Day 4 and still no dog food (Melbourne)
Very disappointed with them. I ordered two large bags of dog food for the first time and expected the delivery to be here in the next couple of days (like with My Pet Warehouse), however it is now day 4 and the food is still not here. Having to go and buy some from the shops now, just to tie us over. I emailed them yesterday, however I have not heard back from them since, so I emailed them again. If I do not hear from them by the end of today, I will be asking for my money back and going to my usual provider, as I would rather pay that extra $2...0 and get the product I have purchased. UPDATE: My partner got through to them over the phone and they have said to dispatch the food today (even though I ordered on Sunday, it is still 3 working days later) and it will be another 4 days until it gets to us! Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be dealing with them again.

Best Before Dates almost reached
I’ve been a regular buyer of Meals for Mutts dry food from Budget Pet Products. My previous order of 2 x 2.5kg bags was within 6 months of reaching the best before dates, close enough for me to contact them to voice my disappointment. My most recent purchase of a 9kg bag of MfM dry food, over $100 in value has the best before date reached in 2 months, 1 week. I’ll never buy from them again.
I have been contacted by the rep from BPP and I’m very happy with their response, and efforts to resolve this.
Very disappointed that after placing and order & taking my money, I was then asked to supply information in exactly the same way that we are warned against for phishing scams. Company needs to devise a better protocol.
However when I phoned to verify that they are a real company, the staff member I spoke to was sympathetic & helpful.

Never received my product been waiting for 1 month!!
Been order some product on 8/11/2017 but after received an email need my identification ... took me a while to fix this. After that my delivery was never show up and i tried to call the customer service was been told will call me back, and i call the next day (no one call me back at all) been told by a customer service name [name removed] the delivery can't access my building ... in Melbourne cbd i never had this case before... first time ever from budget pet, you are the best liar ever. First time and the last time won't be use for sure in my life.
Took my money, then set extra requirements before dispatch
Budget pet products took my money, then sent an email requesting a photo of my identification. If I don't send identification, they will not send my order. It took me a while to verify whether it's a scam website.
Their mobile website does not list this requirement in the Terms & Conditions (T&C). They have a different version of T&C on the PC/Mac website that does say they may ask for id. I don't know why they have 2 versions of T&C???
Where is my order
I ordered some milk products on the 22nd of November it was posted on the 23rd and today is the 28th while tracking it l was told it would not be delivered till the 5th of December. This is disgusting l could have walked there and back in this amount of time. I will never purchase from this company again would rather pay full price for the item at least l would have it when l needed it . Not 14 days later
I ordered 12kg of dog food at 8.44am on the 15th of November. It is now after 5 pm on the 22nd of November and I have run out of dog food. Whilst I commend Budget Pet products for dispatching the order within a day. I can't give a higher rating or use them again whilst they use Fastway Couriers who have had my parcel since the morning of the 20th, haven't delivered it, can't tell me where it currently is or when it will be delivered. Budget pet products have contacted them and I have been on the phone to them 3 times with no resolution. I ha...ve had to go to my local pet warehouse to buy a heavy 12kg of dog food thereby being doubly out of pocket and having to lug it to my car. Sorry Budget Pet Products - I tried... but you need to choose better business partners because ultimately it is your reputation that suffers if it takes 8 days to get a delivery to a capital city - assuming it arrives tomorrow. November 25th 2017 Update: Opened product I finally received the dog food that was the subject of my previous review on 22 November 2017. At the time I rated the experience two stars because of the incompetence of the courier company. I now am going to downgrade that rating to one star because when I took the 12kg bag of dog food out of the box I was astounded to discover that for some reason the inner tamper-proof seal of the bag had already been cut open!! It had just been resealed using the ziplock!!! it wasn't even a fresh bag! I really would like to know why and know this could have happened.
Dont use pet budget, worst online shopping experience
Bought the product almonst a month ago, still not receive it yet, contacted them, no replies, no refund, just nothing, will not go back to pet budget, if u want save a bit of money, better just go more reliable online company, eg Petcircle
5 days and order still not delivered, called, said another 8-14 days. They won't cancel my order which now has me needing to go elsewhere as my new puppy arrives in 2 days and I have nothing.
Do not order unless you have 3 weeks up your sleeve.
No timeframe online to advise, otherwise obviously wouldn't be a problem

