Budget Direct Money Manager

I have been using the App for over 2 years. It used to be acceptable with bunch of features making life easier for people like tracking their expenses. But, it has been a while that it is not supporting few popular financial organisations including some banks and the app itself is not working properly and for some accounts it records expenses as incomes and there is no possibility to edit those transactions manually and change them to expenses.
Also, the customer service is not responsive anymore.
It is just a headache in one word!
