Horrendous Customer Service

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. We sent the item back, it was delivered back to them and 3 weeks on we still haven’t received our refund. They are dodging our emails all the time. Seriously, not a real business. Avoid at all costs!!

Bad quality & Cheap materials

I received this 9 weeks ago- since then I have worn it a total of about 5 or 6 times for a few hours- it has not touched any water and have been kept in a jewellery box when not used. It is already tarnished and discoloured- super cheap & bad quality. Would not recommend Show details

Amazing customer service!
Placed an order which was unfortunately misplaced by Aus Post. Sent an email to Camille and Stone explaining the situation and they were so fast with their response, and are sending me a new one free of charge!

Poor communication

I paid extra for express shipping and gift wrapping, however the order did not come any sooner than the regular time frame and the gift wrapping was just a black zip up fabric case.
I ended up wanting to return my order so sent an email as per their policy but never heard back. I have now sent 4 emails and still have not received any response.

Dissatisfied customer

I have sent back the original and the replacement earrings, as they both do not clip closed and I am unable to wear them. I have sent numerous emails asking whether they have received the earrings and requested a refund, however I have not heard a word back from them.
They have left me with no choice but to take this matter further to the ACCC who will hopefully resolve this matter for me.
I would be very weary of dealing with this company. Show details

Would buy again

I ordered a Molton locket and it is beautiful. Unfortunately, it had a manufacturing defect and wouldn’t open or fully close. Despite the slow response to my complaints, the company did finally contact me and was more than willing to send me a free replacement or store credit. I opted for the replacement as I truly love the locket. I would buy from this company again. Show details

Worse than 1 star

I ordered 5ish weeks ago, shipped very quickly. But then nothing. I’ve contact multiple times ‘we are investigating’ for over a week. I’ve sent probably 8 emails all up. I finally get a ‘I've found out that the problem is we have not got any stock anymore’. So was it sent? Was it not but you’ve said it was. Super confusing response. This was 4 days ago, so I chose another pair, and what do you know. No response. I don’t understand how so many people can say that customer service has been great, because it’s been far from in my experience.

Not happy

Im a new customer and ordered 3weeks ago! I still haven’t received my item, i have sent countless emails to them. No proper answer from them! They r investingit, apparently it’s lost even though they never shipped it!

Crap experience

Worst experience ever.

The whole process has been a crap show. From start to finish. From sending me the wrong freaking necklace + being later then expected delivery time to charging me for wanting to get the right one. An absolute joke. Took like 8 emails to even get a response then took like 20 emails to get an answer 10 to get my refund and only get a partial refund for something what was completely their fault. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Can comfortably say I will not be using them again. Show details

Great earrings and very quick and helpful with returns

I bought a few pairs of earrings for gifts, they were great quality and price and shipping was very quick.
