Received confirmation text yesterday that delivery would be today 12pm-3pm.Took the day off work to be home for delivery of outdoor dining table and nobody showed, called or contacted me. Tried to contact customer service and was on hold until prompted to leave contact details and then call disconnected.
So disappointed. Not good enough.
Lovely bed and matching furniture
The velvet bed frame is lovely to the touch, the matching ottoman adds just the right touch and feels well made. One wish is the headboard sloped for comfort sitting up but good delivery and well made slats.
Perfect for my lounge space
The service I received from the Brosa team was above and beyond what I expected. I purchased my occasional chairs during the looong lockdown in Victoria but the friendly staff at a Brosa made it all so easy and worth the wait.
I ordered an item that was in stock,ready to ship in 1 - 2 business days, I received and email with my tax invoice and the delivery date had changed to delivery between 12-26 December.
I called customer service (couldn’t really call it customer service) to query and was told not the eta of mid to late December was correct, they refused to listen to me and just kept speaking over the top of me. Asked to speak to a manager however they are not available.
Reading other reviews it seems this is a common occurrence with Brosa, false advertising and zero customer service.
Customer service is horrible
Ordered chairs for delivery in September and yes I can appreciate that there are delays in the current world. But there was no follow up to explain the delay, I had to contact them. Told there was a one month delay. No problem. Then another delay, still no contact. At the end of October received email to say my sofa was ready for dispatch!!! I didn't order a sofa so had to call to advise that this was not mine. Finally in November told the chairs were ready for dispatch and an email would be sent advising of courier etc. Eleven days lat...er, still on same roundabout. Since then I have been constantly told that they are going to be dispatched immediately and I will receive an email with details. This morning spoke with Gia who could not apologize enough and said she had spoken with delivery team and it was arranged. She had email confirmation and would send through as soon as she hung up. That was two hours ago. No email has been received. Can not fully explain my frustration and the number of hours taken up trying to get my order. So if you don't want to be left running around I would sincerely suggest going to another business. PS Their sales team initially are very responsive really helpful in order to get a sale :( I am wondering if this is all a big scam and their furniture does not exist next step consumer protection I think.
Waited 7 months to receive a lounge missing the main component
I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. Waiting 7 months to receive a 1 seater lounge (should be 3 seater) as the main component is missing. Just appalling service post-sale. Will move the earth to get you to buy and then send emails delaying delivery. Will never shop here again.
Worst Customer Service
My experience with Brosa has been very poor after the order and payment were taken. The initial sales team were very helpful and couldn't have done more to facilitate my order. However the same is not true for the after sales team.
The order was processed in June this year with an estimated delivery date of September 2021. Unfortunately this estimation was extended, which I can appreciate due to the current climate, however there was no follow up advising of the change. I had to call and ask where my chair(s) were. A new date was given and ...this date also did not eventuate. Again I had to call and check in. At this point in time I received an email advising that my sofa would be delivered to QLD next week . I had ordered chairs to be delivered to WA? I called to say this was not my order and was first told I had ordered both, this was then reviewed and changed to the correct details and I was told that the chairs were ready for dispatch. That was approx. 3 weeks ago. In this time, I have been told untruths with the current outcome being that they haven't left the warehouse as yet and that there is a problem with the freight company. Maybe, but if this company has not been to pick up for 3 weeks maybe another company should be used. I have paid for the freight up front. At the end of the day, my order has still not been dispatched, I am still getting the run around, there is still no proof that they are ready to be sent. For this reason, I am really really frustrated. It has been 5 months since the payment was made and I am starting to question the legitimacy of this company?
Brosa brings terrible quality, zero customer service & defected furniture straight to your door, for less.
The quality and customer service of Brosa Design has been on the decline and continues to nose dive. The Ingrid Chairs we purchased had defects where the screw holes are misaligned and couldn't be attached. The stitching on the leather is also coming apart as shown in the photos. Absolutely appalling post delivery service where they direct you to a call centre overseas that palm you off with no further updates and progress on the options to rectify and resolve the issue. Save yourself the headaches of purchasing terrible quality flat packed furniture with zero post sale service.
Seta 4 Seater Sofa with Chaise - Best purchase of my adult life.
I ordered Seta 4 Seater Sofa with Chaise and the couch is just beautiful and comfy. The delivery service is next to done with their driver tracking system so you exactly know how far your delivery driver is. They even call when they are close to arrival time. Love buying from Brosa
Amazing functionality could be more comfortable
Great function-wise but the padding leaves something to be desired if you use this as a daily bed (as we do) then invest in a good mattress topper
Ottoman is great, love the fabric and color. Overall height of ottoman lower than my old one bit I still love the look of it. Perfect for additional seating as well. Purchased July, delivered as advised in Sept (COVID). Cheap delivery fee given size of box!
Sofa bed - great, good looking but firm

An absolute waste of time with terrible (and clearly offshore) customer service
After wanting to support Australian companies my husband and I purchased the Austin three seater sofa in February. Understanding that COVID has put a lot of strain on supply networks we were more than happy to wait the long production time for delivery in August.
This was pushed back again (which again is understandable) but finally we were contacted by the delivery team to organise delivery. However the night before we are expecting the delivery when we have already got rid of our existing furniture in anticipation I receive a text message at ...
Pilling is to be expected
Bought several couches which started to pill within weeks of receipt. I have contacted brosa and they told me they expect pilling as the fabric is natural. Anyone who works in fabric manufacturing knows that pilling is a fault and is avoidable when good quality fabric is used. Being told you need to depill furniture you’ve spent thousands of dollars on is unacceptable. My brand new lounges look old and worn. I’m pretty annoyed.

We just took delivery of the Osaka extension table and upon assembly the table doesn’t extend enough to put the extension piece in. What do I do now?
