Never had a problem to date.
I have had no dropouts so far,It has been a very reliable network,coverage has also been no problem,for the very small amount of data I have had to download,again no problems.

I am happy with Cmobile having been with Telstra for over fifteen years.
The price is far better than any other mobile provider and service is great.
Had one drop out in WA but apparently it was a national outage.The fact you could choose Telstra network or some other network is also great

Well I didn’t have any issues. I find it fast enough for me and never use all my data. I like that I get txt if I am getting close to my limit

I have been a customer of C mobile for over three years and I have found their service second to none.
C mobile’s call centre is Australian based, and the staff are friendly and very proactive to my occasional enquiries.
I will continue to support this great Australian company because of their great services and their very competitive pricing.
Excellent coverage, no drop outs and very good mobile download speeds. The value and download allowance is fantastic for my children and the customer service is second to non. I have phoned them a couple of times to find a person at the end of the phone who is helpful, knowledgeable and able to resolve my issue or answer my questions first time.
CMOBILE provides a very good service
I am very happy with CMOBILE. The network coverage is good and we live in a country town. My $15/month contract is completely adequate for my needs.
Most downloads are sufficiently fast enough.

Coverage is excellent. Dropouts are rare. Download speeds are adequate for me. Customer service is exceptional. Accurate billing. I have been with them for 4 years now, & don't regret a day. I've since recommended them to my friends.

I have had a few technical issues and a few caused by my 70 + year old digital ignorance. All were fixed in a very short time and with patience. As an older Australian with less than perfect hearing I am so happy to be able to speak to someone whose accent I don't have to struggle with and is living in another country and does not have local knowledge.
A brilliantly simple, low cost plan.
Network coverage is excellent, no matter where we are. Do not do much data downloading, so have no real need for such. Just need unlimited SMS and Calls for a low cost.

1. Monthly Payment: Do you send a bill by email at the end of the month which I prefer, or direct debit through the bank?
2. Do I have to cancel my current provider or you do the job?
Yes, we send a bill at the start of each month via email, which is due on the 15th.
We will cancel your account with your current provider.
Does the Blue 30GB plan charge for international texts or not. On the summary page it says 60c per text, but on the critical info summary it says they're unlimited....???

The 30Gb plan includes unlimited calls and text to 15 international destinations. Canada, China, France Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, NZ, South Korea, Thailand, UK and USA. The 60c international text cost applies to destinations other than those mentioned.
I want to try before I commit by getting a new number and if I get coverage port my number across Is this possible?
