Love the Bakers Table
Loved the design of the table. Colour different than depicted online. Staff offered a replacement .Very courteous and professional. Will buy from them again because of the communication I received.
Worst policy, and service
I ordered two armchairs online for my business, as well as delivery and assembling. They arrived, however the colour of the fabric appeared different to that on the website. I contacted the company and was advised the return was possible but I would incur a delivery fee, which I totally understood (although a little disappointed as the product appeared different). I submitted the online return form and after hearing nothing I followed them up online, only to now be advised that they would be charing at 20% repackaging fee and delivery. The onli...ne chat took almost an hour, the person at the other end had absolutely no empathy, and despite telling her that I was advised the week before only of the delivery fee it seems to fall on deaf ears. The cost to return the is 40% of the total item. I will NEVER purchase from this company and I will go out of my way to tell my family and friends what a terrible experience I had. Such a shame to write such a review, I have never written such a review, however feel the need to warn others of the costs associated with a return.
Absolutely disgraceful CX
Ordered 2 beds from Brosa.
Called ahead to ensure all items were included in the delivery.
Received half of our order and have been hitting brick walls getting a refund or delivery of the other half we have paid for.
Given the run around for over a week with no help and told there’s only one person who deals with it who “we can’t talk to”
Wouldn’t recommend buying ANYTHING from Brosa.
Appalling Company - Avoid At All Costs
Not only was the item I purchased not as described, it was also faulty. I have been waiting a month for someone to collect the faulty item so I can get a refund but I get no answer from customer service, calls and emails go unreturned, and collection drivers do not show up when they are supposed to. This company has cost me so much time and money and stress over this ... avoid at all costs.
Very poor customer service; poor quality products
Sales process was easy - purchased online
The Herts tv unit and matching buffet spent about $2000.
On arrival, the delivery people opened box to find poor quality unit with defects.
Doors had gaps, uneven. The finish was very poor. NOTHING as pictured, chips and patches of yellow washed stains in random placed.
I asked the delivery people to take back.
Filled in a return form and cancelled the buffet.
No response from them for days.
Their phone is set up where NO ONE answers the customer support - after a minute of being on hold it diver...
New damaged sofa delivered on the 26 June - Terrible customer support services
I had purchased the Mila 3-Seater Sofa on 19/06/2021 which has been delivered on 26/06/2021, however, the one we were provided with has been damaged. I had reached out to customer support with the relevant photo evidence (attached) as soon as it was delivered to sort out an exchange where I had asked for the new replacement to be inspected before delivery. The customer support had confirmed with me that the replacement will be checked and how the warehouse team will be reaching out to sort out the exchange.
As I had not heard back from the war...ehouse team for a week or so, I had reached out to confirm if this exchange was still taking place. The customer support had advised that they are checking in on it but have no further updates. I had asked to speak to the manager as the representative I was speaking to had let me know that there was nothing else they could further do to assist. They advised that I be contacted in the next 24-48 hours (I assumed 2 business days as this was on a Thursday). The 2 business days had come and I had not been contacted to sort this issue. I would never buy or recommend anyone to purchase furniture from BROSA again.
Damaged product, cant get hold of them, still waiting 4 days later for them to respond to me
Shocking customer service so far. Was very quick and efficient when I was buying! No surprise there.
But had a delivery last Wednesday of a coffee table that came with a crack through the centre of the whole thing. You cant contact them over the phone for this surprisingly (they only want to take your calls when ordering). So I followed the procedure online to get an automated email to say they will come back in 2 business days!! That is terrible but thought OK let's wait. Now I'm four working days in and still no contact.

Dont Waste Your Time Or Money
Terrible customer service! Would not recommend Brosa. I have sent multiple messages them to them with no response other than them resending me old emails from months ago absolutely nothing to do with my issue.
Quality of my bed is beyond poor base looks cheap and nasty and not solid or sturdy at all. Bed was advertised as bed frame instead has a base and separate bed head that doesn’t attach to the bed itself. After paying $1000 for a bed frame you would expect a quality product.
Nothing came with instructions.

