Really bad experience .
Waited for 5 months after ordering and paying upfront for the Theron day bed. 6 am on the morning of delivery they text to say can't locate item in warehouse. Then delivery arrives and I receive a blue bed, grey cushions and no legs.12 days on called customer care few times they say I have to wait another 21 weeks for the blue cushions but nothing had happened and I am still waiting on the legs to arrive. Full item still hasn't arrived. They keep sending me text regarding something arriving today - I don't know if anything would.
Yes the fact is nothing has been done by Brosa to either organise the return of the useless junk that's now occupying my lounge room or to give my money back. You guys have kept my money since 'Sept 2020.

Camden Chesterfield 2 Seater Sofa Bed
The two Drivers carried the couch upstairs for me as I paid for the installation.

One month later still no replacement
My Olsen dining table arrived damaged, as though it had been dropped on its corner in transit. It would have been beautiful, but it cannot be repaired. Brosa offered $100 discount or replacement. I have been emailing brosa support to arrange delivery of a replacement and for the damaged table to be picked up. I called main freight as the replacement was with them since 3 March. Great Customer Care & Advice!
From beginning (initial contact) to delivery couldn’t fault Brosa. They offer assistance without being pushy and also offer decor specialists (highly recommend you take up offer of free advice). The Customer Team were exemplary, making the process seamless & kept me up to date! The delivery team (again recommend their ‘White Glove Service’ for for a small additional cost) the guys unpacked, carried and placed furniture in my home in perfect condition and I purchase cream colored items! I purchased the Stella king slim bedframe. I was communicated through out the process and the bed was delivered within 2 weeks. The bed has easy instructions to put together and it was exactly what I was after. I would highly reccoment purchasing from brosa again.

Poor quality - Huber side and end tables
They must spend all their money on marketing. The Huber Side Table and End Table that I purchased took 22 weeks to arrive. The quality of the parts is poor. One part of the metal legs does not align with the frame and juts out slightly. There are dents and flaws in the metal base. The marble tops came with some slight scratches to them. They look as though I've purchased a second hand product. I wouldn't buy from this place again.

What a horrid company. Zero Stars
I ordered a Mia lamp table at the start of January, with the website saying that it was en route to Brosa and would leave the warehouse in 1-2 weeks. As I needed this by the start of February, I ordered it from this company and not another that stocks the same item (although the $49 shipping for a tiny table is ridiculous!). Then I get an email saying it would reach my home between Feb 13 and Feb 27. What?! I was so annoyed!

Items supplied 23 weeks after ordering - that's fine I understand Covid held up with manufacturers. It looks like I was sent someone's second hand items. Prices are reasonable as items come with missing parts. We have waited 5 months for an order that said 4 weeks when ordered and we are literally sleeping on the floor and they can’t tell us when the parts will arrive. They can’t even get organised to send the parts as we have had lots of people contacting us about the issue. When you spend thousands on new furniture you expect to not sleep on the floor.

Never use this company
Ordered two chairs in the ready to ship tab for pre Xmas delivery. As a Xmas gift.
Less than 12 hours later the shipping date is..... six months later. Don’t be fooled. Don’t use this company. They publish inaccurate info to get you in, and rely on complacency to keep your order.

Terrible service and uncomfortable product!
I bought a sofa bed from Brosa and it said on the website it's "comfort" level was snug. It's the hardest thing I've ever sat on let alone slept on. The delivery was late as well.
Returning it was a nightmare. They wouldn't organise a pickup till I chased them a bunch of times. They then didn't come to pick it up and I had to chase again to get them to come. The only way I got anything sorted was by complaining to one of the founders.

Bought the small Martin buffet cabinet off this company. I went on here and looked at reviews before going ahead with purchasing as it had a good rating. We were originally stoked with our purchase of Brosa's Como modular sofa 1 month ago (17/05/2020). The customer service in-store was excellent and their prices for the quality offered was very competitive.
However, the progress since then has been nothing short of exasperating and disappointing. We are now in a new house with no sofa for the living room and no end in sight.

Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and firm
I bought the Siesta 3 Seater Sofa bed, it looks great and is not too bad as seating but it is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The website lists this item as 'snug' not too soft, but not too firm, however it is very firm and painful to lay on. It is disappointing as if I knew it was actually firm not snug, I would not have purchased this. Waste of money!

I ordered the Marlon Bedside Tables and Sideboard and the delivery was delayed multiple times - it took 6 months for them to arrive.

Wrong colour, leather can’t be cleaned
I ordered Zoe “leather” dining chairs in Walnut (warm mid brown). They took about a year to arrive in, Taupe (light grey beige). I returned/exchanged for new batch but had Taupe delivered to me a 2nd time. They won with “within industry tolerance” colour gradations. The only person that spoke honestly about what her eyes could see on my case was promptly sacked and replaced by people who read from the script better. I was just too tired to take it further, got a lousy 10% discount for my troubles. The “pure leather” must be particle leather. It stains badly when wiped with a minimally damp cloth. If food dries on it, you have to pick the food off, which removes the “leather”.

We purchased a bed head and a bench seat to go with it. The bench seat is beautiful, the bed head however came in wrong colour. We are currently working with costumer service to get it reordered which will take at least 3 more months. The delay is disappointing, however the bench seat we have received is beautiful so I am looking forward to getting the rest of my order

I used a slightly damp cloth to clean a the couch but the yellow stains still came through, see below the response from Brosa when questioned regarding the yellow stains. Brosa's reponse: Please be advised that the Signature Premium fabric should only be cleaned with a damp cloth. Using too much water or letting spills sit on the fabric will cause stains as described as "yellow bleed". 2: The velcro stitching was coming undone, Brosa suggested that it only came undone because I put the cushion cover in the washing machine on hand wash cycle, however the velcro wasn't secured when I received the couch. Brosa's reponse: Please note you can purchase self-adhesive velcro in Bunnings or your local hardware store. 3: I put one of the cream couch cushion's in the machine on hand wash cycle and it came out white!