Don't waste your time and money!
Been ordering from them regularly, but now realising how poor the customer service is, I will look for a different company! After moving, i ordered again and updated my delivery address and wrote a message to ring a neighbour and leave it in the building! Somehow they were able to get my message but not my updated address and delivered it with to my old address and gave it to the building manager which is only there during business hours (while I'm working). I understand mistakes can happen and spoke to someone and have them my address again. M...oments later I'm receiving an email telling me to contact fastest!!!! After calling them back, she suggests me to ask the building manager to leave the package outside and I should be going there after work to pick up my 20 kgs order and get a taxi home!!!! Didn't try to organise a new deliver from old apartment to the new, just washed their hand off not caring if I received the product or not! Ohhh well thanks Budget pet products for the great service, won't order again and will make sure to tell about your great service to my dear pet lover friends!!!! I would have been better if I have donated the money!
Okay service, even worse delivery times
I originally started ordering off Budget Pet Products as they do offer the best prices for BlackHawks dry food. This is great I thought, we can still get our dogs the best food and save some cash; however, the delivery time is extremely slow - it took up to 9 days to receive the food.
The first time we ordered the delivery time was 5 days; however, the driver did not leave the parcel unattended like I had specified and agreed for on the website. After contacting the driver (via text message), I was told the item would not be delivered for ano...
OK as long as you never move
Ordered a collar for my dog, put in my new address, but they ended up shipping to a very old address, and it was returned. There is no way in their system to change your address. You can add a new one, update, think you are having it sent to the address you put in, but it will always default to the very first one you put in. No option for removal of an address once you've put it in. So good deals to be had.... as long as you never move from the original address you created your profile with. They care not to solve the problem.
great services but pathetic website
I have used this company for about 2 years and have found their prices good and their delivery is fast and efficient. Unfortunately, they have had problems with their website for a few months which they still have not rectified. Their site locks up, the shopping cart is inaccessible and I have experienced the problem on several web browsers. Their phone service is not much better. At 9.46am I got a message saying that they don't open before 9am. This could be due to QLD time difference with daylight saving. Until they improve their shopping experience I would suggest you look elsewhere

I had been very happy with the prices and delivery of my orders from Budget Pet Products; until I ordered something that didn't work properly. I sent an email comment/feedback (from their website which I have used previously and always had a response) about the product and asking what they could do for me because it didn't work. Nothing!! Absolutely no response. So from that I deduce that BPP are very happy to take my money and provide products so long as I don't complain or have a problem. Not a very good way to run a business in my book and shows very poor customer service.

Wow, shocking we have to pay over $50 in shipping when we can buy the product here. We get punished for being in WA. I think that is very sad.
Yes i get you pay shipping but it shouldn't be so much. You would lose so many WA customers.

Frontline Plus Cat Spot On Does Not Work! Fighting Budget Pet Products For Full Refund
I recently ordered a 12 week supply (at $99.00) of Frontline Plus for cats from Budget Pet Products, only to find that the product, did not work at all. I contacted Budget Pet Products and was told to ring the maker of the Product (Merial) This didn't happen in the first instance because the number that the representative gave me, was disconnected? (One has to wonder how Budget Pet Products, managed to keep in touch with the supplier, considering they did not even have a valid phone number for them, on hand?) After getting the right phone numbe...r, I got a response from Merial, which was basically to go take a flying leap, as their was nothing wrong with their product (several hundred complaints on the internet from disgruntled customers around the world, appear to tell a different story?) I contacted Budget Pet Products back, and was told more of the same ( they would contact Merial) and work out a solution? (I already told Merial what the solution was that I wanted, (to be fully refunded for the monies I spent) the Merial representative stated that this would not happen, because quote/unquote, the product does not work where i live (South Australia) and that in order for Frontline (Plus) to be effective, i have to treat my ENTIRE surrounds. (Including the quarter acre scrub block i live on and the surrounding 100km of sand dunes (in each direction) that circle my home, for fleas! When i emailed Budget Pet Products back, (when they did finally respond) I was told that I should contact the Australian Medical and Veternarians Product Licencing Board, as this now was apparently their problem? (Go figure????) Fed up with Budget Pet Products continual and evasive action (Where every other person was responsible for my product not working, EXCEPT the seller of the product) I uttered the magic words (CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMPLAINT), and was offered (though in a rather disgruntled fashion) a refund for the monies i paid (which at this point in time, i still have yet to see?) Budget Pet Products, I work for the money i earn, and maybe $99.00 doesn't mean a lot to you, but it is to me. As i stated to your representative, don't sell a product that has pages and pages of online complaints from customers around the world, stating it does not work, and ALSO KNOW YOUR OWN LEGAL AND CONSUMER CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AS FAR AS THE CONSUMER CREDIT CODE OF THIS COUNTRY IS CONCERNED. AND FINALLY, DENIAL IS NOT A RIVER IN EGYPT!
At Long Last - Delivered In Full And As Promised
After dealing with 3 other companies who either take two weeks plus to deliver or don't deliver what you order or just don't deliver budget pet products have restored my faith in an online supplier who actually delivered within 4 days of placing the order. Have rated 4 stars until my next order just to make sure it was not a fluke. Al the review of these guys convinced me to give them a go and they have not disappointed

Why do you partner with Aramex for shipping product to consumers when Aramex are unreliable? I will be reluctant to buy from Budget Pet Products in the future due to problems with Aramex.