Don't Order Anything
We received our item last week and it's broken. Sent emails, FB messages and post comments, and rang them 3 times and can only leave a message, Cannot speak to a human. Terrible service. they obviously dont care about you once they have your money
After a long wait to get delivery unfortunately when goods arrived they were significantly damaged inside and outside of product. I’m also very disappointed with the overall quality of the product which is very poor
Poor customer service
I have purchased an entertainment unit and a buffet which were damaged (dented and scratched). I’m trying to get a refund and after 2 emails and a call to the customer service nothing has happened after 2 weeks. I have been promised than an email will be sent and a refund will occur but nothing has been done yet. Return policy is only valid for 3 weeks and no one is responding. Terrible customer service & i would absolutely not recommend Brosa
One month later still no replacement
My Olsen dining table arrived damaged, as though it had been dropped on its corner in transit. It would have been beautiful, but it cannot be repaired. Brosa offered $100 discount or replacement. I have been emailing brosa support to arrange delivery of a replacement and for the damaged table to be picked up. I called main freight as the replacement was with them since 3 March. They cannot locate the second package of my replacement, even though I was told by brosa that the replacement was ready to ship. No news, it’s all been very difficult an...d no idea when it will be resolved. I’ll have to go through all this all over again to arrange pick up of the damaged table! The transit company are obviously terrible - damaged goods and lost items with expectations that customers be home all day at very short notice. Do not order from brosa!
Can I give a negative start?
Items supplied 23 weeks after ordering - that's fine I understand Covid held up with manufacturers. It looks like I was sent someone's second hand items. There is dirt, pen marks, water marks and the stitching isn't even complete. Its been a week and their customer service team have only just contacted me now. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Their customer service team are rude and arrogant. They are still investigating if I can get a refund on this item!!!
Never use this company
Ordered two chairs in the ready to ship tab for pre Xmas delivery. As a Xmas gift.
Less than 12 hours later the shipping date is..... six months later. Don’t be fooled. Don’t use this company. They publish inaccurate info to get you in, and rely on complacency to keep your order.
Absolutely Dreadful Service and Faulty Product
I cannot believe the incredibly poor-quality product, communication and customer service from this company! The worst furniture buying experience that I have ever had.
First delivery: They deliver out a poor-quality faulty bookcase (taking 3 hours to assemble). They then proceed to tell me that they can’t let me know when it would be changed over until Monday (this is Friday afternoon, no one works one weekends there apparently) The next thing I'm getting a text message about delivering to me on the Saturday morning? When I happen to be out. I...replied to the text message N and advised that Monday would be a better day. That should be the end of it right? But no its not….. I then start to get text messages about a delivery being on the way this morning? I respond to those messages (as I am not home) but the responses go ignored and they end up turning up at my house and trying to call me several times while I am out at lunch. I ignore the calls. And finally, hours after their botched unscheduled delivery, I receive a text from them asking if I was available today?? No acknowledgment of the responses I had already sent or apologies for booking in a delivery without any form of consultation or contact with me. Finally managed to book another delivery to have the faulty bookcase replaced. Second delivery: The delivery guys turn up talking about trying to repair the original one delivered? Not physically possible and not discussed as an option at all with me prior to them turning up. Just more waste of my time. The original fault (delivery 1) constituted a major failure of the product under consumer law and thus, I, as the customer am able to determine what remedy is appropriate. Not Brosa. They finally understand that it can't be repaired and get started on assembling the replacement product. They advise me about 10 minutes in that their drill doesn’t have any charge and ask me if I have a power drill they can use? Ummm, no I don’t. Three hours later they finally bring in the replacement. And guess what???? It's FAULTY too!! This is despite being promised that they would check this one prior to delivering it out and me asking the delivery guys on the day to check it before they got too far along the assembly process. I end up speaking to them that afternoon, not helpful at all, only to be told that there is nothing they can do as they have nothing to be able to replace it with! She offered a refund for the other two pieces of furniture in the lounge that were also delivered last Friday (They were all ordered to match), but can do nothing for me about the other pieces of the same range that I had delivered last year? It was all ordered to match and ordered in good faith. She also hung up on me without providing her name when she was asked and I was requesting to speak with her manager.

Has anyone purchased the Brosa Sondra Sofa Bed?
Lots of complaints regarding your delivery service. Have these been addressed? I'm hesitant to purchase anything from you because of these complaints.
I can honestly say Brosa is a brilliant company they addressed some of the issues I had with the delivery company & the last 4 items were on time & intact not a mark on the box it did make me hesitant...to keep purchasing as the first few unbelievably the box looked like a dogs breakfast but the furniture not a mark on it I took photos & let Brosa know they were great offered compensation but I thought no need as furniture was fine but just so they know how I received it so I then bought lots more furniture as I needed to fill a new home so I will continue to purchase as their furniture looks fantastic & is comfortable Zac
My experience has been shocking. I literally got an email today saying they were passing my issue onto a third party customer service team!!! This is after waiting nearly 3 months beyond the promised ...delivery date. I think that says it all about how much they care about resolving issues (i.e. they don't!).
