Delivery not even attempted
My issue is with the delivery of products, I got a very prompt email a day after placing my order saying it was on it's way, and then nothing. A week later I followed up and was told that it was delivered to a pickup point - which is a pharmacy about 2 km's away? I don't know why as I was home the whole time, no call from anyone that a delivery had arrived, no notification to say it had been delivered elsewhere. What looked like a good deal really isn't now that I have to go somewhere to pick it up anyway.

Postage way too slow. Still yet to receive goods. Ordered on 16th, courier picked up Qld on 22nd. Will be delivered approximately 28th. Lets see if it arrives by then. Wont use again. This has happened before. I should have known better. In future Will price match at Petbarn, Petstock and have it that day. Forget Budget direct, there many retailers who are so much better, online and off.
Order arrived - boxed open due to inadequate packaging
My order arrived and due to inadequate packing, box was opened. I passed this onto customer service and just got the default answer of 'we cannot control the courier' (rough handling, no care factor)
Anything in my order could have fallen out but customer service couldn't care.
As I loyal customer I felt this was not good enough and after cancelling my auto orders, purchased elsewhere.
Never received item
Over a week ago I ordered my product for my little dog,for his joints ordered 2 lots haven't received them won't be ordering here again,I ordered this product for my little shitzu for his pain would of been better getting it from the vets
Delivery took forever 13 days, customer service poor
I ordered product with was in stock on the 26 June. It was finally delivered on the 9 July after spending 8 days with the courier in Sydney. I live in the Sydney metro area.
I will never purchase from them again.
I wanted to order litter and dry food for cat at the same time.
They didn't have stock of litter.
I wanted to order both items and save on delivery charges...
They wouldn't concede issue was their problem. I was doing the right thing they couldn't supply and wouldn't allow me to have saved on delivery charges.

Forget about delivery - you'll be expected to pick it up yourself
If you're planning to order products through this web site then you had better make sure there is petrol in the car. Because the package is not going to come to you.
I've been using @bpproducts for several years now - and delivery has always been slow. They have good prices but tend to frequently run out of stock on many of the products that I require. My problem is not so much with @bpproducts as it is with their delivery partners, @Aramex Fastway. However that's an important component of the service that I am paying for, and I intend to focu...s on it in this very poor review. Whereas delivery used to just be slow and unreliable, now delivery is non-existent. Aramex Fastway don't even bother trying to deliver the shipments to me anymore, they just take them straight to the collection point in the next suburb. There is a pet shop there that is far more convenient if I'm going to have to drive, it offers the same prices - and what would I do if I didn't drive? Not only did Aramex Fastway once again take my latest shipment to the collection point in the next suburb, but it took them seven days to on-board it for delivery from the Sydney depot. Then for another two days they said they couldn't get to me. Then the next morning they claimed they were unable to deliver it, even though I was at home the whole time and had completed an authority to leave. Aramex Fastway are the delivery company that doesn't deliver.

Poor Costumer Service - Slow delivery
Paid for 2 x 20kg Meal for Mutts grain free, received one a week later and after 2 weeks the other item is not where to be seen, wrote to costumer service and [Name Removed] wasn’t really helpful and didn’t bother to even resolve anything. After requesting a refund I got told that a return fee will be charged if I proceed with the refund. [Name Removed] didn’t even bother to apologize

Delivery/getting products out - non-existent
States posted 1-2 business days from payment, paid on 2/5/2021 (Sunday), phoned on Wednesday still had not posted. As of today still no package, tracking says next week to that is 15 days after paying (and that is if it arrives on Monday). Not acceptable. Not happy. Too bad if you needed in a hurry. First time using, never again.
Never got my order
Ordered some cat food at 26/03 and it was still not delivered.
Then the support said they would send another batch (that I have to either pay for or help ship the original batch back if it arrives), and fast forward another week now it's 26/04, and still no cat food.
My cat would've starved to death if I had to rely on Budget Pet Products. Would not recommend it to anyone.
Poor customer service
As I hadn’t received my order after nine days I phoned customer service to see what has happened to my order, I was promptly told delivery takes up to 10days, as I was waiting on worming medication for my cat, I was concerned how much longer did she think it would be. The customer service person was very abrupt and kept saying it takes up to 10 days for delivery, their website says 1-2 days for despatch and it doesn’t take 10 days for delivery to Sydney. Very disappointed with budget pet products, if your customer service people can’t be more helpful and polite to your customers think about replacing them, I won’t be buying off you again.

Twice now that I have used their voucher and discount 'codes' - SCAM as they don't work. The first time i let it off thinking oh it might have been my bad. Second time - I checked MULTIPLE times to ensure I wasn't the one making the mistake and not putting in the code. I was 100% sure about the code working as it was listed under used codes on the paying page. The email confirmation came through and didn't list the voucher or the free gift that is supposed to come with it so I emailed. They replied saying that I haven't used the code which is c...ompletely untrue. The products may be cheaper but they will scam you out of your money and gifts with their fake 'codes' which don't work at least for me then blame you for the issue. I can swear on anything that I used their code but why would they care - they are making money.
no communication on delivery

Checked out the tracking,there was a number beside your package is on its way
but no show
but the number was not the indicater of delivery tracking
,looking closer it had times of so called pick ups
So it got to the deliver station in my area at5.28 PM i and took 5 mins to be delivered to my home 5.33 PM
was sent a photo,not my place,and was then kinda told it took me this long to contact,so implying its some how my fault.
I thought like most deliveries these days I would get a final email,saying it was delivered,and then I could contact,coz it did not arrive.
So my gates been left unlocked all last week and now could take 2 days to resolve...
I have been using budget pet products for several years. Recently their service has gone down hill. Orders are taking weeks to arrive, stock is selling out and no alternative is being offered or even postage on the half of my order that is in stock. Not to mention the very unapologetic customer service. Overall unreliable and I won’t be using again.
Questions & Answers
Why do you partner with Aramex for shipping product to consumers when Aramex are unreliable? I will be reluctant to buy from Budget Pet Products in the future due to problems with Aramex.
