would expect a quality product.
Nothing came with instructions.

Been waiting since November 2020 for my chairs!
We purchased chairs at Brosa in November 2020, they were promised in 16 weeks, they extended the delivery date to May without advice, then July now August...again no notice of a changed delivery date!! When I called to see what was going on I got the same response.... keep blaming covid, I think its just a good excuse!! Who waits almost 9 months for furniture?? We are not talking customers made here!! I have had many items from other stores and all have kept to their 3-4 month delivery time table. Be well aware you may not receive your item by the due delivery date and you will not be informed either. Written to CEO several times and not even an apology. BYER BEWARE!!
Zero communication and 6 month delivery
Making an order was super easy, but once I did make the purchase – all customer service went out the window. My order has been pushed out several times with zero communication. My order was meant to arrive within three months, it's been pushed out to six! Further, I've tried emailing, chatting, calling staff to talk about my order but no one gets back to me. They say they'll get back within 48 hours, it's been 3 weeks.
Poor/ No customer service.
We did an order last week, soon after that I send an email to customer service to informed that we like to get everything delivered same time which would be end of OCT as two of items are been made.
No reply or confirmation yet, so after few day rang the customer service to confirm the delivery together at the end of OCT. We were told all good that’s been organized.
Yesterday got an email to say half of the items now with the delivery company expected to be delivered next week.
This not what I expected from Brosa, very disappointed with the service
Don't Order Anything
We received our item last week and it's broken. Sent emails, FB messages and post comments, and rang them 3 times and can only leave a message, Cannot speak to a human. Terrible service. they obviously dont care about you once they have your money
Just keep waiting for your furniture if you are lucky it will arrive before you die.
Order a daybed 27 weeks back. Still not delivered.
When we order we were told our order will be delivered in Mid May.
and here we are in the 2nd week of June still no clue when an order will be delivered.
They just keep on changing the expected delivery date.
First, it was 13th-21st May then they changed to 16th May to 30th May then changed to 01/06/2021 - 15/06/2021 and now it's on 10/06/2021 - 24/06/2021.
Quite sure when it gets close to 24-June they will push it further.
It was good for us that we didn't purchase any other furniture for our house from Brosa. Would not recommend it to anyone

That was 3 months ago!!
On 6 April 2021, I was contacted by [Name Removed] (Delivery Coordinator) who stated that part of my order (the 2 bedside tables) would be ready for delivery (in the next 5-6 weeks)....Those 2 bedside tables were delivered on 5 May 2021. Then absolutely nothing from Brosa. No contact at all. However, their website was showing the outstanding item (the chest of drawers) as ‘in stock’ and ‘leaves the warehouse in 1-2 days’ (see screenshot). On 14 June 2021 (almost 3 months after I ordered) I emailed their customer support to enquire why my order had not been sent out. I received an auto response that said “We strive to respond to all correspondence within 48hrs, and we are excited to help you have a fantastic experience with Brosa.” As I have come to expect from Brosa, it is now 22 June 2021 and I still have still not had a response from Brosa Furniture. Today, utterly exasperated, I tried their Live Chat. After waiting for 16 minutes, I was finally connected. I was told my item was in stock and someone from their delivery team would be in touch. They stated that it has only just come into stock. I stated that I have screenshots from weeks ago, that show the item on their website that states ‘In Stock, Leaves the Warehouse in 1-2 Days’. They did not respond to that! So, the upshot is that after paying in full for my items over 3 months ago. I still do not have my order. I have had to chase them through their enquiry email and their Live Chat and still I wait. I would not recommend Brosa. I would never use Brosa again. UPDATE: After posting this review I received an email on 24 June to say my item had been picked up by the courier company, who would be in touch to arrange delivery. 28 June, I got a text to say my order would be delivered between 10am-1pm on 29 June. 29 June, Nothing delivered. At 2pm I called the courier company who told me that Brosa had never given them my item for delivery. Called Brosa customer service, but unsurprisingly there was no answer. At 3pm I received a text from Brosa that said "Unfortunately your Frank Chest of Drawers cannot be located in our warehouse, causing a delay to your intended delivery date. We are terribly sorry for this inconvenience & hope to provide a quick resolution. Our Customer Support team will be in touch to discuss next steps." So the text about my item being picked up on 24 June was clearly untrue. Remember they took my money on 19 March 2021. What next...

We just took delivery of the Osaka extension table and upon assembly the table doesn’t extend enough to put the extension piece in. What do I do now?
