Clearer book descriptions on book list are needed as just work books may be confused with actual correctly informative texts. Thankyou.
Unreasonable delivery fees
$18 for shipping on a $240 order is very unreasonable, particularly as free shipping is offered by other bookstores (or a max flat rate of $7.95). I used Campion this time as it was linked to my daughter's school, but will buy elsewhere next time.
Only 1 fault, which is probably out of your control
Excellent in all facets of delivery and communication. My only fault with Campion was not delivering all books ordered. Thankyou.
Pretty quick with delivery and the book came in pretty awesome condition so I cant complain about it. only could say to make the books less expensive but oh well lmao.
It was perfect an don time delivery.
Purchased without any hassle online. There was no option for pick up when placing the delivery. I would have saved freight cost if that option was available.
Disappointed that Essendon has closed. Too far to go to other locations. Would have bought more if it was a flat delivery fee.
Still haven’t received
Did not say it was on back order when I ordered it. Took 5 days to tell me it would actually be a further 3 weeks for it to arrive. If I’d known I would have looked elsewhere. Disappointing!
not always the most convenient but helpful staff
I found my experience a bit difficult.
I don't live close to Hectorville and I don't want to pay more on top for postage.
I think I wanted to pay online and pick up, not really sure, I just remember the process being difficult and frustrating. Sorry I can't clarify more just now.
I had a good experience with Campion Education. I went to the physical store and also ordered the Language Perfect online. It would be better if they have a free "Click and Collect" option in the future, as some customers are not keen to pay delivery fees. But overall, it's great experience.
Excellent set up
It was a simple process. The process for multiple children could be enhanced to avoid dual deliveries and ensuring that e books are allocated to the correct student.
Little fixes would make it great
Thinking I'd save some money, I opted for picking up the books I ordered for my boys. This since delivery was charged twice despite all books going to the same address. Picking up the books then became quite the exercise. 4 visits was required before all books had been collected. This together with opening hours that are difficult to meet for any working parent meant it was way harder than it would've had to been.
In the frenzy before school start, offer a few days per week with longer hours to make it possible to collect without having to tak...e time off. If I order for my kids, open up for me being able to make one order rather than two and being charged twice for delivery when it is for the same address. The drips and drab collection... 4 times to get all books. Phone waiting time. Well calling at the time of the school start was another issue. The waiting times was longer than my lunch break making it very difficult to get contact with you.
They need some competition
I am yet to have an experience with them that I would consider smooth or even somewhat pleasant. I wouldn't even ask for a "good experience" - satisfactory would even be good. Where is the competition to help them lift their game?
Expensive Delivery/Handling charge
I have kids at two different schools and both schools use Campion for their yearly books orders. Campion's charge of $21.95 for delivery/handling is way to high, it used to be $12. Having have many schools ordering through Campion, they have so much business already, as the majority of parents will just follow the school's instructions and order through Campion, and yet they impose such a high handling charge.
Excellent delivery service
While the delivery was perfect, we were in a rush as we didn't receive reminder in December as usual.
Some electronic items to be chosen need more explanation on what's the difference between them.

I found this on-line service simple, quick and easy to use. Clear notifications for delivery time. Campion on-line, definately helps me to get organised for the school year. Thank you Campion.

We placed an order for my yr 7 Son through the school, got a comfirmation notice and receipt for the order. Went to school and delivery hasn't been made, call this clowns at CAMPION and can't find the order, 2 days for school to start and have no books what a joke, very fast to take your money but useless at delivery and don't care about customers. It is just a waste of time with these guys , poor customer service, unreliable company , probably run by a bunch of thieves that just take people's money and run. Shame on you CAMPION
