I ordered an ottoman 7 weeks ago and it's still not delivered. A week ago I was weirdly upgraded to not have to schlep the ottoman from the kerb. What courier service dumps stuff by the kerb anyway? First time I've used Brosa and you certainly wouldn't want to be in a rush. Perhaps another month?
It will be 13 weeks since my order...
Brosa keeps pushing out our expected dispatch date...which is currently 13 weeks since the order date! This whole process has been disappointing.
I finally received an update via their online tracking which said I would receive the item on 2 March. I took the day off to wait for the delivery - no phone call and no delivery. I called Brosa who contacted their delivery company, turns out it will be the 7th of March. Again, took this day off (as delivery is between 8:00am and 5:00pm) and again NO phone call. I called at 3:30pm to which I was to...ld it was definitely coming. Finally arrived at 4:30pm but needed to assist the delivery guy bringing the boxes in. In summary, never ever will i order from them again. The storage drawers in the base are poorly made and don't pull in and out well.
Wish I'd read reviews before ordering
Purchased the Erin king size bed frame. Delivery time was quite good compared to other reviewers - only 3 weeks from order to delivery. Delivery guy forgot to call to advise he was coming, but luckily I was close by so dashed home to receive the delivery. He was apologetic. Unfortunately when my husband assembled the bed we realised the bed head doesn't bolt to the frame. It stands behind the frame on 2 feet. I can live with that I suppose although I think it's deceptive not to point this out in the product description. My other beef is that un...like the product photos shown on the website, additional metal legs support the bed frame slats and these are visible when looking at the bed front on. They are quite ugly & detract from the appearance of the bed. So, what you see in the website photo is not a true depiction of the product received. Again, deceptive. If I had known the bed was designed in this way I would never have made the purchase. The overall effect now looks quite cheap. Very, very disappointed and won't be using this company again. Update - returned product for refund. Protracted process that again took some time to finalise & there were also hiccups with collection of bed. Frustrating but thankfully the refund went through finally. I found contacting this company for customer service issues (not sales) difficult & had to chase the process through the customer service centre constantly. Luckily a few of the staff were responsive (when I finally managed to get hold of someone) which expedited the process enormously. A big thanks to those specific Brosa staff for their help!
Poor quality , incorrect parts.
I purchased the Liea bed. I was aware of the wait for the product and I received it in about 8 weeks. From a customer service point , I always received a quick response and the team were friendly and helpful. However the product is poor quality, I have received parts that are the wrong size or missing and initially did not even have the assembly instructions. Overall all with the wait, the delivery and the hassle of having to follow up on numerous things I would not recommend nor would I purchase from Brosa again.
Looks nice but poor quality and long long delivery time
The ottoman is ok now I have found some pliers and pulled out a stray staple which was sticking out of the veneer on the edge of the base, put glue on it and stuck the veneer back into place (not perfect unfortunately).
I also had to get out some red cotton and a needle and stitched up one corner of the seat where there were no stitches and you could put your finger through. I took 2 seconds to see these obvious faults – but evidently the factory workers were working in the dark. It looks a little wonky - as if the top of the ottoman has moved a bit sideways from the base.
I think I waited 6 weeks, kept ringing and ringing - eventually it arrived - I don't believe the other positive reviews - are they real?
Brosa has nice Photos - but Poor Wood Quality
We ordered 8 white dining chairs (4x Espen 2 x Dining Chair - French Beige for $329.00 each) having stumbled upon Brosa on the web. The furniture on the site looked fantastic and we jumped in on the "specials". The furniture arrived in 1 lot of 4 boxes x 2 chairs each in June 2015.
This was for my wifes birthday present but she is absolutely disappointed.On the plus side the chairs are comfortable, they provide great back support. The deal breaker is the wood quality is pretty poor. Not fit for fire wood. WARNING: Do not assemble if you are D...
We ordered two Kraesten armchairs in the wolf grey and the Kraesten 3 seater sofa but asked for all of the feet to be in light oak rather in dark. This order was placed on the 26th of September 2014. It is 11th of March 2015 and we are still having problems. Customer service was fantastic when we looked at purchasing the product and had inquiry, but ever since it has been almost nonexistent. The product itself is of good quality but we have problems with the feet of the sofa not fitting its base correctly. We received a reimbursement of $300 around six weeks ago after complaining, but I am so exhausted with the process. Our hard saved money has been misplaced and I am disappointed with the whole experience.

I ordered the Heidi bed back in mid-November.
I had emailed some questions and a customer service member rang me. He answered my questions in a friendly way and assured me I could return the bed if not satisfied for a reasonable capped shipping rate. He asked if I would like to go ahead with the purchase, and offered to put it through over the phone. After I agreed, and paid in full for the bed, I asked when it would be delivered and was told "in 10 weeks"!!!
I was taken by surprise that I would pay in full when the bed hadn't even been manuf...
very poor delivery time
I ordered two chairs on the 12/10/2014 and still do not have them in jan 2015.
Every time I ring nobody is available to talk to and every time I email They keep telling me they will still be longer to arrive.
I am not sure if I will ever get the chairs.
As for the quality i cannot comment as the chairs may not arrive.
