For the love of God, Budget Pet Products do something about your delivery service and your customer service. I have been ordering from you for years have probably spent in the thousands and yet when I have a problem with the delivery noone wants to help. I gave up after numerous attempts. Oh and please consider ditching Fastway Couriers also. Have to agree with everything that others have said here also. Your prices are very good but unfortunately even that isnt enough to keep me on as a customer, I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Thoroughly disgusted with customer service and dreadful delivery
I have used this web site many times due to the prices. We have had a number fo muck ups with deliveries going to the wrong address as I buy for my daughters dogs as well, and not being left on the veranda as requested, so I have to end up driving to the depot to pick up my supposedly 'Home delivered ' food.
However the last time got food, it arrived a few days ago, we opened it yesterday and it was infested with something, maybe baby ants. I sent an email requesting a refund or store credit. The customer service email told me I had pantry ...
7days and still waiting.
I ordered pet food seven days ago and still it hasn’t arrived. Many excuses from the company, none of which are acceptable. The courier company they use give very basic information about your order. There are many pet food companies online I recommend people shop around because this company give terrible service.

I will let you decide for yourself if you think the below is acceptable customer service. First person said 'it is what it is' when I commented 5 business days (not 4, as they kept insisting) is not fast (it was collected by courier at 14:30:15 on the 29th - it is now 14:10 on the 5th). Second person, her supervisor supposedly, said it [sic] 'was not my problem' when I said I would be home because I was unemployed. Her supervisor said that it was taking their courier (Fastway) longer because it was approaching Christmas - I suggested they pu...t this on their website, instead of 'fast delivery'. She said she would mention it to marketing. If they know it is taking longer, surely someone is sufficiently proactive to let their customers know, and the website would be the logical place? Needless to say, this experience means I will not be using them again.
Happy they resolved an issue that we were not happy with hopefully the purina cat food

Real bad delivery.
I have called and contacted budgetpetproducts multiple times and they have checked with fastway couriers when it is coming. They have very friendly customer service which is good but the only thing is their delivery. Fastway couriers have left a slip saying they attempted delivery but i can confirm that THEY DID NOT RING THE BELL EVEN ONCE as i even took the day off just to wait for the parcel. So i scheduled the delivery for the next week and IT DID NOT ARRIVE AGAIN! No reason whatsoever. I rearranged delivery TWICE and DID NOT COME AGAIN. I h...ave no idea where my parcel is now, my dog has ran out of food completely and i had to get another pack from the pet store. I'm not even sure if my parcel is missing or stolen! Budgetpetproducts, please do something about this. I'm still awaiting my parcel right now, i would definitely go pick it up myself if i could.
Good prices terrible delivery 6 days for delivery by courier that is terrible! Wont be ordering again. Called up and basically said bad luck.
Good Company terrible affiliate couriers
Sorry to do this budget pet products, but i may never want to purchase from you again. Your courier company fastway has not only disappointed me once but on several occasions. This week was my final straw. Not only was the driver rude and incompetent, but he hit my husband's car and took off!!! Please change your couriers!!!!! It's driving business away from you. I don't pay for items, just to have a terrible delivery service
Big banner says free shipping over $49 but it's actually really expensive shipping if your not in their free delivery area. They used to give free shipping when you spent over $200, that's gone too. So many new online pet companies now that offer better deals, will give budget pet a miss.
I am still waiting for my pet food for my cats after 9 days, totally unacceptable

I ordered over $100 of product on 11 June. Still waiting! I have phoned numerous times to be told 'It will be delivered today'. I have stayed home so as not to miss the delivery but so far 11 days later - no show. There has been no compensation offered and I will do not have my order. I understand they need to use Courier services, but after giving them the chance three times, each order is getting longer and longer to be delivered. I love the products and concept, but hey guys get your Couriers sorted. Not happy. 6:17pm and still NO DELIVERY! ...This was promised by 5pm yesterday after it was not delivered on 15th. How many extra calls does this take? It is ending up costing just as much in phone calls and stress than going to the local shop. It is easy to blame the delivery company, but why don't you find another one or if items are not delivered within reasonable times, send another batch with a more reliable Courier company. Fastway Couriers have a curious company name.
Woeful delivery and poor attitude when I contacted them.
Products are good as is price. However using Fastway couriers brings the whole customer experience undone. We ordered on 29th May and it was despatched the same day. Unfortunately our order then sat in Fastway’s depot for 3 days, being finally delivered on Monday 4th June. I had emailed the company prior to Monday, however response was in my opinion, rather dismissive. Spend over $50 per order and postage is free, but I should have known better from the previous order. That was under the $50 free postage threshold, so we paid postage, and of co...urse Fastway were involved. We placed our order on 20th April, it was despatched 23rd April, but not received until 30th April. We live in Hervey Bay and what makes it worse is that Fastway go past here on the way to their depot in Bundaberg. We buy online from Sydney and Melbourne, and it only takes 2-3 days. The company really needs to review the feedback on this courier company, as all it is doing is damaging their reputation.
There website states they dispatch the order within 1 -2 days however the actual postage of the items take over a week. I have purchased two orders from them and both have take a week and a half just to arrive in canberra. Real estimation of postage times should be stated on the website.In saying this, there prices are amazingly cheap.
Day 4 and still no dog food (Melbourne)
Very disappointed with them. I ordered two large bags of dog food for the first time and expected the delivery to be here in the next couple of days (like with My Pet Warehouse), however it is now day 4 and the food is still not here. Having to go and buy some from the shops now, just to tie us over. I emailed them yesterday, however I have not heard back from them since, so I emailed them again. If I do not hear from them by the end of today, I will be asking for my money back and going to my usual provider, as I would rather pay that extra $2...0 and get the product I have purchased. UPDATE: My partner got through to them over the phone and they have said to dispatch the food today (even though I ordered on Sunday, it is still 3 working days later) and it will be another 4 days until it gets to us! Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be dealing with them again.
Slow delivery to Melbourne
Placed an order on March 29. The website advised there would be a delay due to Easter but didn't expect it to take so long. It is now 10 days and had to buy more dog food here. I was notified the order was dispatched on Thursday April 5. In hindsight it is kind of crazy to be ordering dog food from Queensland to Melbourne and should have shopped locally.
