Terrible experience wouldn't recommend at all. All smiles when getting the business but as soon as something goes wrong they didn't want to know about it.
My wife tried to ring the consultant about the fault and couldn't get through for weeks, when I called I got through straight away, so clearly screening calls and avoiding the customer.
Rang to the store to speak to a manager about the faulty mechanism and were told they wouldn't do anything about it.
We still have another 7 rooms in our house to go, will be taking our money elsewhere.
Wish we had have read all of the reviews before deciding to go with this company as it seems there are many others that have had similar experiences
The worse service ever
This company just to be brilliant 15 years ago now I have experienced the worse service ever .

They take your money and run. Never ever I will use them.
24.6.20 we ordered and payyed a deposit for 4 roller shutters to be installed. We finally got them installed on the 28.8.20 after taking time off work to be cancelled 2 weeks before. After looking at what I got only one if the blinds close right and I was left with a large hole in my wall. So we did not pay full amount of money. Since this day I have had 3 days off work waiting for Burns For Blinds to fix blinds and hole in my wall. They book a date and just dont turn up. They were meant to come to fix things again today, not even a call to say...no one was coming. I am 5 days without working and getting payyed as well as having 3 out of 4 blinds not working and a hole in my wall. I just want people to be warned what this company are like. I would never recommend them or buy from them again.

Know better, choose better.
We ordered 3 plantation shutters in January 2019 from Burns for Blinds. Salesman was very quick to point out the quality of the shutters, and decided to go through them. We decided on the American Basswood. It took 10 weeks from measure to install as the products are produced in China. They had to come back to install the plugs, another 4 weeks. We had several issue with the shutters not closing properly, they offered to replace 3 faulty ones, another 8 weeks wait. Only 1 ordered and replace. Here we are in January 2020 and still waiting for t...he replacement to arrive and install. Would we recommend Burns for Blinds, maybe not. Excuse after excuse. We always need to contact them to find out when we can expect the installations. There are many other reputable companies to consider next time.
