no communication on delivery
I odered a bag of dog food
Checked out the tracking,there was a number beside your package is on its way
but no show
but the number was not the indicater of delivery tracking
,looking closer it had times of so called pick ups
So it got to the deliver station in my area at5.28 PM i and took 5 mins to be delivered to my home 5.33 PM
was sent a photo,not my place,and was then kinda told it took me this long to contact,so implying its some how my fault.
I thought like most deliveries these days I would get a final email,saying it was delivered,and then I could contact,coz it did not arrive.
So my gates been left unlocked all last week and now could take 2 days to resolve...
I placed an order for Moxiclear for cats with this company on 31 December 2020. The item was supposed to have been dispatched from Queensland on the 4 January, have not received the goods today is the 12 January and I still have not received the goods. Notified customer service who advised that it would take up to 10 business days to receive my order. I am in Sydney it does not take 10 business days for an item to come from Queensland to Sydney. In the future I will buy the product from the vet I may pay extra but at least I will have the item immediately. Customer service needs to lift its game.
Terrible online store - takes several days for first order.
I ordered online and had payment processed by my bank - and then received an email requesting I tell them how many cents had been refunded to my bank - which will take several days!!!
This is why MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa exist.
To add insult to injury, I discovered the products I wanted were cheaper on Amazon (with free shipping with PRIME anyway!)
Pay the extra few cents and use another online store.
These people don't understand online shopping
I purchased an order of some urgent supplies for my new dog, only to receive many hours later an email asking for verification of my identity which feels like a really odd concept--and something I haven't experienced in years of online shopping. I had hoped to get these products as soon as possible, but it looks like It'll be a massive delay. I'm going to avoid them in the future.

Don't deliver and then just ignore you
I ordered a product and after waiting for the delivery, I attempted to make contact via web chat and email. as they do not have a customer service phone contact.
I am still waiting for someone too contact me and for the product. Happy to take your money immediately and then ignore you when there is an issue

Online shopping is meant to be EASY! I ordered Tick tablets for my dog to save $60. I regret doing so. This company returns a few cents into your account (which takes 3 days to clear and be visible) then asks you to email them with your address again and the cents refunded to prove you are who you are and not stealing someone’s credit card. Totally stupid. The amount of time I have wasted checking in daily my emails and bank statement to make sure I get my dogs tick treatment on time- was worth the $60 I saved by buying online In The first plac...e. 10 days later- I still haven’t received a shipping tracking confirmation?? Are my items coming? My dog is overdue with his frontline. As a busy mother- I choose to Online shop for convienece and price savings. I bought his online on a Saturday night to save time and when you get the order confirmation email you think great- see it in the post- no need to think about that again. WRONG. I will not be buying from this company again. Regardless if this procedure is a one time thing. I have never in my life come across a company cross checking identity for a $93 item. I have never reviewed a company negatively before- but this frustrated me so much I felt others should know.

This business has offered the worst possible customer service ever. It is frankly a surprise they are still trading. I will never shop here again and will tell every pet owner i come in contact with not to use their business
Impossible to deal with - didnt even send an urgent order in a week because of systems. Would give no stars if possible.
Unbelievable company systems. We ordered a medical product that we needed urgently, and let them know. The following week they emailed to explain they always put a few cents into your account to make sure it is a real account. The payment for the product had been made the previous week. I asked if it had been sent, which it hadn't. We purchased through an Australian registered company, and I suggested they look up the ASIC website, or our website to make sure we are real. That 'wasn't their system'. We also put thousands through large suppliers..., any of whom they could have called to verify. Would never, ever use these again or recommend. They need to ask their customers if a multi-week delivery around is acceptable in this day and age when good companies like the Vet Shed can get stuff to you pretty well overnight. Ended up asking for a refund. I am now told that will also take days.
Go elsewhere to get what you want
They won’t ship your order until you confirm your account even though you’ve already identified yourself, payed for your order and received an email “confirmation” of your order ? Then when you call the, please call us with any concerns on our 1300 number you get the “sorry due to Covid 19 we won’t take any incoming calls ? What a joke. Save your money go elsewhere.
Poor customer service and first order will take days extra
Be ready to have your first order delayed by days whilst they dick around with identity checks. Rather than stump up for a normal bank credit card 2FA check they will email you and ask for you to confirm a tiny amount that they have credited to your account. This is meant to be on the first order only. For me being a previous customer they couldn’t find my prior orders (despite me emailing them the email order confo) and then their system didn’t work. That’s an hour I wont get back. I cancelled and purchased from vetsupply.com.au and that order went though in a minute.
Do not pay via Paypal if you have multiple payment options in Paypal!
I made the mistake of purchasing a product over the weekend, and set up an auto-renewal for said product, then elected to pay with Paypal. I expected that like any other reputable online retailer, Budget Pet Products would send me off to the Paypal site where I would have to log in, and choose my preferred payment facility. No such luck. Budget Pet Products just went straight to my Paypal account without any further input from me (no logging in, no choosing preferred account/card) and took their money from my USD currency account. It is going ...to cost me far more than the price of the product to replace that USD amount. In looking further into this company, I discovered it is in Queensland - and doesn't that explain plenty? I left Queensland many years ago because I could no longer cope with their narrow view of the world and everyone in it. It does not surprise me in the least that this Queensland 'company' would never ever stop to wonder if someone had more than one bank account.
Beware of auto delivery
They sent me a auto generated message on a Saturday informing me of a auto delivery as I couldn't contact them because they don't work on weekends. I sent a message telling them I did not have a auto delivery set up but by the time monday came around they had gone ahead with order and taken money out of my paypal account. I then had to wait for days to have money put back in my account. This all had to be done via stupid on line chats. Very frustrating. Do not have your systems send out messages on a weekend.

Ordered a product over a week ago, got confirmation of same day despatch, contacted them 10 days later to discover delivery could be up 2 weeks. Should put note on website that non local delivery due to COVID could take much longer. If I had known in first instance would have bought locally
Why Do I need to identify myself?
The need to identify yourself by noting when a few cents returns to my account just baffles me. I do not do internet banking and would need to contact my credit card provider to do this. What a waste of my time and energy. If I have paid for products then just send it to me or whomever I nominate it to be sent to. I certainly won't waste my time browsing on this site again.
There are so many fishing schemes out there that are similar to this it sets off alarm bells.
Also why would you hide this in your terms and conditions. You could spell out this requirement when you are entering payment details. I sure would have not ordered if this had been made clear.

Placed order received confirmation email only to receive a call 2 days later my card had been flagged but customer service said they had their money already!!!!!!

Their courier service is terrible ,so buying pet food and medicine is regrettable, since all dispatch from QLD ,it just takes few weeks to get into another states ,

the longest wait time to receive an order & no response to email follow-up
Placed order 6th December.... STILL WAITING and they reckon it'll be 24th Christmas Eve before I receive and that's not guaranteed. I order all my pet products online and Budget Pet charges postage and takes 3 times as long (4 days before an order is dispatched!) then they say another 10 days for post - blame AusPost! Not like Pet Circle who are very quick and efficient plus great prices... sorry but going back to what I know.
Product never arrived and no contact made despite several emails asking where the product was.. there is no contact number I can call. I’m left spending almost $100 and 2 weeks later nothing!!!

Placed order on 23rd June, received notification of shipping on 25th, parcel still not delivered 3rd July. How is it that I can get a parcel from the US in 5 days, yet a small parcel from the Gold Coast is still not delivered in 8 business days. Get rid of notsofastway couriers. Time to go elsewhere.
