The furniture from Brosa is of such high quality and craftsmanship, it’s hard to believe how reasonable the prices are. We are always getting comments on our Thomas TV unit and we love the beautiful addition it has made to our home. The service from Brosa has also been exceptional…there were unexpected, but unavoidable delays and the communication and compensation from Brosa was unprompted and more than generous. I would absolutely but their products again.

I was super happy with the 2 bedside tables we ordered. It is made of solid wood and considering this the price is really reasonable. Loved the fact that you get updates at every stage of the process. You can also select a convenient delivery time and delivery was on time. I will definitely use Brosa again.

I've always been super satisfied with all of Brosa's fantastic products. This TV unit was no exception. It was easy to put together (just add legs), and the quality of the cabinet is 5 stars. It sits our 75inch tv perfectly.

I have now purchased 6 large furniture pieces and each has been excellent quality. Delivery has been very good and products are well packet. Very impressed with the range as well.

Purchasing our items was a pleasant experience but that’s where it stops. Delivery communication is incredibly poor and receiving accurate, timely and honest information regarding the delivery of the items is appalling. Our delivery was scheduled and confirmed however one hour into our four hour delivery window we were told the items we in fact not in their possession. We received no follow up communication and have made numerous calls the support team. We were guaranteed a return phone call from the delivery coordinator which we never received...

Sent the wrong parts. Couch was supposed to be delivered in 10 days. Came two months later with the wrong legs. Now it’s a month later and still no legs. Support doesn’t help at all and just say “we have contacted our suppliers”. So three months later I don’t have a couch but you can still order it online to be delivered to your house in 10 days? This is a giant scam.

The user experience of the Brosa website was exceptional. I was able to navigate, sort and scroll with ease. Their products are just unique enough to elevate your home without being too ostentatious and wild. The quality of the piece is of high standard. The delivery company they contract was wonderful. Delivery conditions were clearly findable so I was aware how this piece would be delivered into my home. I was very pleased and have given this a 5 start experience.
