Be Wary - They Take Your Money Twice
I went onto c mobile to pre pay a bill to facilitate my budgeting...the transaction went through .... all good portal end --- but when I went to check my bank account it appeared twice. I have since had to put in place spending restrictions due to this .... I just hope I get an immediate refund for this considering the poor customer service I have received.
I thought Cmobile was a good company until they told me they don’t want me as a customer just because my number kept getting ported out when it was not my fault the providers that was trying to port my number didn’t cancel the ports

A communication company that knows how to communicate
If I'd known how easy and hassle free it is to change to Cmobile I'd have done it years ago. Everything from their comprehensive website to their prompt and friendly communication by phone and email is first class.
Porting my old number was a much simpler process than I'd imagined and on the blue plan I haven't noticed any difference at all to the coverage I had with Telstra, even when out of town. Great value for money.

Extremely Great Telco
I came from Optus who said nothing is wrong with their conection. I was getting 2 MB/second download and 0.5 upload. I need reliable service for Zoom calls. Could not get post paid with other carriers due to bad credit history. By chance found Cmobile. Initial enquiry was handled in a professional manner by local person in Australia. Number was ported over smoothly. Now have 60 to 90 MB download and aroud 20 upload at 7.00 pm peak period. Thank you very much.
I found the only phone provider that had perfect service during Victoria`s COVID-19 lockdown.
When COVID-19 hit Victoria, we had to go into lockdown and work from home. I found many phone provider that had perfect service before, had slow internet speeds and very poor call quality during lockdown. I tried many which failed except Cmobile. I've had many questions where they were always friendly and professional on the phone but best of all, their email support would email you back within 5-30 minutes most of the time. I easily give them 6 stars but they lose 1 due to no phone app and the usage is only updated daily. This isn't a problem ...for me but I hope Cmobile adds these features in the future cause every other phone provider has near real time usage data and an app available for their phone. Their plans might cost a little more but if you want a perfect phone service without any headaches, I highly recommend Cmobile! I won't be changing phone providers any time soon. Thanks Cmobile :)
My network coverage has been really good and I have not experienced and frequent dropouts. The data downloads are faster than my last service and their servicdd egg is really good if you require any assistance

How pleasant to talk to Australian based operators who greet me by my name, and don't ask 100 questions before helping. These guys are like talking to friends. After dealing with clinical emails, overseas call centres, and operators who struggle with English, it is such a breathe of fresh air to deal with this company.
This is the way all phone companies should be. Life with my mobile company has improved dramatically since I made the switch back to an Australian company. I have no links to this company. Just a happy paying customer.

Does the Blue 30GB plan charge for international texts or not. On the summary page it says 60c per text, but on the critical info summary it says they're unlimited....???

The 30Gb plan includes unlimited calls and text to 15 international destinations. Canada, China, France Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, NZ, South Korea, Thailand, UK and USA. The 60c international text cost applies to destinations other than those mentioned.
I want to try before I commit by getting a new number and if I get coverage port my number across Is this possible?

How do I update my present plan to increase my data? . When I go into plans available, it seems to want to treat me as a new customer.
