Booked holiday to Russia etc 18 months ago ,paid $2000 for insurance ... Just before holiday I ended up on crutches ..I would liked to have cancelled my holiday or do it at a later date ,,I was told I would lose my money ...so I did the holiday ..I have no regrets in going except I didn't see alot of the atractions but I did my own tour which I enjoyed ... Food tour hotels ..tour guides were brilliant .... Just make sure you can walk a few Kilometres before booking for this holiday ....

My husband and I did a 28 day tour of South Korea and Japan with Bunnik Tours. South Korea was absolutely amazing - with only 6 people on the tour it was easy to get around. We had long days but worth every bit. Our guide Monica was one of the best guides ever - her knowledge is fantastic. Colour everywhere in South Korea and we saw some wonderful places including 2 shows in the package.

I chose Bunnik because of their Small Group philosophy & everything that stemmed from it. And this tour because of the nature of the itinerary - the appeal was in the places we could go to that the big companies, logistically, can't. In Portugal, they're restricted to Lisbon & Porto, but , in addition, we enjoyed smaller locations which had their own character (Coimbra, Aveiro, Nazare & Sintra ahead of Lisbon & the Algarve beyond). It was generally well researched & planned ( except for the inclusion of Madrid, which has been deleted from 2019...

Very enjoyable experience and our Tour Guide Thushara was efficient, friendly, supportive and organised. An excellent Tour guide albeit sometimes he did not have full grasp of english language.Standard of accommodation was very good and overall the best we have encountered on our travels. The hotel in Kandy was a great central venue to view the procession from reserved seating, The variety of sights visited made the tour interesting and enlightening. Maximum of 2 night stays in most places was welcomed and appreciated. . Booked the trip through our Travel Agent and the process was seamless and easy.Well done again Bunnik.

Another great Bunnik Adventure...did this back to back after the Jewels of Dalmatia. Steeped in Ancient History, incredible ruins and amazing artefacts. Local Guides who were passionate about their country and full of knowledge made it an incredible experience!! A Bunnik's small group tour of Egypt & Jordan I had booked, morphed into an independent, solo Jewels of Jordan tour for 8 days, through unexpected personal circumstances. Our second tour with Bunniks. We went to Japan in2014 and had a wonderful experience with Bunniks. This time we did the Southern Italy, Sicily and Malta tour and loved it. ONe of the best things about it was our wonderful guide Liz, who felt more like an old friend than a guide, her knowledge of the places we visited was very thorough. I actually shed a few tears when we left her in Sicily as we had a new guide in Malta.

March 17th 2018 Update: India in Depth

Not being one to plan ahead too far, I booked onto one of the last spots for the Scandinavian Discovery Tour which departed 15th June, 2016. This turned out to be an ideal time as we didn't see a sun set all the time we were away.
Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark are all relatively small and close together. In many ways they are similar but the differences in culture are very significant. Scenery was brilliant and the locals incredibly friendly, always ready to help in English.

I have just returned from the South American Explorer tour which was fantastic. The guides, especially in Peru, were intelligent, informative and went out of their way to explain history, flora and fauna in detail. The guides also made sure that we were looked after well as far as food and drinks were concerned. We experienced local eateries including some unusual restaurants. The food was brilliant the guides passionate and the whole trip was one of surprises far exceeding my expectations. Well done Bunniks.
