Prices are reasonable as items come with missing parts. We have waited 5 months for an order that said 4 weeks when ordered and we are literally sleeping on the floor and they can’t tell us when the parts will arrive. They can’t even get organised to send the parts as we have had lots of people contacting us about the issue. When you spend thousands on new furniture you expect to not sleep on the floor.

Terrible service and uncomfortable product!
I bought a sofa bed from Brosa and it said on the website it's "comfort" level was snug. It's the hardest thing I've ever sat on let alone slept on. The delivery was late as well.
Returning it was a nightmare. They wouldn't organise a pickup till I chased them a bunch of times. They then didn't come to pick it up and I had to chase again to get them to come. The only way I got anything sorted was by complaining to one of the founders.

The delivery guys let us know within 1 hour of delivery & where they were via there vehicle tracker, they were also very friendly, polite & happily placed the well packaged bed head in our bedroom. 16 weeks wait for 3 chairs
I ordered 3 bar stools and was told they should arrive in 16 weeks. Are you kidding me. 7 weeks later we have zero chairs to sit on and every time I enquire about the progress I get a snooty remark. Ridiculous wait for 3 items!!! Never order from them again!!

We were originally stoked with our purchase of Brosa's Como modular sofa 1 month ago (17/05/2020). The customer service in-store was excellent and their prices for the quality offered was very competitive.
However, the progress since then has been nothing short of exasperating and disappointing. We are now in a new house with no sofa for the living room and no end in sight.
When we first purchased the sofa, the delivery timeframe was 2-3 weeks and this seemed like a reasonable time for us to wait.
1 week later, the delivery timeframe changed...

When we called the customer hotline, they assured us that it would definitely not be longer than 4-6 weeks and they would inform us as soon as it arrived. 2 weeks later, the delivery timeframe changed to 6-8 weeks. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and firm
I bought the Siesta 3 Seater Sofa bed, it looks great and is not too bad as seating but it is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The website lists this item as 'snug' not too soft, but not too firm, however it is very firm and painful to lay on. It is disappointing as if I knew it was actually firm not snug, I would not have purchased this. Waste of money!

A table that we can’t find anywhere else
It is a perfect extendable table that we can’t find any better. It is good quality with beautiful patterns. Assembly is very easy to follow. I also can find other matching sets of chairs for it.

Faulty and missing items.
Look at photos for faulty items and quality. Rethink your order before buying from here. There are definitely many fake reviews.

When ordered the chair was pictured with stoppers on the rockers to limit how far it would tip. Without the stoppers the chair rocks to far back and feels unsafe and scary which makes for an uncomfortable experience. I was really hesitant to book an appointment (Melbourne) because I hate being pressured but I can honestly say that from the moment I walked in, up until my beautiful lounge was delivered, it's been such a positive experience. Every step of the way it's been professional, friendly and the furniture is extremely good quality. There's a strong sense that this company REALLY cares about 'getting it right'! Read morehis business: 1: The beautiful lounge is an inferior product that can't be cleaned. I used a slightly damp cloth to clean a the couch but the yellow stains still came through, see below the response from Brosa when questioned regarding the yellow stains. Brosa's reponse: Please be advised that the Signature Premium fabric should only be cleaned with a damp cloth. Using too much water or letting spills sit on the fabric will cause stains as described as "yellow bleed". 2: The velcro stitching was coming undone, Brosa suggested that it only came undone because I put the cushion cover in the washing machine on hand wash cycle, however the velcro wasn't secured when I received the couch. Brosa's reponse: Please note you can purchase self-adhesive velcro in Bunnings or your local hardware store. 3: I put one of the cream couch cushion's in the machine on hand wash cycle and it came out white!
