Lovely bed and matching furniture
The velvet bed frame is lovely to the touch, the matching ottoman adds just the right touch and feels well made. One wish is the headboard sloped for comfort sitting up but good delivery and well made slats.
Great service , great product!
I bought a Brosa winged-back chair for my son when he moved into his new home. As the home was still being renovated I needed the chair held until a certain date. For Brosa that was not a problem. They held it until I wanted it delivered and delivered it in a timely and efficient manner . The quality of the piece is outstanding and the price was excellent. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough.
Premium quality bar stools
Saw these stools online while looking for stools to upgrade our home bar room.
They looked really nice in the photos and we weren’t disappointed when they arrived, they have a real premium feel about them.
There is some minor assembly required however the online instructions make it quite easy to follow.
All our visitors comment on how nice and comfortable they are.
They were quite reasonably priced for a stool of this quality and The whole purchase and delivery process was smooth and hassle free.
I highly recommend Brosa and would definitely consider purchasing from them again.

Your delivery team were INCREDIBLE. So polite, on time, set everything up, took boxes away and asked for a vacuum to clean up afterwards. I never take the time to complete these but took the time today to acknowledge these guys, Thanks
Perfect for my lounge space
The service I received from the Brosa team was above and beyond what I expected. I purchased my occasional chairs during the looong lockdown in Victoria but the friendly staff at a Brosa made it all so easy and worth the wait.
I ordered an item that was in stock,ready to ship in 1 - 2 business days, I received and email with my tax invoice and the delivery date had changed to delivery between 12-26 December.
I called customer service (couldn’t really call it customer service) to query and was told not the eta of mid to late December was correct, they refused to listen to me and just kept speaking over the top of me. Asked to speak to a manager however they are not available.
Reading other reviews it seems this is a common occurrence with Brosa, false advertising and zero customer service.
Love the look and comfort
Bought the sofa and ottoman online. Terrific support from the stylists helped with my decision and I couldn't be happier. Decided to also order matching Kitchen stools which are equally lovely.
Absolutely shocking experience
Shame on you Brosa, I have not ordered any items that was full in price at the time of my order all item that I got were advertised 20% of full price .
I have called Brosa first to enquire about product - Marie dining chairs at that time they were 25% of the original price on Brosa website .
As have not received response from Brosa stylist , have called and that officer have sent me pictures of Marie dining chairs to see re wired bruch legs, by then Marie dining chair on your website went from 25% of the original pr...ice to 20% discount Then I called back and emailed as wanted to make order and have asked if Brosa would honour 25% discount for Marie dining chairs and they said they will, I said that I would like to pay direct deposit for my order as do not have large amount on credit card. At the time of my order all of the item that I ordered had 20% discount from original price so I have ordered those with that discount ( marie chairs had 20% but Brosa gave me 25% )

I ordered a sofa from Brosa in early November and selected it specifically because it was in the “ready made, get it now” category as I needed a sofa before Christmas due to family visiting. I then checked delivery times with the customer support team and was promised it would arrive by 5 December.
I checked again last week and was assured the sofa would arrive the week of 5 December. Then over the weekend I received an email saying “your order is on track” with a delivery date of 25 December - 8 January.
I called back the customer support ...team and was told the sofa won’t be delivered until 8 January. Which has now left us with a month to try and find another couch. We would not be in this situation if Brosa were honest and reliable with their inventory and delivery times in the first place. Very disappointed.
Customer service is horrible
Ordered chairs for delivery in September and yes I can appreciate that there are delays in the current world. But there was no follow up to explain the delay, I had to contact them. Told there was a one month delay. No problem. Then another delay, still no contact. At the end of October received email to say my sofa was ready for dispatch!!! I didn't order a sofa so had to call to advise that this was not mine. Finally in November told the chairs were ready for dispatch and an email would be sent advising of courier etc. Eleven days lat...er, still on same roundabout. Since then I have been constantly told that they are going to be dispatched immediately and I will receive an email with details. This morning spoke with Gia who could not apologize enough and said she had spoken with delivery team and it was arranged. She had email confirmation and would send through as soon as she hung up. That was two hours ago. No email has been received. Can not fully explain my frustration and the number of hours taken up trying to get my order. So if you don't want to be left running around I would sincerely suggest going to another business. PS Their sales team initially are very responsive really helpful in order to get a sale :( I am wondering if this is all a big scam and their furniture does not exist next step consumer protection I think.
Extremely happy with this online experience
Good quality products. Great follow up with material and color swatches mailed out for visual and color matching. Easy website to use. I went for the white glove experience where the delivery included putting my bed together and taking the packaging away. Excellent service and staff.
Great furniture at affordable prices.
Brosa were very easy to deal with and kept me informed of delays in shipping due to Covid. Their products are made well and are affordable.
Amazing service from start to finish and products as advertised
Amazing experience from beginning to end. I ordered fabric samples which arrived promptly and ended up being exact match to the products i ordered (swivel chair in boucle and Palermo sofa).
The online chat sales staff was very helpful giving me more information about products, delivery options and even sent a video of the sofa to help me decide. The delivery drivers were also amazing, patient in navigating the large box on my staircase.
Questions & Answers
We just took delivery of the Osaka extension table and upon assembly the table doesn’t extend enough to put the extension piece in. What do I do now?
