Do your due diligence before you part with your money
Original quote was for 13 weeks of treatment. Am now at 14 MONTHS. Phone support staff are on the whole useless. You can explain the same issue to 3 different people on the same day and be given 3 different solutions. Not enough of a knowledge base within their phone support system. I have been given so much contradictory information during this process. What should have been a quick treatment plan has been so drawn out and frustrating. From receiving aligners that look like they have been melted, to endless pointless photo taking, to being incorrectly told to not use the top aligners. If you can go the yards, you will end up with a better smile. Just don't believe their time predictions, before you pay up.
